Beach: public sandy beach, 100 m from the hotel. The first coastal line. Umbrellas and sun beds - for a fee.

Location wise the best place to stay, hospitality is top notch, courtesy of all staffs are awesome.

I had an absolutely horrendous stay at Baumancasa. Not only was my experience ruined by subpar service and cleanliness, but I also had $600 stolen from my room on two separate occasions by the housekeeping staff.
Despite reporting the theft to management, they were unhelpful, only stating that “it is impossible, and you should keep all your valuables in the locker”. Yeah, sure, but I didn’t expect they would take money from my jeans! There was even no attempt to investigate or address the issue, leaving me feeling completely unsupported.
Want to report to the police, huh? Not working out. They will come, see the cctv recordings, say “there is nothing they can help with” and leave
I strongly advise anyone considering a stay here to think twice. Your belongings and peace of mind are not safe at this establishment. This is by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid at all costs!

Spent 3 nights here in May 2024. The location is superb, across the road from Karon Beach. The room was OK but the air-conditioning was noisy which affected my sleep. The lift stopped working 2 days in to our stay. The cleaning services were fine. The swimming pool on the roof was ok. Overall good value for the location.

We stayed a Baumancasa twice during our island hopping, started here and finished here. They were very helpful to good our large luggage. Nice sized rooms, cold AC and comfy bed. Breakfast was good, but on both occasions the staff were heavily monitoring guests to ensure they did not take anything from the breakfast area. It wasn't even permitted to refill a water bottle with water . Sheesh! This is our only complaint, but it did set a negative tone and left a bad impression. They would rather guets ask the front desk for more bottled water which is definitely not eco friendly!

Stayed there last week for a week. Location is nice just across the beach however few issues:
- soundproofing rooms is very poor- w as difficult to sleep as you are on the main road with loud noises and music even late at night.
- breakfast is not good.
- staff don’t understand english- there might be one who does but she is not always there. It took great efforts to explain to them any simple thing needed.
- we had few things stolen from our room probably by housekeeping. Informed the reception that we when we went back to room from tour, our phones chargwrs were broken as if someone tried to jam them in the socket without adaptors- but after soending half an hour trying to explain- nothing was done by hotel.
- little value for your money.

Just arrived for a few days break. Check-in process was smooth & felt welcoming. All staff have been very polite & helpful. Room is clean & tidy, equipped with fridge, safe & tea/coffee making facilities. Plenty of choice during breakfast where food is regularly replenished & tables are kept vlean. Wi-Fican be inconsistent at times. There is a shop, laundrette & plenty of massage salons in the resort. Shop staff very friendly too.
Location - The beach, lined with trees, is just across the road. Plenty of good places to drink, eat & relax around the hotel.

Great location and service! Rooms were standard with good air conditioning. Right across from the beach and amongst many great restaurants.

Great location and thats all this placehas goingfor it. Room had mold (see pictures) and the breakfast is really quite terrible. They seem to put 0 effort into making sure breakfast is prepared properly. Everything is cold, they run out of pastries ect every day, most of the food is just plain not edible. Staff gets upset if you leave food behind. Almost everyday you see them getting after people. I left 1 week into my booking and found a much nicer hotel for about the same money.. with real food.

All five stars for this nice and economic hotel. The staffs are nice. Room service is perfect. Great food ( breakfast). They also provide spare towels for the beach ⛱️.

Stayed for 3nights, the place is clean. I had problems with my AC and called maintenance, they fixed everything. The place is filled with Russian tourists, It’s neither bad or good its just an observation
