I like this place. It does look like old Hawaiian hotels built in the 70s but the rooms are still OK. The beach is pretty generous compared to other resorts nearby. Wi-Fi and breakfast are two areas where they could vastly improve.

Rooms were nice and comfortable for the price. Not as clean as I would have liked it but totally acceptable. Must have been a nice hotel back in the days.Breakfast buffet was a bit lacking of options but for the price, we got a good meal.

We stayed in this hotel for 3 weeks in the legendary room 239 which is as close as you can get to the beach, pool and breakfast. We started every morning with their yoga session on the beach. I stay long vacation here for a week. It's good for your money to stay at paradise villa on the beach. Here is a huge resort and knows about gluten free food. There are 4 swimming pools in the different areas. Try to stay here with the good services.

Location - KC Grande has a bike rental next to it, we rented a Yamaha Aerox for 300 baht a day and the lady gave us discounts for extending our rental. However, there are some issues with the room: the basin and bathtub aren't draining properly, and the mirror door and back room can't be locked. I'll have to call room service to have them checked. The doors cannot close properly, which allows for lizards and mosquitos to enter freely. The shower and bathroom also is quite inconvenient and allows water to splash everywhere due to its lack of sealing water. Aside from the complaints, the hotel is in a good location, has a good restaurant, and a goos view of the shore/island.

Very nice resort with a super nice staff. We were the only people in the resort for our two day stay. Bungalow was all wood construction with a comfortable bed and air conditioner. Breakfast was delicious! Staff raise their own small organic garden which is used in preparing meals, very nice touch. Several places to eat just outside the resort. The staffs are all nice and kind especially Khun Orn from Reception. We had some problems about water. It wasn’t hot and orange. She tried to handle very professionally.
