Lovely hotel within easy walking or a short taxi ride to downtown Old Phuket. The hotel is nice, with a small gym, spa and pool. But the pool is very cold- more for if you want a quick dip after lots of walking than a place to spend the day.
The food for breakfast was quite good with a selection of Asian and some western style things. And some vegetarian options too.
The room was comfortable - large and clean. The staff were all helpful and accommodating.

One of the best hotels to stay in, in Phuket town. Comfortable room and bed. Friendly staff.

Hotel staff were very nice . Both the front desk , bell boys , cleaners and restaurant staff . However, the room air con was old and very noisy . The rooms are quite old .

Had a great stay with Novotel! Though slightly far away from old town (around 15 mins walk) the room and service was impeccable.
The room was big, and the bed was comfortable. Great place for a quiet sleep. Would definitely stay again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately, my first night was quite bad due to outside noise, which made it difficult to sleep. The next day, we requested a room change and moved to an upper floor. While the new room was better in terms of noise, its layout was an “up-down” type, which was not ideal for my preference. Overall, the experience improved after the room change, but the noise issue on lower floors was disappointing.

Room have great views over the city. The sound insulation in the room was not so good. Overall a decent stay though

Nice hotel location with excellent breakfast selection. Had been staying there when we are in Phuket. Highly recommended.

Its quite quiet and empty down the streets.. With just one 7 eleven nearby...
There is no microwave in the room and notice the shower floor was not built well. The water does not flow to the drain as the drain is higher which suppose be lower for water to drain off.
The room slipper also was not being good. Understand that hotel is going to more eco friendly but.. Its just make the hotel looks cheap with the cheap quality stuff. Overall. Room makeup is good. Staff is nice and friendly too.
