We’ve stayed in last June for 6 days at this fantastic resort with a beautiful garden that is kept well maintained. All staf that we met from front office, restaurant or cleaning and gardening are very polite and friendly. The included breakfast at the restaurant that we had is very excellent as also the other food choices on the menu for lunch and dinner. Also our small dog Skye really enjoyed it...

We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks in the legendary room 239 which is as close as you can get to the beach, pool and breakfast. We started every morning with their yoga session on the beach. I like this place. It does look like old Hawaiian hotels built in the 70s but the rooms are still OK. The beach is pretty generous compared to other resorts nearby. Wi-Fi and breakfast are two areas where they could vastly improve.

Very nice rooms and pool areas. Only minus is location since it’s not on the beach but they have their own shuttle ferry which takes you to their own beach. But it stops at 6PM and it’s not always there when you need it. Breakfast is from 7-10 but it’s not that varied and if you come after 9:30 many things are not refilled.

Unfortunately, we were unable to visit the hotel due to illness. Even though our booking was non-refundable, the hotel kindly offered us a full refund. This exceptional service truly shows how much the management cares about their guests. We will definitely book here again on our next visit to Thailand. Thank you to the entire team!

Hard to find anything negative really... Staff so service minded and friendly. Location is perfect, and if you don't want to eat at Dewa (which naturally is more pricy), walk along the beach and find numerous places at low cost and HIGH value! We hate several times at The Family restaurant next to Dewa, which had meals from 80 baht!!

Beautiful hotel with a very complete breakfast. The beach is beautiful as well. Nearby, you will find a few shops, massage places and restaurants. It’s also easy to find taxis and rental motorbikes. However, if you want more dining options or bars, you will need to take a taxi for a short ride (around 5 minutes). The staff is very nice too. We had the “Villa” room, which we really enjoyed.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel is lovely. We stayed in the villas for four days, the room was spacious and luxurious. The only discomfort was that water drainage was not good in the shower. A nice quiet "hotel". It's not a hotel in the usual term but a collection of modern bungalows and various two storey buildings. The pool is great for families, it has 5 water slides and a depth of just over a metre so children can stand easily. The breakfast was excellent. There are restaurants and a 7/11 close

Clean, spacious rooms, we had a great intimate location. Good breakfast buffet with many options to choose from. As for me, the coffee from the machine is terrible 😜 but the rest is very ok. Live music in the evenings on the beach. The water park is great, fun for small children and adults. Because of this, the hotel is rather full of families with children (be aware 😉).

Siam beach resort has a very nice location however, staff are rude (with exception of cleaning crew and kitchen staff), beds are very uncomfortable and some of the rooms are extremely outdated. The door to our room had gaps at the top as well as holes in the bottom of the door. There is not good soundproofing and often you can hear the music from the beach bars til early in the morning.

I stay long vacation here for a week. It's good for your money to stay at paradise villa on the beach. Here is a huge resort and knows about gluten free food. There are 4 swimming pools in the different areas. Try to stay here with the good services.

Awa Resort Koh Chang offers a fantastic pool and a convenient location, close to restaurants and a convenience store. Although it's not directly on the beach, the shoreline is just a 5-7 minute walk away. Nice hotel. Great staff and good food. If there id anything to complain about is that some of the rooms arent the best. Example: Corner rooms facing the sea: Furniture too large for balcony. Me and my fiancé had an amazing time. The room and the beach were clean and the staffs are very friendly. Foods are so delicious and I enjoyed fire show a lot. Definitely will go back!

One of the vest resort in koh chang island. The rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast buffets are great, and staff are friendly. Rooms are literally just next to the beach. Resorts have private beach...

This hotel is older however the location is right on the beach. The rooms we stayed in surrounded a fresh water lagoon filled with fish and in part of this area fishing is allowed. The rooms were spacious, nice although not luxurious. The air conditioning kept the room well cooled. A few pluses were a small store within the resort for market priced beers, snacks, wine, fruit juices, etc. The breakfast...

We had the Villa looking over the lagoon and it was awesome. The beach for me is a way better than white sand beach. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is really good. The gym is in bad shape since half the machine is broken but it's still a 5 stars stay for me. Oh and the WI Fi is EXCELLENT! Don't hesitate to book there ! It worth every penny!

Beautiful resort, in the lap of nature,very big,neat nd clean rooms..amazing lake view from the room, very cooperative staff..loved the place..will go again for sure

The place is nice, relaxing and staffs are very welcoming, fire shows every night, beachview, restaurants and pubs nearby and rooms are cheap..nice experience.

Great hotel. We had a house with a private pool with access to the beach. Great view. The bed is huge, good mattress. The pillows were soft, but we asked and they replaced them with soft ones. The weather was cloudy and the sea was stormy, but that's good, it wasn't hot) The breakfast is excellent, varied. Near the hotel there are restaurants, a pharmacy, 7/11, Lotus. There were few people in the hotel...

We had a comfortable 4 night stay at paradise resort staying in one of their bungalows near the beach. The location of the bungalows was just a stone throw away from the beachfront which we could see from our porch. We had great fun with the water park every day (if this is something you enjoy then definitely this is the resort for you). Every evening consists of happy hour for drinks and live music...

Great location, great beach . The swimming pool a bit small, take some ant and mosquito stuff with you as they are quite a few. They are everywhere in Thailand. Lovely staff, I will definitely recommend it.

The hotel was okay. There are always a lot of Russians here if you like. The swimming pool here has quite dirty water. Our room was dusty, and the curtains had some spots. The room cleaner only put sheets and blankets every day; they didn’t clean the floor from sand at all. Just if you need an aqua park, I recommend staying in this hotel for 1-2 days maximum. Otherwise, I recommend choosing another...

Our room had many mosquitos, even at check in. We had to keep the door closed due to this. We had to buy Mosquito repellant spray. Room cleaning was average where we noticed the cleaner just had turned the bedsheet and not changed it out. Also the maddrass under had blak stains due to mold/fungus most likely where my wife and Son got a itchy rash. Now the beach was ok, but beach mites/flies was biting...

The people who work there are so sweet, they service the best breakfast, location perfect, every evening a great fire show. Diner little bit expencive but the food is good rooms are beautiful the beds are just great
