I cannot comment on the rooms, but if you come from outside just for breakfast, the experience is very disappointing. The staff is unfriendly, unwelcoming, and gives the impression that guests don’t matter at all. It’s not a pleasant atmosphere. The coffee was very poor, the breakfast itself was not good either – small portions, overpriced, and definitely not worth it. On the island, you can find much better quality for the same or even lower price.

I got standard room for 800 baht and 200 baht for breakfast . The room is sooo old and .... creepy and rhe bed and the sheets and blanket are like since World war II , its disgusting how cheap is this room could be , the water pressure not stable ,no soap and i cant find new room and other places nearby are fully booked , really diaappointing of low quality . This room should worth 400 baht per night . The hotel if u read this , u are taking advantage of guest no one shoukd pay for this standard of bed at least invest some money for the bedding . The photos of overall hotel and common area are overrated , the actual is really old and not as new as in pic. LASTLY !! omg. I was hoping the breakfast will make it up for the bad room but no ! it was seriously as bad , the sausage and bacon taste so bad and everthing in the dish of cheap quality and incliding drinks ... well the best about this is watermelon that's it. JUST BEING HONEST .

Just don’t! Unhelpful staff (upper management), a lack of organisation, so far from the main part of the island. At night it can be incredibly loud with people partying until 3am or 4am, and no one answers the reception phone. It’s also different to the photos with no sun lingers around the pool

We stayed at another resort on the beach but found everyday breakfast here during our two weeks excellent. 150 B per person buffet breakfast eat all you want. Great coffee and juices aswell. Mama Tim treated as like a true mother and her friendly staff were amazing and absolutely loveable. Great views from the tables, in fact nothing to complain about as we had looked at other eateries on the beach and in town when we arrived. True value for money in our humble opinion 👌

I am 33 years old and I am fit. This would be a great place, if it wasn't for the 500 flights of stairs to get to the room. For hiking mount everest, it at least came with a beautiful view. These stairs, were built for people with 5ft long legs. If you are going to have this many stairs there should be people to help carry things up the stairs or some kind of handicap access. Or at least when someone asks for a room as close to the bottom as possible. Don't put them at the very top as far away as you can....................

We were welcomed (or should I say unwelcome) to an extremely rude lady who struggled to find our booking for a good half an hour. We provided her with all necessary details (passports, booking numbers etc.) and did not receive even one apology for the delay in checking us in. We have since read the reviews to find our experience wasn’t at all unique! There are so many beautiful places to stay along this stretch of beach, and so I would suggest not booking here!! All the other staff were respectful and happy enough (except for the one staff member who snuck his phone around the corner to take a picture of us), however the extent of her abruptness and annoyance at us (for doing absolutely nothing wrong) definitely clouded our whole experience. She also proceeded to yell at another guest during this encounter. The building is are very strange and eerie and we had a good 5 minutes of steep stairs every time we needed to leave or return to our room. Most of our showers were cold. There was also a hole in our door which you could clearly see through - this made me very uncomfortable and I had to cover it up myself (room 1303) Overall a below average stay… go somewhere else!

Absolutely discusting o paid for a room with a balcony and got a box room which smelt so bad I walked straight out do not fall for the beautiful pictures the pool was full of green algae the nats are out in force you wouldn’t let an animal sleep in there and free breakfast believe me I walked past the kitchen u wouldn’t eat from in there either

We did not get the room we booked at first. However we did get cheap upgrade to a great bungalow with a nice view.
The restaurant was not good at all and the breakfast service was poor.

Best price for on the beach accommodation, basic rooms but amazing location and free breakfast.. its my second time this year staying here, economical and super friendly front desk .. like a family, love it
