I had a great 4 night stay here. For the price you pay everything is excellent but the highlight for me was the 5* service from the manager (Patt) and her team. So lovely, attentive and went out their way to help with tours, scooter hire and help with first aid.

Our room was clean, spacious, perfect ocean views and a private pool to complement the larger shared pool.

I love you all and hope to see you again one day.

Chose to stay here during rainy season, but it was not a mistake at all! It was a bargain to stay in a garden villa overlooking the infinity pool. The rooms are great. The bed is super comfortable. It’s an incredibly clean resort suitable for families and couples alike, it would also be great as a solo retreat to relax beside a beautiful tranquil location. The food is phenomenal for the price that it costs, and the beach bar barbecue is absolutely top-notch which you can enjoy whilst sitting right beside the sea, listening to the waves crash against the rocks, which is a truly lovely sound to hear in the background whilst live music plays. Thank you for a fantastic stay, I’d be happy to come back again.

An absolutely beautiful seafront location where no matter where you are in the resort you can still hear the crashing of the waves, which is my favourite noise in the world. So calming. A very clean resort, a warm welcome, excellent location so you are close to places like lonely beach or the town a little further up. I have stayed on Koh Chang previously so I understand that this is a particularly good location. The food is unparalleled and excellent quality for the price. We arrived to live music, and I immediately dived in the pool which is warm and overlooks the sea as I previously mentioned. I’d be happy to stay here again!

Great dining facility and good food except for the dull and limited breakfast. Staff is friendly but poorly experienced and management is also not very experienced. This is a diamond in the rough and a great management team could make this an outstanding resort.
Some of the bungalows and newer. Make sure when booking that you address which room you want.
A key deposit is required and when I gave the key back they forgot to refund my 1000 bath deposit, which is unacceptable.

Overall, a nice hotel with great staff. I would have given 5 stars, but the breakfast was a very big let down. Nothing was put out to choose, coffee machine never worked, everything was made to order due to low season, but only one staff member working, so when everyone turned up, this poor lady got hit with everything at once and it then took forever to get your meal and when it did come out it was cold.

I would still stay here again, but I would opt out of all meals next time and just go to a local restaurant where there are many within walking distance.

From the manager down to the cleaners, they were all very nice to deal with, especially the lady from Cambodia, I think her name was Lyn from the breakfast who tried to her best despite not having any help and kept smiling and being so positive.

The hotel is really great! Garden villa is best of the Best! Breakfast - very good. The hotel situated at the end of the White sand Beach, which is very convenient.
The only BUT is the women at the reception. She really hate People and makes everything to spoil your day. Such kind of peopke shouldn't work at the hotel reception.

Overall is ok but I dont like swimming pool as it looks dirty. The gym is small but enough equipment to make me sweating. Breakfast is ok and great coffee. The location is good, you can find everything around there.

Everything is average. Acceptable. Location is great. Accessible to restaurants and other shops. The beach is beautiful. If you want luxury and perfect vacation, this isn’t for you.

Pictures of the resort look wonderful on the internet and brochures. In reality it is different. Pictures speak better than words so have a look at them . It’s now busy season and the are doing major renovations on the buildings starting at 8 am. And yes it did wake us up. However after being upgraded the night before for screaming children next door I was exhausted. The breakfast was organised by staff who had no clue of how to serve clients. I paid triple the price of a hotel 3 doors down “banpu” ,and received half the service of the cheaper hotel. Shame shame shame. If you don’t know how to run a hotel, go and have a look at the others and do it better. It could have been so much better if staff had some experience. Normalky I am every year at this hotel.But I don‘t kniw, what the problem is, you can not book via phone.I understand it and I want to book via messenger because the woman, who was on phone said me, I can book via line or messenger.I said, I want the same room every year B 107.But she saud me, it‘s free at the date, when I want coming but she can not fix it, because maybe someone wants this room for a longer time.Never I go at this resort again.
