Good location, very taste breakfast and very clean room. The price is reasonable. I recommend this hotel is good for relaxing.

The included breakfast at the restaurant that we had is very excellent as also the other food choices on the menu for lunch and dinner. Also our small dog Skye really enjoyed it and the staff also took good care of him

I am happy that the resort has a lot of activity to do, I even joined the pool zumba. I appreciate the front desk officer for upgrading our room to a bigger bed Vince we have 1 child with us

Clean room with reliable wifi. Staff were very friendly. There was a fire show on the night we stayed (not everyday, recommend to check the schedule with the staff). Good location. Lots of restaurant and marts nearby.

This hotel is clean, the staff is friendly and the service is excellent. However it doesn’t have a beach but you can swimming instead.

The staffs are very helpful and welcome. We were on our honeymoon trip and they prepared us a warm welcome. There were various lines of breakfast and prepared a big portion of omelette. Very recommend this hotel.

I’ve been coming to this hotel four months in row for a week at a time have a great time But this last time we were eating down at beach having a great time and wife dropped her drink by accident and they wanted to charge me for the glass!!! Didn’t even ask to replace the drink check out today they charge me 200 bht for the glass what a low class hotel management down hill never say there again

The food is quite good, but service uneven. The beach is well-maintained, but the descent into the water may be challenging, especially for older people such us ourselves

Very good experience to have a vacation in this resort! Breakfast was awesome and staffs were all very helpful.

Breakfast is in the top building, where a mountain cabin goes from the bottom building, to avoid a steep walk up or down. The grounds are a well kept garden, which could compete with a botanic garden

The balcony in our room was occasionally invaded by monkeys. The breakfast buffet is well-supplied, althogh it gets quite crowded between 8-9 am. Unfortunately the hotel has only one restaurant open from 11 am on

The room was clean, tidy and big enough for my husband and I to be comfortable in. The service was great and all the staff where very friendly. The food and bar was fantastic and the location was spot on

We cannot say anything about the rooms, we just came for the view and to be honest, for the bar and restaurant. And that three times while we were in Koh Chang. Outstanding was the mixologist and service personnel

I stayed in a beach front villa, yes it was a bit dated but who cares, you don't go on holiday to sit in your room moaning about the décor. The beds are very comfortable with clean bedding

Location is great, it’s on the Klong Prao beach Breakfast was very good, however during the one week stay there were no changes Everything is great, but the stuff should clean the patio in front of the villa

Beautiful set and setting. Extremely warm and welcoming staff. Great varied breakfast. Only issue was the mosquitoes and the lack of adequate solution as anti-mosquito burning is not allowed in the building we were in.

They burn lemongrass/ citronella oil in the bathroom to keep mozzies away & room smells good. Massage at their spa: very good & reasonable price, sound of the waves makes the massage so relaxing, must try

The colours and thoughtful design was a real treat and calming and soothing. Set amongs a very well kept designed garden was a treat to walk through each day Breakfast was full on and changed each day

micro 4 nights holiday away from my Thai888 Law Office in Pattaya I cannot complain about anything the room was the biggest most modern on all of my vacations on the beach

Hotel water park across the road - Really nice, clean place with life guards on duty but avoid the the orange & white slide on the right side unless you want friction burns / concussion 🤦‍♂️😂 Would stay here again, and definitely stay in a pool villa! 😄

They kept this ‘on the quiet’, which we found rather disappointing upon arrival. 😟 7/11, street food and a few local shops are 5 minutes walking distance, the rest you need a taxi for (200 baht and 5 minutes ride)

Coffee machines despensed excellent latte or shots or tea Its a great beach and from end to end i did it in 45 mins unless i was destracted There are other bars around if you need to change Very quiet and blockout curtains in the room A big aircon and it was efficent There is a very nice bathroom and all things there including robes/toiletries/ and a huge bath THank you and we shall return

We've saw staff watering plants ONCE in whole week; - Staff itself, although they are polite and do their job - they are not very helpful; - Laundry service is extremely expensive; - Breakfast choices are very basic and very limited (and ffs please change pans for eggs, because they have been done for 5 if not more years already)

- Pool area is OKAY-ish; pool towels have been dead for couple years now, wooden floor around the pool should have been replaced 5 years ago; - All the garden screams for more water because everything is dry

The only drawback is the lackluster restaurant – while the food is tasty, dining in doesn't quite cut it

