Small and very comfortable hotel on the beautiful AO Nang beach. The hotel will appeal to those who enjoy a leisurely beach holidays, as well as fans of diving and snorkeling, for which there is something to see.

Location: 34 km from Krabi airport, AO Nang beach.
Consists of three 4-storey buildings.
Total area: 4 046 m2.
Only 63 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach in 200 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – no towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Great hotel , one of the best we’ve been to in Thailand . Room is great , large and clean , some have direct pool access. It is not directly across from the beach but very close and it’s 1 min from the “boardwalk”. The vibe and service are great , there is a great pool- complete with bar, massage services, and food all day - breakfast is very good - high variety and fresh. Very recommended.

Appreciate this hotel so so much. Staff were the friendliest and most accommodating. Location was GREAT. Just a few minutes walk down to ao nang beach where you can get the longtail to railay. The only downside to this hotel was the pool can get quite busy with a lot of kids. Very family friendly. If you’re looking for peace and quiet maybe something to keep in mind -a lot of kids and families around😅. Either way, this was a GREAT mid-range hotel which for its pricepoint was very worth it, given everything was so accessible. (Shout out to Khun Ohm who helped us with our reservation here and saved us from a staying at a previous hotel scam😭) Amazing hospitality from all staff, breakfast and food were great. Rooms were okay. (But coming from a previous hotel scam- i can assure you rooms here are up to standard!!!) What stood out most was all staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Impressed by the hospitality here. Summary: great for families, perfect if you want a comfortable stay in a reasonable budget + still be able to access all activities and island hop around. Reccommended!!

At first I was reading negative reviews but I had to come and experience for myself. I will start off with the location which was AMAZING and very well centered and walkable to many places. I was greeted by a very polite staff who made me feel welcome. The room was exceptionally clean and very spacious as I had the pool access room which was pretty cool.

It's a lovely hotel but very noisy, especially if you are located next to the lifts on the 2nd floor.
The beds are comfortable and spacious and they provide great beach towels, beach bag and beach mats all appreciated and used. The only thing I found strange is the fact the hand towels were face cloths which meant they couldn't be used very often, the shower was also the worst id experienced in the 5 hotels we stayed in as it ran hot and cold constantly with no regular temperature.
Despite this, the staff were friendly, there was entertainment, lovely food, great pool and pool bar if anything was missing/ broke they dealt with it immediately.
The only other issue we had upon checking out was they checked the room and said there was a coffee cup missing and we would need to pay 300 but to replace, as we did not use the coffee cups I argued the point and refused to pay, make sure you check everything is there when you get there as I didn't and could not tell you how many there was, I just know we didn't use it.

Unfortunately, this hotel cannot be recommended in any way. The pool was extremely dirty, and overall, the cleanliness of the entire hotel, including the rooms, left much to be desired. The property and rooms are in dire need of renovation.
A particularly unpleasant issue was the overwhelming smell of sewage, which was especially unbearable in the rooms. It truly felt like being stuck in a cesspool.
The only positive aspect was the croissants, which were actually enjoyable. Beyond that, everything else was a disappointment.
This hotel is absolutely not worth recommending. Parents should be especially cautious, as children are almost guaranteed to suffer from diarrhea if they use the dirty pool. Additionally, the slippery tiles around the pool pose a serious safety hazard.
Conclusion: Avoid this hotel at all costs – for the sake of your health!

Excellent and modern place, nice design, well furnished. The pool is very large and comes with a bar (not open in early 2022 due to Covid). Convenient location, nice vibe.

The residence was incredible. Always clean and a/c was blasting like an ice box. Staff was super hospitable as expected and the resort was nothing short of the photos. What you see is what you get. Would definitely return.

The location is perfect. It is very clean and has a huge pool with a bar in it. The breakfast is delicious and lunch and dinner are also available.

I really recommend staying at Red Ginger Chic Resort. The hotel is nice with good 4+**** service. The location is great, just 3-5 min to the beach, no noisy street. Close to everything. Very very service minded staff. Great service!

Pleasant hotel, very good breakfast staff us caring and attentive. The pool is inviting. The only thing missing is the beach view and a decent internet connection.
