A bit worn out furniture however the bed and the pillows are amazing!
The breakfast is very good but the dinner service at the restaurant is not that efficient and the food is not that tasty.
It’s a pretty good hotel to spend the night before your flight, there’s even a direct entrance to the airport from the hotel. The noise cancelling in the room is also very good as we didn’t hear any planes.

Totally crap this time. I always stay here and all perfect but this time. Found a dead cockroach in my room, no chair at the desk. Changed rooms. Second room smelled terrible. Food room service was cold. What is going on here?

UPDATE - 11/11/2024 - I STILL CAN'T BOOK AT THIS PLACE!!!! THIS IS THE HARDEST HOTEL IN THE WORLD TO BOOK. DESPITE MY INITIAL REVIEW AND THE RESPONSE BELOW, AND DESPITE SENDING A COMPLAINT VIA THE WEBSITE OVER A WEEK AGO WITH MY CONTACT DETAILS, I HAVE STILL HAD NO CONTACT FROM THE HOTEL!!!! HOW IS THIS SO HARD???

So I fill in a series of forms only to be told the following message
"hp_email: Please ensure that the Captcha field is left empty."
It then goes back to the beginning.
5-6 times I filled out the form only to get the same message.
Why can't I just book a room and then pay money for it?
If they are going to insist on membership, at least make it easy to join.

This place is super convenient. There's a bridge that connects it to the airport. The room is a nice size. The bed was perfect. Not to hard or too soft. They have amenities like in Japan. I didn't have to unpack my toothbrush, shower cap, and things like that because they were provided. I didn't use the pool, but it was available. The bathrobes fit! I was surprised. It has two restaurants. The food was not good. However, I enjoyed the lychee and gin. I felt super safe here as a solo female traveler.

The room was incredibly spacious! I booked through Agoda, and the lovely desk clerk kindly offered a free upgrade, which was such a nice gesture. The staff were wonderful, and the room was very comfortable. The best part is that the hotel is connected to the airport, so there’s no need to step outside, making it super convenient. I’d definitely stay here again!

Dated now but clean. Easy walk into airport. Service is good. Staff are very polite and seem professional at all times. Food isn't cheap but very nice. We usually only stay one night for flight the next morning. I recommend.

If you arrival time is after 6pm, I strongly suggest you to stay in this hotel which is connected after the custom check point. This can save your traveling time to city so you can search a nice foods around to enjoy your first night in Bangkok.

We arrived at the hotel around 16.00 after the long fight 12 hours. We expected the room should be ready at that time. Check in procedure is poor , people didnt wait in the line , just skip and none of the staff do anything.
We got the room after we asked twice and that took us 35 min for the checked in procedure. Hotel check in time is 14.00?
The location , good point is opposite Don Muang airport.

We are staying here for one day, it took over 1.5 hours to do check-in. We had already paid for our room ahead of time, but the reception lady took forever. She had to make multiple calls which felt like were for nothing since we had done everything ahead of time. This place doesn’t prioritize a speedy check in, so prepare to hold onto your luggage for at least an hour when checking in.

Perfect location as it is next to the Don Mueang airport. There is a dedicated connecting bridge from the airport to the hotel. Most importantly, we are able to push the airport trolley across the covered bridge. Checking in was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again if I have connecting flights.
