Consists of ten 4-storey buildings with ten 1-storey villas.

We had an amazing stay at Centara Beachfront Hotel, Phuket! This luxury property is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and since we visited during the off-season, we got an incredible deal at just ₹5700 per night. We booked a standard room (not sea view), but were pleasantly surprised to find that even our room had a partial sea view—watching the sunset from our balcony was such a treat!
The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel's app made accessing room amenities very convenient. The pool area is superb, featuring water slides, a water park, and even a lazy river with tubes and a mini waterfall. We had a blast diving and sliding around! The property also has two large swimming pools, making it ideal for both families and couples.

My stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort was amazing. Rooms were spacious and clean, the check in process was flawless and the food was good. My one criticism is that I feel that the restaurant was understaffed.
When we first walked in we were greeted by Vicky who did an amazing job in assisting us and truly went above and beyond.
This resort and as by far the best resort we stayed at in Phuket.

Had a fantastic stay at Centara Grand Beach Phuket! The beachfront location is unbeatable, offering stunning views and easy access to the sand and sea. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with great amenities. We especially loved the pool area and the variety of dining options available. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. It’s the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway or a family holiday. Highly recommend!

A well established (older) hotel and resort with conferencing facilities. Families welcome, with a smaller adults-only pool also available. Pool depths are 1.3m constant, plus there are jacuzzi extensions to the pools (not hot tubs), offering several options to spread out. A big buffet for breakfast with a wide variety of cuisines including plenty of fresh tropical fruit. There are several restaurants and bars otherwise. I found the vegetarian choices (pizza, pasta, salad) a bit limited and it would have been nice to see more Thai dishes. but the staff were very willing to prepare something when asked. When I had a problem the management was very quick to respond and make sure everything was good. We stayed in a standard room (Deluxe) and it was perfectly fine and included twin beds, a sofa and balcony. Though it had some quirks: because the bathroom (full bath, separate shower, single washbasin), can be opened to the bed area with sliding doors, moisture collected on the bedside floor.
A big caveat of this hotel is that the beach is red flagged (no swimming) due to a strong rip. It's a nice beach otherwise, though it gets plenty of small plastic trash.

DON’T STAY HERE! My whole family have been unwell shortly after arriving .The only food and beverage consumed had been from the hotel. We have met several other families while here and are experiencing the same symptoms. The buffet dinner was below average.
Poor Quality of food and a breeding ground for bacteria.
The atmosphere around the pool area was zero. The pool didn’t open until 10 am which was strange for a 5 star resort.No music, most staff not smiling or happy.
The beach is dirty full of rubbish.
They no longer offer shuttle bus to town and it is expensive to go out of resort freely.
The rooms wear large and first glance appear clean but are very dirty. Mould and grim all over shower but hard to see as it is marble. The bathroom smells. Finger prints all over the sliding door.” DIRTY. “
Although the grounds are lush and very pretty I can see a big decline in quality and service overall since last visit. Very disappointing and sad to see a great hotel being badly managed.

We'd been to Grand Centara Phuket in June 2024. Our stay was lovely and very comfortable.
We even got 1 room upgrade which had a small pool in the room. And the bathroom was huge.
The other room was on the top floor with a Jacuzzi on the balcony. And the view of the sea and the mountains on the side which was heavenly.
The sound of crashing waves and the chirping of the birds was very refreshing.
Breakfast spread was good with a lot of options including Indian food as many guests were Indians.
The hotel had 3 swimming pools and a lazy river and a spot for cliff jumping. Which was super fun!!

The Hotel has earned the 5 Stars. We traveled as a family with 2 children under 4 years. As we arrived we got upgraded to the big pool suite for free which was amazing. The room itself was really big with a big outside area and a massive big outside river pool with ocean view. Cleaning service was excellent. The whole area of the Hotel is very well designed. It feels like walking through an organized jungle in some areas. The pool area with the river, the waterfall, waterslides and the amazing big pool right in front of the beach is one of a kind. All staff members were extremely kind and helpful the whole time. In room dining and room service works perfectly. Everything can be ordered to the room directly. The food and drinks in the restaurants were from very good quality. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. So many choices of food.
Overall an absolutely amazing hotel which we can only highly recommend.

the hotel was very nice. room was so spacious and clean. the beach is so beautiful. kids love the pool and play all day. lots of activities for the kids in kids club.
only, it takes "some times" to do check in and check out.
