The included breakfast at the restaurant that we had is very excellent as also the other food choices on the menu for lunch and dinner. Also our small dog Skye really enjoyed it and the staff also took good care of him

Great island hotel! Beach for swimming - you need to navigate a little to the left (there are definitely no stones there), swimming pool, breakfast - everything is on the level!

We’ve stayed in last June for 6 days at this fantastic resort with a beautiful garden that is kept well maintained

We are a family of four expats and I highly recommend this resort. Fantastic staff who were exceptional with our two boys doing various activities. Lovely staff who were at the spa

All staf that we met from front office, restaurant or cleaning and gardening are very polite and friendly

The spa is excellent - I recommend trying the signature herbal ball treatment. Select the Pool Villa option for an experience featuring not just 1 pool, but also 2 private jacuzzis , unlike any hotels

On the positive side I told only the main but there are many more small ones. I recommend!!! Beautiful hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, rooms always clean, large and well-kept territory

this is the most beautiful hotel on Koh Chang, a beautiful beach, an island that you can swim to in a kayak, a quiet bay without waves, every evening elephants bathe near the hotel, a marvelous view from the restaurant and excellent service

We cannot say anything about the rooms, we just came for the view and to be honest, for the bar and restaurant. And that three times while we were in Koh Chang. Outstanding was the mixologist and service personnel

Older hotel long past its prime, rooms okay, nice beach, front desk very nice. The breakfast buffet is not worth walking to. Location and price is the main draw.

Just had 4 night stay pool room absolutely fantastic rooms and facilities. Pool was exceptional and spa massage were amazing. staff were very helpful to a very high standard made our stay comfortable excellent management

2 musicians who played good music, even though there were 2 of us left and it was a nice concert. Of all the hotels I have stayed at, which are many, I am amazed at the quality of this stay

Not located near wild night life if you're looking for a crazy night out and stumbling back to your room. Great staff, great facilities, good breakfast overlooking a pool and a river

Beautiful hotel on the lovely island of Koh Chang. The hotel is built with traditional Thai hardwood carvings on top of a modern infrastructure, so very characterful but efficient

Paradise Hill has lovely swimming pools surrounded by manicured gardens, with wooded hills behind the hotel, and is close to the beach - Paradise Beach Resort is a partner hotel across the road, where you can use their deckchairs on the gorgeous beach, eat at their restaurant, and watch their entertainment

Nice and modern hotel near the beach with supermarket and restaurants nearby. Rooms are spacious with big, compfy beds, the pool is really nice but breakfast could offer a bit more choice, especially for Vegetarians

It's located on one of the nicest beaches on Koh Chang with crystal clear and calm water. You can use the beach chairs but not the sun loungers or the pool of it's sister resort by the beach

Heavy rain for most of my time there. Beautiful location and setting on the river , just behind a sand bank and the open sea. Food good but expensive for Thailand. Well worth a visit if you can tolerate the bad roads

This is the second time I stay at AANA. Good stuff with the resort includes fresh and clean rooms, the two pools, especially the infinity pool, which I usually got to myself

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. We stayed in the villas for four days, the room was spacious and luxurious. The only discomfort was that water drainage was not good in the shower

Clean, spacious rooms, we had a great intimate location. Good breakfast buffet with many options to choose from. As for me, the coffee from the machine is terrible 😜 but the rest is very ok

Great spot for a couple days if you have small kids so they can play at the water park. Our kid logged in about 8 hours of swimming a day there and there are lots of kids to make friends. Breakfast was basic.

Live music in the evenings on the beach. The water park is great, fun for small children and adults. Because of this, the hotel is rather full of families with children (be aware 😉)

A great place to spend an afternoon with kids. 5,6 slides, shallow pool with pool amusements for toddlers. Food totally solid, western snack type stuff.

Our room has terrace with big sofa that your kid able to sleep there. Breakfast is ok, not many choice but everything taste so good. The thing that I like most is pool with sliders

We've saw staff watering plants ONCE in whole week; - Staff itself, although they are polite and do their job - they are not very helpful; - Laundry service is extremely expensive; - Breakfast choices are very basic and very limited (and ffs please change pans for eggs, because they have been done for 5 if not more years already)

- Pool area is OKAY-ish; pool towels have been dead for couple years now, wooden floor around the pool should have been replaced 5 years ago; - All the garden screams for more water because everything is dry

The only drawback is the lackluster restaurant – while the food is tasty, dining in doesn't quite cut it

Room itself, despite showing massive wear and tear in every single corner - wasn't worst part. Overall this hotel gives "barely surviving" vibes. - Water in shower - barely warm

We had a good stay at Annika in Koh Chang. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was nice but the gym was a bit disappointing as it didn’t have a treadmill and was quite small

The rooms were excellent, the daily cleaning service was fairly average. The location is a bit away from everything, so you need bikes which they can provide. Didn't try their food but the cocktails weren't so good

There are also a few good beach bars and restaurants along the beach. There is a large crystal clear swimming pool. Our room was spacious and well equipped with a large balcony overlooking the sea

This place is probably one of the best hotels to stay at on Koh Chang, and it would be close to perfect if a friend didn't have her shoes stolen from in front of the verandah last night

The hotel is on the very best part of Lonely Beach with golden sand that slopes gently into the sea and is great for swimming. It is one of the best beaches we have ever been on. There are plenty of shady trees

The door to our room had gaps at the top as well as holes in the bottom of the door. There is not good soundproofing and often you can hear the music from the beach bars til early in the morning

The rooms are a little run down, but are clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. And the beach is absolutely amazing. Beware of the monkeys, but I would definitely visit again 🙏

Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff were very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, recommend to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. Lots of restaurant and marts nearby.

