We’ve stayed in last June for 6 days at this fantastic resort with a beautiful garden that is kept well maintained. All staf that we met from front office, restaurant or cleaning and gardening are very polite and friendly. The included breakfast at the restaurant that we had is very excellent as also the other food choices on the menu for lunch and dinner. Also our small dog Skye really enjoyed it...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks in the legendary room 239 which is as close as you can get to the beach, pool and breakfast. We started every morning with their yoga session on the beach. I like this place. It does look like old Hawaiian hotels built in the 70s but the rooms are still OK. The beach is pretty generous compared to other resorts nearby. Wi-Fi and breakfast are two areas where they could vastly improve.

Great stay at the Santhia Tree Resort. Located down a lonely and peaceful road. You'll need a scooter or car to explore the area. Nice and clean room with a jacuzzi, excellent breakfast, and a range of activities including kayaking in the mangrove river. They also provide a boat service to Klong Prao Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Chang. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Very nice rooms and pool areas. Only minus is location since it’s not on the beach but they have their own shuttle ferry which takes you to their own beach. But it stops at 6PM and it’s not always there when you need it. Breakfast is from 7-10 but it’s not that varied and if you come after 9:30 many things are not refilled.

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the hotel due to illness. Even though our booking was non-refundable, the hotel kindly offered us a full refund. This exceptional service truly shows how much the management cares about their guests. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Thailand. Thank you to the entire team!

Hard to find anything negative really... Staff so service minded and friendly. Location is perfect, and if you don't want to eat at Dewa (which naturally is more pricy), walk along the beach and find numerous places at low cost and HIGH value! We hate several times at The Family restaurant next to Dewa, which had meals from 80 baht!!

Beautiful hotel with a very complete breakfast. The beach is beautiful as well. Nearby, you will find a few shops, massage places and restaurants. It’s also easy to find taxis and rental motorbikes. However, if you want more dining options or bars, you will need to take a taxi for a short ride (around 5 minutes). The staff is very nice too. We had the “Villa” room, which we really enjoyed.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. We stayed in the villas for four days, the room was spacious and luxurious. The only discomfort was that water drainage was not good in the shower. The staffs were pretty helpful and special appreciation to the lady at the reception, she was great with service.

A nice quiet "hotel". It's not a hotel in the usual term but a collection of modern bungalows and various two storey buildings. The pool is great for families, it has 5 water slides and a depth of just over a metre so children can stand easily. The breakfast was excellent. There are restaurants and a 7/11 close

Clean, spacious rooms, we had a great intimate location. Good breakfast buffet with many options to choose from. As for me, the coffee from the machine is terrible 😜 but the rest is very ok. Live music in the evenings on the beach. The water park is great, fun for small children and adults. Because of this, the hotel is rather full of families with children (be aware 😉).

I stay long vacation here for a week. It's good for your money to stay at paradise villa on the beach. Here is a huge resort and knows about gluten free food. There are 4 swimming pools in the different areas. Try to stay here with the good services.

Awa Resort Koh Chang offers a fantastic pool and a convenient location, close to restaurants and a convenience store. Although it's not directly on the beach, the shoreline is just a 5-7 minute walk away. This hotel is the paradise. The environment the rooms the staffs almost the foods (only missing the cheese) we planned wrong and after Bangkok before Pattaya we were just 3 nights. We had a comfortable 4 night stay at paradise resort staying in one of their bungalows near the beach. The location of the bungalows was just a stone throw away from the beachfront which we could see from our porch. They upcharged me 200/night for my kid when they were already included in the booking plus they canceled my reservation with Agoda and took the booking themselves and I lost a 600 rebate so an extra 1,000 at check in from what I was expecting to pay. Great stay at Chai Chet. The room was simple but clean, with a good bed and a nice shower. The location was fantastic! Right on a little peninsula with the sea on both sides. Very good sleeping with the sound of the waves so close. Staff are friendly and helpful and everything is super clean.

The structure is not very modern but it is very quiet and clean. There is a free shuttle service to the market (every hour) and three times a day to White Sand Beach. The private beach is nice.

Great facilities. My budget room had a world class view. The included breakfast was tasty with an omelet, bacon, toast and fresh fruit. On my birthday they brought a chocolate cake. It was one of the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The pool is also splendid and as the hotel shares its facilities with the Klong Prao Resort you can also enjoy the swimming pool and gym at the beach. Mid range hotel with excellent location. The pool area catches the morning sun and overlooks the beach. Breakfast is acceptable and evening meals, set up on the beach can be expensive but great if you love sea food. Many restaurants and bars nearby.

Cookies Massage: I can highly recommend this massage place. very nice, friendly and they knew what they are doing and it was quiet, no talking, phone messaging by side or sth. else. I couldn't find them on maps, but if you go, ask for Pley, she speaks English and lived in Dubai. Not a five star hotel but for its location the price is great. The hotel is across the road from the beach. There is another case which is on the shore, but it is more expensive. Every evening on the shore is very beautiful fire show.

The hotel is decent,the first line and a small pool. Cleaning is so-so,but everything you need to give,the towels were changed every day. Breakfast is meager,but good enough. Why the rating is such because we lived in the building next to the pool, i.e. on the ground floor and all crawling and blood-sucking creatures were in our room. Stayed 4 nights. Hot shower was not always working but I didn't complain so I didn't give them the chance to fix it. I had no trouble with noise. Bed was clean and airco also clean. 8 out of 10 would recommend. Would have been a 10 if the hot shower worked

Very good hotel for the value, absolutely loved it great location studio suites were very spacious and clean, rooms were cleaned daily. only problem was very quite we were I think during our stay were the only couple staying there and lot of the facilities in the hotel were unavailable, bar restaurant and rooftop was closed, none the less will definitely stay there again.

Stayed for 2 nights. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel offers a shuttle service to the local beach that comes and goes 3 times a day. The Sky Bar was open while we were there but just for a short while, perhaps as it felt like there was rain coming. The furniture in the Sky Bar has become dated and couple probably do with an upgrade. The rooms were very clean. Our shower had great pressure...

Overall, not bad. But the rooms on the first floor Windows are tightly sealed artificial greens. That is the view from the window just yet. Shuttle service to the beach, but it's a pointless service. It is a beach of another hotel and sunbeds impossible.

Small hotel with its own pool and gym. Breakfasts are not outdoors and indoors. To get to the beach 20 minutes. On the roof there is the sky bar. On the ground floor Japanese restaurant.

Good rooms and cleaning. The location is good close to the beach. The breakfast is poor for European people.
