This was a delightful place protected front the main retailing street- so noise level was excellent for peace and tranquility.
They have a variety of rooms from hotel style to ground level to village hut to private villa w private pool. We stayed on main floor with direct access to the pool and beach.
This place is directly on the beach and is located within the beach area that is protected by a reef so it is really easy to enjoy the water -which was as a warm a nice bath.
The massage tables are right there and they do a good job on service. At the beach is a young woman who works her bbq for corn on the Cobb and cuts mango, pineapple, and coconut-for a clean lunch. And affordable.
The place was clean and daily room service too. All of Chaweng beach area is in a flight path so don’t be surprised with the occasional roar overhead-that only last till about 7 at night so it didn’t disturb our sleeping at all. Just down the beach is a super vibes place called “your place” to the left as you head along the beach-it was also worth the short walk as it is one of the only place la that isn’t a resort style business.

Extremely disappointed. Not coming back.
I usually don’t write bad reviews, but this time I’m really angry.
I’ve been staying at this hotel for four days – and I couldn’t take a single proper shower.
No hot water, terrible water pressure, nothing worked. Just excuses.
I gave the staff chance after chance to fix it. I spoke politely, tried to be patient – but nothing changed.
Every day they told me “Now it’s fixed,” “This time it’ll work” – and it never did.
I came here for a vacation, not a fight for basic hygiene.
Frustrating, upsetting, and honestly a huge letdown. Definitely not worth the money.
I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Well placed and has a nice restaurant. Quiet in the evening considering it's proximity to the road. Rooms are desparately in need of updating (30 odd years old at this point)

Best family owned hotel in Samui. Wonderful and well maintained facilities with large pool by the beach. Book directly with them to get the best deals that are not available online. Can’t wait to be back!

For me the place was terrific. Great location, very close to the beach and the nearby clubs like arkbar etc. very polite and friendly staff members. Would definitely stay there again

Nice hotel on the nicest part of Chaweng beach. Nice rooms, good beds and excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff. Food is good, better if you order seafood. If you have a room at the front the view is good but music will go until 11 pm and dogs bark from 6 am. Breakfast buffet is fine if you don't mind dogs being in the restaurant and smoking allowed. Normal for most Thai islands. The hotel dog bit a 4 year old European girl when I was there so if you're a parent like me keep an eye on your kids. Overall this place is great value for money. Recommend.

Dire need of renovation. Severely overpriced compared to cheaper and better alternatives like Chaweng Villawee. Has bedbugs
