Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am

This lovely hotel is in the quiet part of town. If you want a relaxing holiday then this is the place for you! The staff are friendly and were always super helpful! I went with 2 girl friends and had a room with a jacuzzi on the balcony. Right next to the hotel on the beach is where you can find beautiful massages and divine home made food! We had a massage twice a day and ate so much good quality food. This hotel also has a coffee shop & spa onsite. Those prices are similar to what you would find in any resort. The hotel buffet breakfast was wonderful with so many options. Don’t miss sunrise on the beach. It’s totally worth it! I was disappointed with the selection of food for dinner at the resort buffet but it came with the room so we tried it. I would prefer to support the family owned restaurants for dinner. I think the only thing missing from this beautiful resort is music by the pool bar. Well done Veranda,it was an absolute pleasure bringing in 2025 with you! Oh I forgot!!! The fireworks on the beach for NYE were the best I’ve ever seen.

A delicious buffet type Christmas dinner was served on an adjacent beach. The buffet included pasta, seafood, chicken and beef. The cheese selection included wonderful blue cheese. There was a variety of desserts. They were very sweet and tasty. There was live music and a few speeches for entertainment. Overall the dinner was a pleasant and enjoyable event.

We stayed at a 3 bedroom villa. The villa is in the building in the back separate from the main hotel but it’s really close. We have our own pool and also a separate communal pool in the back which you can swim laps. It’s a long pool. There is also the front big pool in the main hotel with water slide that my daughter enjoys very much.

Overall, top notch customer service. The staffs are friendly and go above and beyond for you.
The property is handicapped accessible. The hotel provides my elderly mother with a wheelchair and set up the bathroom with shower chair and anti-slip mat.

Shout out to คุณแมว assistant manager who gave us หมูปิ้ง Thai pork on a stick after my brother said he wanted to try it. The security guard is very enthusiastic and friendly. Everyone is so nice.

There is a horse riding activity at the beach (15 min for 300 baht). My daughter loves it so much.
Also beach massage just on the right and left of the property. 1hour Thai massage for 300 baht.

Lovely and clean hotel, spacious rooms but could use a little paint here and there.
Housekeeping could have done better when cleaning the room during our stay. It rained on our last night and unfortunately the balcony didn’t drain the rain properly and we woke up to a little pool in the balcony. Didn’t bother us as it was our last day but this would definitely attract mosquitoes.
Good size pool, though there's quite a bit of sand at the bottom due to the kids' sand pit but the water was very clean. Trees around the pool provide a nice shade if you want to stay off the sun.
Friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was just ok, nothing special. Better quality and some variety would definitely make a big difference. Not impressed with their coffee.
Tranquil and quiet location, not too far from Hua Hin.. maybe 20 mins to the town centre.

I recently had a pleasant family stay at Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am. We stayed in both the ocean view room and the pet-friendly private pool villa. The hotel's location is convenient, with a clean and nice beachfront. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of European and Thai cuisine, and the restaurant had a nice ambiance. It's a great property for family trips, and I would consider staying here again.

(Ocean View Pool Villa)
Looking at the big picture of a vacation (arrival, parking, hotel, premises, food, beach, pool, etc) this has been the nicest stay ever.
The ocean view pool villa was fantastic, with a pool right at the beach and private steps from the deck onto the beach. The living room was nice, the bathroom was big with powerful and very hot water. There's also a separate jacuzzi room. High rooms, my guess 3.5m at least, with lots of windows and unobstructed ocean views from the bedroom and living room.

The breakfast was acceptable. Not great, not bad. They tried and put up a big selection. So we left satisfied.
Staff were all friendly and very helpful (with one or two weird ones). The older gentleman parking attendant deserves a special comment as he was so proactive and friendly.
Yes, the wood of the deck/patio is warping but that doesn't come as a surprise for this location.
The beach is swept/raked every morning, so it looks very nice.
Check-out is at noon, check-in is at 2pm. Our room was delayed until 2:45, but we got a scones, sandwiches, and cakes set in the room and free 1x use of some special mini-bar items. (To make up for the delay? Anyway, it was appreciated.)
Could definitely see us coming back, even with friends who have kids as the pool has its own mini beach, two water slides, and water sprays to make the kids happy.
And much of the pool area is beneath large shady trees so it can be used throughout the day. There's even an A/C playroom for the kids and a large trampoline.