Pretty good the room I got was across the street from the ocean so beware of where your room is. The place was a little musty but very clean and large room. I did wake up to the sounds of a mouse in my room however

So what I paid I thought it was pretty good value

Beautiful resort with outstanding architecture and nice details in the room. Even if there is no sandy beach in front of the hotel the location is still great with lots of places to eat and shop just of the front door

Awa Resort Koh Chang offers a fantastic pool and a convenient location, close to restaurants and a convenience store. Although it's not directly on the beach, the shoreline is just a 5-7 minute walk away

Coconut Beach Resort is a good 3 star hotel with some very friendly and helpful staff

Great location, sandy beach, sun beds, towels and everything you need for the holidays. The pool is not big but comfortable for baby and adult. The breakfasts are excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance

The room, the first impression is depressing - shed with a bed and a summer shower with lizards and other animals, but then rules get used to it :) the room is clean, cleaned every day clean

Nasty green pool, which is periodically flooded chemistry and it becomes transparent for a couple of days - I did not dare to swim in it and kids drove away

Front the separate house was pools and then the sea. Can’t write down this hotel need to visit. Good location in the island in the nearby restaurants massage salon and food stores

The rooms are very comfortable. I love the bathtub and the shower in the bathroom. The swimming pools are absolutely beautiful. The gym and the staff could be slightly better, but they're still very good

The environment the rooms the staffs almost the foods (only missing the cheese) we planned wrong and after Bangkok before Pattaya we were just 3 nights. If we know what we know now sure we stay more

Had a superior sea view room with 10 meters to the water and a big terrassen to relax on. The staff was amazing and very friendly, cleaning outstanding. The breakfast really good with different options every day

Stayed here for 2 nights in May 2022. The room was spacious and clean and had a lovely sea view. Shower had a really good pressure and was warm. Located in a good area with shops, bars and restaurants nearby

I had a really great time in this resort, gently and helpful staff, room with great view, clean, breakfast good enough with buffet. I would like to return for sure.

Scooter rental was 200 thb per day and they didn't ask for a deposit, just copy of passport / ID. The only negative is that the mattress in room 14 was really hard. The hardest I've ever slept on

I stayed in a couple of different levels of accommodation, the advanced and the basic, both were really beautiful. the pool is stunning and worth a dip at sunset as its a wonderful experience

If there id anything to complain about is that some of the rooms arent the best. Example: Corner rooms facing the sea: Furniture too large for balcony. No hot water (we couldt find) and no place to hang the nozle

Nothing is good here! The staff are rude, food expensive and tastes like crap and the rooms are so moist that the first thing welcoming me was a toad jumping OUT of the horrific place for prostitution

They lose a star because of day hallway caused severly sprained ankle for old fat guy 555..... 1200 baht mind be a little high, but I like their effort to please.....

OK it is on the seafront, comfortable rooms, but drink and food is cheaper in local businesses, not the low price that resorts usually offer.

All sand for miles probably the best beach on KohChang. Beach restraunt is 5 stars , a must eat for dinner at sunset

The restraunt is directly on the beach !!! Very relaxing atmosphere Fresh seafoods the fish was amazing !! The panang Curry was excellent. Drink specials I highly recommend 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We couldn't rent a motorcycle from the hotel, which was inconvenient. On the other side of the road, a good restaurant, a money exchange point, with a good exchange rate and fast laundry service

The beach is beautiful, loved it there! So clean, no stones in the water and a wonderful view. The bungalows are clean and the housekeeping does a really good and reliable job

Dishes come in random order even if you asked in thai to get your appetizer before the main dish. The fish was good, the ceasar salad dressing was awfull. My wife soup came 20 mins after the rest of the order

One of the vest resort in koh chang island. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffets are great, and staff are friendly. Rooms are literally just next to the beach. Resorts have private beach...

I had a very good stay here. The location is simply amazing. Its all along the shore of Klong Prao beach and has perfect relaxing environment. Staffs are supportive and the Rimhad restaurant is also within the complex.

Also the food at the hotel was very good for example the Pad See Ew. In the evening a stunning fire show takes place on the beach. Very impressive and absolutely nice to watch

We had a house with a private pool with access to the beach. The bed is huge, good mattress. The pillows were soft, but we asked and they replaced them with soft ones

Sitting on a gorgeous stretch of sandy beach which is walkable all tones it day with no restaurants directly on the sand which was nice. To explore the island or beyond the resort road, a car or taxi is required

Great location, great beach . The swimming pool a bit small, take some ant and mosquito stuff with you as they are quite a few. They are everywhere in Thailand. Lovely staff, I will definitely recommend it.
