Dated now but clean. Easy walk into airport. Service is good. Staff are very polite and seem professional at all times. Food isn't cheap but very nice. We usually only stay one night for flight the next morning. I recommend.

If you arrival time is after 6pm, I strongly suggest you to stay in this hotel which is connected after the custom check point. This can save your traveling time to city so you can search a nice foods around to enjoy your first night in Bangkok.

We arrived at the hotel around 16.00 after the long fight 12 hours. We expected the room should be ready at that time. Check in procedure is poor , people didnt wait in the line , just skip and none of the staff do anything.
We got the room after we asked twice and that took us 35 min for the checked in procedure. Hotel check in time is 14.00?

We are staying here for one day, it took over 1.5 hours to do check-in. We had already paid for our room ahead of time, but the reception lady took forever. She had to make multiple calls which felt like were for nothing since we had done everything ahead of time. This place doesn’t prioritize a speedy check in, so prepare to hold onto your luggage for at least an hour when checking in.

Perfect location as it is next to the Don Mueang airport. There is a dedicated connecting bridge from the airport to the hotel. Most importantly, we are able to push the airport trolley across the covered bridge. Checking in was fast and easy. Would definitely stay here again if I have connecting flights.

The location of the hotel could not be more convenient for the airport - a short bridge connects the hotel with the international terminal. The rooms themselves were spacious if a little run down and tired - the front panel of the bedside table which has the electrical socket mounted onto it fell off in my hand and the socket didn’t work. The biggest issue was the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. We arrived late and were leaving early so it wasn’t worth the fuss to complain and/or move, but it was quite unpleasant. We didn’t make use of any of the other facilities, the staff were all polite and courteous.

A very old hotel, which receives most of the guests of the group, stays for the convenience for catching flights .The room facing the street is very noisy. There are many problems with the old facilities, and the room is not very clean . There are stains on towels, and the air conditioner is loud.

Good location! It's located by the airport and sky railways so you can easily walk less than 10 mins to get the train station.

Excellent sleep. Very convenient location. Walked across a closed bridge to the entrance from right inside the terminal. Just left of the arrivals exit.
Helpful staff, even at 3am when we arrived.
Our room was large and spacious, the shower was powerful and hot. The bed was really comfortable.
