Its quite quiet and empty down the streets.. With just one 7 eleven nearby...
There is no microwave in the room and notice the shower floor was not built well. The water does not flow to the drain as the drain is higher which suppose be lower for water to drain off.
The room slipper also was not being good. Understand that hotel is going to more eco friendly but.. Its just make the hotel looks cheap with the cheap quality stuff. Overall. Room makeup is good. Staff is nice and friendly too.

This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. Location is good and convenient. Property is well maintained. Room is spacious and very comfy. I had a very relaxing night. Staff are very helpful, cheerful and polite. Estrela Sky Lounge offer a stunning view with good food and wine. Breakfast is also the best, with variety of food. This is definitely my destination for Phuket Trip.

Really loved how the staff were welcoming and nice. Service is exceptional. Food was tasty and with good portions. Location was good. Only negative point for me is the Bathroom amenities which lacked lotion and hair conditioner (I do not know if it’s related to sustainability) but I still enjoyed my stay.

Great location, clean hotel, spacious modern room and comfy bed. Close to free electric shuttle bus stop that can take you to centre of town within 5 minutes. Hotel’s location is perfect if you are looking for somewhere quiet to have a good night sleep, yet close enough to the actions and nice food

We checked in at mid night with my children, however, Peng at the front desk was so fast and we were in our room in flat 4 minutes. Other staff at the front desk were also ever smiling along with their leader Paul. I found Paul very down to earth and courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was elaborate and the staff was ready with all the options of good food. Fern in the breakfast area was very prompt and helpful.

The breakfast buffet is really big and tastes good. From noodle soups, to Dim Sum, western breakfast or smoothie of the day…

Excellent experience with the hotel, breakfast services, concierge services to organise transport services of high quality staffed with drivers from the hotel to ensure high level of service for daily trips.
Staff were excellent, rooms weren't bad (a little older) but well furnished with luxury furnishings.
Balcony was a little old / aged and overlooking a carpark / wet market / fish market that opens early in the morning but can't be heard though the well sound isolated windows.
Some of our trip highlights were from trips from the hotel with driver & van or walking distance from the hotel like the night markets / street markets etc.
Nice chilled quieter location that isn't directly on the main road and offers a little more quiet from the activity just a few short walk away down and across a block or so.

Greeted excellent at check-in, our rooms were not ready, so we went to the pool. The staff came to the pool area with our room keys. Very good service. Every time we were in the lobby always people were friendly and asking if we needed any assistance. The Jeanne general manager came over and talked to us and seemed genuinely interested in our stay.
The standard of the hotel: we expected more from a five star hotel. Many places were worn down or not good finish.

The room was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Bottles of water were promptly replaced in my room after daily consumption - I appreciate not having to make daily requests for replenishment of drinking water. Front desk staff was helpful and friendly; always ready to address my concerns and answer questions.
