This hotel is beautiful, our last day after a 2 week stay and have absolutely no complaints. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the cleaners do an amazing job keeping the hotel facilities clean! The reception staff and even the hotel chefs are all polite, friendly and helpful. Located in a less busy area of Phuket than Patong, this hotel is few meters away from the beach and has a large pool. We only stayed here for one night but it was a pleasant stay. Our room was very big and had a balcony with a view on the pool. The breakfast was nice and all the staff were helpful at all times.

We had a wonderful stay at Andaman Seaview Hotel. The room was beautifully clean and modern. Daily servicing was always done despite us being in and out. Fantastic location at the beach and walking distance to Kata. Great choices for breakfast. And great pools for children. Great value for money.

Andaman is a beautiful hotel situated a road away from the beach. There is a beautiful blue pool around the rooms. A very cozy and nice hotel with very friendly stuff. My room was white and comfortable. Internet connection was good, though reviews were not good. I I enjoyed my time there a lot. Breakfast is good enough, you have a choice and different fruits. Pools are good and just 3 min from the perfect beach which makes just a perfect holiday with no time waste. Awesome! One of my best stays in recent times❤️ staff were very attentive, they have waited till 12 AM for us to check-in, housekeeping staff were also quite helpful. They also have cute cat in the reception ❤️, wonderful location for the first comers.

Funky and vibrant small hotel just between Karon and Kata beach. It is well managed, clean and has a good bar downstairs. Perfect if you want to be somewhere in a place with good infrastructure, around cafes, restaurants, bars and with a quick access to the beach (both are 5-7 min walk). Customer service is above the cloud, it just amazed me a lot, thank you all :) I don't see any big negativities...

The staff are very friendly, helpful and offer great hospitality. The rooms are cleaned every day and the pool is always refreshing. The breakfast can be a bit better, but otherwise this is a great place.

Very nice hotel! I spent a week here, and have no complaints. The hotel is located on the beachfront, but the two buildings extend pretty far away from the beach. Keep this in mind when booking a room - even the "beach view" rooms don't all have a view of the beach because of how the building is oriented. I booked a room without a beach view, located in the second building, a bit farther from the beach...

Nice rooms but beware of the mosquitoes specially if you're traveling with kids. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits and different type of juices, you can get good variety on egg foods. Best part was the nearby beach hardly 2 minutes walk from the room and the big Buddha view from gallery.

Nice hotel with spacious room (we took deluxe double room). It's right i front of the beach so you can just cross the road and lounge yourself on one of the beach chairs and swim in the sea if that's what you are looking for. I think it's great value for money for what we get. It's quite quiet right now(dec 2021) because of covid and a lot of places have closed down so there weren't too many restaurants...

Located near the karon beach, its walking distance from the beach. There are many restaurants around the area. So easy for dine in and take outs as well. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Rooms have a balcony, which is a plus point. The shower area is also good.

The location is very good and quiet, 5 minutes walk to the beach, and the price is right!

Would strongly recommend the resort for its location, facilities and affable staffs. We really enjoyed our stay. The place is midst of thriving place with all kinds of shops and outlets.

Good hotel just they could do with keeping doors and widows closed in hallways and receptions as it gets very hot with no AC when you walk in. The hill can be a climb after 23:00 hrs also a huge pain as golf cart stops at this time and then you're left to walk up steep hill in heat. Get to the top no AC until you reach your room and no water refreshments.

Nice spot! Big, comfy room. View from balcony was a construction site but we're only in the room to sleep/shower. Great location for relaxing or renting moped to get around, 500 baht tuctuc to patong where all the night life is.

Everything was great, breakfast included, the sweet & sour chicken in the breakfast menu was very delicious. Near by 7 Eleven, gas station, eateries, Kata night market and stuffs.

We had a great weeks stay at Baan Karon, we especially loved meeting Gunn at the poolbar, he was our instant friend and looked after us really well, we could not have had such a great time without him there. The rooms are beautiful and cleaned very well every day. The shower was lovely and hot with plenty of pressure. The bed was comfortable and super sized. Big thumbs up to our mate Gunn 👍

It's an OK hotel with very good service. A few minutes away from Karon and Kata beaches, but not that far. You can get a taxi for cheap to get there quickly, or take the shuttles in the morning. Kata night market is a 15-minute walk away. There's some good places to eat a few metres away on foot.

My partner and I stayed here for 8 nights and loved it. Rooms were lovely, breakfast was really good but best of all was the pool bartender Gunn. He truly made the stay a great time, he was extremely friendly, very attentive and made delicious cocktails. He was always up for a chat and gave us great recommendations around the area. Recommend to stay in May House. Got a free upgrade from queen bed room to a king. The room is clean, hot water shower, free WiFi, free drinking bottle water, daily housekeeping, and easy to flag down local bus to city, as simple as cross over the road and wait. The food can order from below and they will send up to your room.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for more than a month. The location was incredible, the staff was more than accommodating, the room and the view was great, and the price cannot be beat! I will most certainly return to this hotel and would recommend it to any of my friends.

It was very clean and good service provided. They even have a swimming pool and sauna but I didn’t use them. The only thing I would say is it was a bit difficult finding the hotel as you have to go to karon cafe to check in then walk back to the hotel. Even the locals weren’t sure 😂

Not a bad hotel for this money, the decor is simple, but everything is clean and tidy, there is everything you need. The beach is 3-5 walk away. We liked the location. In the evenings, music plays outside until 23:00, so you will get complete silence after 23:00. In short, everything suited us.

We stayed here for a week (sandbox) as it was the most affordable SHA+ Hotel that looked nice. And it was the best choice! Very clean and nice rooms. Why read reviews? To find that small gem of a place that makes you feel like a local, that allows you to explore on foot, or hop a short ride to so many sights. My stay went from 3 to 5 days, as I didn't want to leave. Andrew was always available, super helpful, and gave me a short scooter ride to boot! Don't stay in a hotel...stay where it's clean and safe and allows you a truer Karon experience.

Great place. Clean, and tidy. Friendly staff. We stayed for one week as part of sandbox scheme. A few minutes walk to Karon beach, and shops/bars etc, whilst it is quite basic I would recommend 👌. It has all you need.

I stayed here for 3 days then extended for more. I loved it. the room is equipped with an electric stove, a toaster, kittle, cooking set, cutlery and a coffe machine make sure you bring your own dolce capsules we couldn't find any in nearby shops. the view from the balcony is beautiful and the rooms are clean.
