I loved the hotel! We stayed in a beachfront room with a beautiful view. The highlight was the breakfast, which offered a variety of choices. The staff were friendly, and the pillows and bed were cozy and comfortable. The location was excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

I stayed in both the family room and a room with a sea view. Both accommodations were spacious and clean; however, the toilet in the family room had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of urine. The breakfast offered was varied and enjoyable each day. The room with the sea view was particularly lovely. Overall, this hotel provides excellent value for the price.

With that view from my room...there cannot be, absolutely cannot be any complaints whatsoever. The balcony was bigger than the room, and every afternoon or evening during high tide, the water almost reached the landing just below the balcony. I can still hear the waves splashing almost right next to my bed! A very sumptuous and well varied breakfast - the restaurant is very good. The staff are always helpful. The location is wonderful, right near two seven elevens and a huge Makro food store. Everything is nearby. It is clean and well maintained other than a few slips here and there. If you're heading to Koh Chang and looking for within budget accommodation, Banpu should be in your mind. And, do ask for the ground floor rooms with sea view.

Don’t stay here. Got food poison after the first meal. Complain with the manager through the phone and asked for a refund which he ofcourse denied. We booked for 8 nights and only stayed 1. Rooms are pretty dark and smelly. Everything around lacks of maintenance and the sewage goes down to the beach front so you get your feet washed by the ocean from the front and wash by sewage waters from the back. I guess that’s why the slogan of the place was “Breathe the nature”.
