Good hotel tourists to use a central hub for travelling around the city. Linked to a metro station. Hotel is and old building, they’ve recently renovated the lobby which looks amazing but rooms could do with renovations as well as they seem a little old now. Still comfortable stay just upgrades would make it an even better experience!

The hotel is located just at the mrt station. So for those who needs public transportation is very convenient. It also has 7-11, massage shop, and food stalls just next to it .. so it's very convenient. The breakfast buffet is good too!!

Good location, lots to eat and drinks near the hotel. Staff especially housekeeping,security, laundry, bellman were helpful and friendly. The only downside for me is that you had to pay to use the tennis court which is not very well informed, had to find out by asking the security where is the tennis court who appointed me to the laundry room which deals with court booking. Jacuzzi on 5th floor was covered up, not sure whether it was out of order or just covered up.

In terms of the meeting venue, not to stay over, their newly renovated meeting room is equiped with all the standard tools, a good but not laser sharp projector, good sound system, spacious meeting room and the coffee break area. Clean restrooms. What i dont like is the parking.

Average hotel in the capital of Thailand. Room are good for short stay in the city. Service as well, I liked the way staff help people to get to attraction even if not booked with them. Location is good and few minutes away from malls & other attractions, but taxis & bolt are available most of the time. I had only 1 small problem with the tissue Box at room which was not available.

LOVED IT. We stayed at some fancy places before coming here and expected a tired old hotel and whilst the decor and rooms do have the dated feel, they are clean, everything worked perfectly (even the ac simply off, low, medium, high) you get all the extras as well as a bit of a time warp feel. Very reasonably priced, perfect location, the breakfast buffet was also surprisingly really good (and reasonably priced) didn’t use the rooftop pool and bar but imagine it’s nice at sunset. There’s also the best street food 100m walk down the road, great coffee shops on the doorstep, as well as a very cool craft beer place where I had the best beer of the trip. Will definitely stay again

Pros: I had slight issues with the A/C so I called front desk at 12:30AM and a few moments later, an entire crew came up to investigate and fix the issue. I was very impressed. The hotel is connected to the BTS train station which was very convenient. Has two swimming pools and different shops as well. The sink had a separate filtered water tap for drinking.
Cons (waayyy more cons): There’s renovation in the lobbies when it’s actually the rooms that need renovating. The lobby is nice and modern while the rooms are too outdated, with dirty carpets and mold growing in the bathroom. The shower had good water pressure but it was just a head that cannot be moved. When checking in, they made us pay a deposit of 1,000 baht which we’ve never had to do in any of the hotels we’ve stayed in during the past two months being in SEA. This was very annoying as Thailand was our last stop before we went to Malaysia so even if they returned the money, it would be useless to us. We are travelling so we needed the money since a lot of places don’t take card. They did not help us to our rooms even when there was bellhop available. That’s also never happened to us while travelling, they have always taken our bags to our room. No one speaks English which was a bit frustrating as there are many tourists staying here. If you’re looking for a cheap stay that’s got a good location, it’s not the worst thing. Just don’t expect a luxury stay.

Great location, connected directly to the BTS Ratchathewi. You can walk from here to Siam Discovery, Siam Paragon. There are two 7-11 next to the hotel.
The room and the hotel quite old but it’s fine, we spent all day outside just back to sleep.
Staff quite old but experienced and so helpful and kindness.
Highly recommend.

A comfortable 3-star hotel in a great location.
It is located right on the train line, it even has it's own access, hand when travelling to or from the airport.
The lobby is undergoing renovations, this didn't affect our stay at all.
Buffet breakfast is amazing.