Room itself, despite showing massive wear and tear in every single corner - wasn't worst part. Overall this hotel gives "barely surviving" vibes. - Water in shower - barely warm

We had a good stay at Annika in Koh Chang. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The pool area was nice but the gym was a bit disappointing as it didn’t have a treadmill and was quite small

The rooms were excellent, the daily cleaning service was fairly average. The location is a bit away from everything, so you need bikes which they can provide. Didn't try their food but the cocktails weren't so good

Fantastic place to stay for a great holiday. The room is a great size, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. The bathroom was huge and clean with shampoo and conditioner supplied. Coffee and hotwater was supplied

Actually this place is Price / Performance place. Especially seaview bungalows was amazing ! Breakfast not for my taste but have many choices. Even can rent a room exclude breakfast no problem. Recommended !

The pool was clean and refreshing with beautiful views of the ocean and gardens surrounding it. The staff were friendly and helpful and eager to please. Breakfast was great and set us up for a full day of energy

The hotel itself is away from the roads so in the evening you don't hear the noise from the bars and traffic. Some say rooms need refurbishment, I was totally fine with the equipment

Clean bungalow (near the pool) price a bit high but comfortable overall small flat for proximity to neighbors if they are noisy. Corect breakfast, nice view, quiet and clean overall.

The beach is great, and there is also a swing like in the Bounty advertisement!! 2 pools, the top one deserves a separate excellent review! There are beautiful geckos running around everywhere) And at night there are sounds of currents and cicadas Ps before choosing this hotel, I read and watched the reviews

This is the second time I stay at AANA. Good stuff with the resort includes fresh and clean rooms, the two pools, especially the infinity pool, which I usually got to myself

Nice and clean room with a jacuzzi, excellent breakfast, and a range of activities including kayaking in the mangrove river

They also provide a boat service to Klong Prao Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Koh Chang. Highly recommend for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Room for improvement regards location and the transfer boat that go between the resort and the beach, which stops at 6 o’clock after which you kinda have to take a taxi to go somewhere to eat (other than the hotel restaurant)

Especially to all the staff, the receiption department is really friendly, very helpful with everything we need. Thank you to the reception staff who always smile. The breakfast menu is also very varied

Overall, this place is awesome as a resort that's really beautiful in a relaxing style with large space, good greenery, large swimming pools as the main activity, large buildings and room size as the exterior

It's was probably the nicest room I have ever stayed in. Nice friendly staff, good restaurant, and even a hidden private beach. It's difficult to fault the place.

Nice resort. Basically a lot of bungalows and a hotel style mixed together in a nice gree resort. Owner takes good care of guests

Good, quiet place near the Kae Bae beach. It's situated I think in the best part of island (in the centre as it's not far to lonely and white sand beach), a lot of restaurants and shops near the hotel

Sooooo worth it. Great accommodations, delicious breakfast with different options. There is a chubby cat at the hotel. He usually comes at 6-8pm. He is cute but be careful of his scratch.

If there id anything to complain about is that some of the rooms arent the best. Example: Corner rooms facing the sea: Furniture too large for balcony. No hot water (we couldt find) and no place to hang the nozle

Nothing is good here! The staff are rude, food expensive and tastes like crap and the rooms are so moist that the first thing welcoming me was a toad jumping OUT of the horrific place for prostitution

They lose a star because of day hallway caused severly sprained ankle for old fat guy 555..... 1200 baht mind be a little high, but I like their effort to please.....

Staff was helpful booking motorbikes and trips. Delicious breakfasts and food from the menu was good, especially the pizza. We had a lovely time staying there. Our room was close to the beach as well and well maintained

The restraunt is directly on the beach !!! Very relaxing atmosphere Fresh seafoods the fish was amazing !! The panang Curry was excellent. Drink specials I highly recommend 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

They also have 2 pools which we never tired but was quite big and that also have a restaurant attached where you get breakfast from, the food was okay would recommend other places but okay for the breakfast and if you want the convenience

The room it self was basic but nice quite a few ants in the bathroom especially in the evenings but hard to stop that on the island and also a bit of dust in a few areas but apart from that very clean

only problem was very quite we were I think during our stay were the only couple staying there and lot of the facilities in the hotel were unavailable, bar restaurant and rooftop was closed, none the less will definitely stay there again

Hot shower was not always working but I didn't complain so I didn't give them the chance to fix it. Bed was clean and airco also clean. Would have been a 10 if the hot shower worked
