This was my home for 2 weeks. Wonderful views and a pool, gym and air-conditioned rooms. I love the patio and in the morning seeing little monkeys like squirrels and listening to the birds in the morning. And at night you can watch all the green and blue lights of ika fisherman going out from the bay to work all night. This place really felt like home. The steep road up hill to the property stopped...
Great value for money. If you can manage the steep road to the Condo, this is a very pleasant place, well above Phuket's average.
Good location. Two pools near which there is a small bar. The apartments doing the cleaning. In the daytime the nearest shop you can take "tuk-tuk". Of the minuses - the house is situated on a VERY steep incline.

The only downside to this place is the hill it’s up. It is a major climb. The plus is there’s a courtesy bus that runs every half hour to the beach until 23.30 every night

Beautiful hotel plant with many small villas. It is a bit secluded. Anyone who wants to in the city TucTuc or by foot along the beach. We felt overall very comfortable. The Service, however, was not so good. We had to call 3 times the reception. Emails after our stay were unfortunately not answered.
Great views, rooms are slightly old, from the beach a little far away, walk five minutes and there are a lot of mosquitoes, beach seeker suggested sorting.
Very nice staff good food but the Restaurants in karon beach is a little expensive. The descent to the beach is an adventure. The pools are very nice. We were in the rainy season there, and you have given a lot of effort to keep the pools and the Rest clean. The rooms are quite large and the bathroom very large. All in all one can recommend the next.
