Very big hotel and spacious rooms. They provided us early check-in too. Clean and nice rooms. They even provide bathrobe, dental kits, body lotion and a dressing table and also a workstation. Really liked the stay in this hotel.
Im stay alomost a week I really love staying at this hotel because of the green plantations and the spacious room. The breakfast is good.

We stayed there with family In Rama Garden Hotel. Public Health conference was organized in this grand and beautiful hotel. Location was excellent with many Indian outlets. The hotel is well maintained. The room was clean and cozy. The staff was very polite and concerned. I would love to stay in this hotel if I visit Bangkok in the future. Room service was also good. Staff was very cooperative especially at the reception. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel.

Love the elegance and luxurious feeling of the mail lobby and public spaces. The breakfast was very good, all kinds of food choices. Room was clean and comfortable with adequate space, the only reason I didn't give the room 5 stars is due to the bathroom. Bathroom is small and tired, needs to be made a bit bigger to make things work. The location will be good but when we were there the road and sidewalk area in front was under construction so it was difficult to walk anywhere. Had to walk out on the road with traffic as the sidewalk was all torn up. Pool was very nice although there is a need for more chaise lounge chairs, if there are more than 5 people there your out of luck.

- The hotel is far (not a walking distance) from 7-eleven and shops.
- The hotel is far from central bangkok.
- The toilet flushing sometimes doesn’t work properly.
- Sometimes there are insects in the bathroom.
- The signage of where is the room is not clear, and not intuitive, i two times went to the wrong direction.

Very nice and comfortable place. Friendly staff and perfect breakfast. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast, Shower's hot and cold, Many many many restaurant and always have promotions - GREAT
However,
aircon is the thing - not working properly in many rooms. I adjusted even down to 10 degrees celcius and the room temp is always at 28-29 degree celcius the whole night.

The hotel is not far from airport. Most of the staff are not good in communicating english. Very hard to make them understand. Rooms are quiet good .They charge for everything, even if you want to take a printouts they chsrge 45thb. Very slow Wi-Fi. Breakfast is really good. As this hotel is far from city, they provide free shuttle bus which takes you to shopping malls. For that we have to book in advance. The bar is very expensive and have less choice of alcohol.

Stuck in Bangkok overnight and airline put us up here. Typical big airport hotel (although not that close to the airport!). Rooms were fine. Restaurant truly mediocre.
