The staff is very customer oriented! When I made my booking I did not do my research well. They allowed me to shorten my stay and upgrade my room to make our experience much better. I stay long vacation here for a week. It's good for your money to stay at paradise villa on the beach. Here is a huge resort and knows about gluten free food. There are 4 swimming pools in the different areas. Try to stay here with the good services.

Location - KC Grande has a bike rental next to it, we rented a Yamaha Aerox for 300 baht a day and the lady gave us discounts for extending our rental. The doors cannot close properly, which allows for lizards and mosquitos to enter freely. The shower and bathroom also is quite inconvenient and allows water to splash everywhere due to its lack of sealing water. Very nice resort with a super nice staff. We were the only people in the resort for our two day stay. Bungalow was all wood construction with a comfortable bed and air conditioner. Breakfast was delicious! Staff raise their own small organic garden which is used in preparing meals, very nice touch. Several places to eat just outside the resort. From Russia could not leave))) the hotel all the guests are Russian)))) on the entire property of one pair of foreigners. Lucky I guess. All is well, the beach has a strip under water from stones(in the beginning) to go 20 meters to the right and all the sand. The breakfasts are delicious. Tip: do not recommend to eat and drink in the cafe, to the right of the hotel. Cocktails awful and the food too...

I had a very good stay here. The location is simply amazing. Its all along the shore of Klong Prao beach and has perfect relaxing environment. Staffs are supportive and the Rimhad restaurant is also within the complex.

I stayed in January 2020. I really liked the hotel, excellent area, the beach is above all praise - perhaps the only beach on Ko Chang where you can swim in perfect water. The beach is clean and “wild”. The rooms are good, even the most ordinary ones. The staff is friendly. The hotel is breakfast only. There was a little lack of variety, but there was everything you needed - bread, eggs, waffles, fruit...

I planned to stay only a few days and in the end I stayed for almost 3 weeks. The rooms are very spacious and clean. I made lots of video for my yoga challenge because the garden and pool area is just wonderful to relax and enjoy the nature. A beautiful small beach is in 5 min walking distance. We stayed there for 7 nights. Everything was perfect, service and staff were brilliant. First its a really quiet and relaxing atmosphere when you enter the Resort. The CheckIn is very smooth and good and the rooms are clean. The Staff is very kind and friendly and helps in every way. We had some issues with my husband being sick and they organiced the Transfer to and from the hospital for him without any charge. This is Chill on a luxury level. The settings of this resort is well thought through. From arriving at the grand entrance with extremely professional and accommodating staff, to the rooms and ending at the pool area and restaurant.
