I have stayed at this hotel many times, but unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing. I specifically requested a king-size bed, but was given two beds pushed together instead. During my stay, I tried the buffet and found both the service and the food to be below the usual standard. It seemed that staff were often distracted by their phones rather than focusing on their work. I believe the quality of both service and food could be greatly improved if staff were more attentive to guests’ needs.
Will refinery choose this hotel again
Coffee at breakfast is so diluted.
Food variety is very Chinese cuisine, Lacking Thai fusiion or western dishes. Lack of variety of food and low value food served.
No bell boy to assist when checking out.
Im stay alomost a week I really love staying at this hotel because of the green plantations and the spacious room. The breakfast is good.
