Location: 50 km from the airport, Phuket is 15 km from Patong beach, West coast Phuket in Karon Bay.
Consists of three 2-3-storey buildings and complex 1-storey bungalows.
The hotel has 197 rooms.
Total area: 13 600 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

Personally, I would recommend to book a dofferent hotel for a stay. After ariving at 18.00 we were constantly told bt the staff to wait 10 minutes , this continued till 21.00 when they took us to our rooms that they were renovating at that time. Everything was dirty from the maintenance… and then drilling works in the neatby room at 22.00…. Truly unpleasant in any circumstance.
Staff did not offer any room upgrades for their miscalculation. Therefore, service can definitely be improved.
Some feedback for hotel owners that I would like to leave:
Its okay to make mistakes, its not okay to lie and offer bad quality services for the price paid.
Clients dont have to pay with their well-being for your miscalculations (if this occurs it is hotels responsibility to either find a new better room or provide an adequate substitute).
On the good note, at least there is a cute welcoming cat in the lobby + there is something to remember)

We stayed here for 3 nights. Rooms are really large, beds are large, whole resort is super clean and tidy. However there is no ventilation in the bathroom which is a bit of an issue. Good value for money overall and great location in Karon.

A little noise from building renovation and pools being worked on. We have to change our room due to the entry door opening gaps wide enough for mosquitoes and no-seem bugs to get in and bite us. Employees are very nice and welcome us.

A very good hotel with great breakfast, excellent staff and ideal location. The rooms are a bit old with very less lightening and have dirt at the corners. But otherwise facilities and beds were very comfortable.

We always used to go for breakfast here. Previously there was a fantastic choice of food and really lovely staff.
Today we went in and prices had doubled in one year. 100% more expensive and in low season also! In addition, the incredibly rude female staff member simply snarled that it is a hotel and what do we expect?
After 7 years of frequenting this hotel I will now never go again.

We were only here for one night, but it was very spacious, quite affordable, and not too hot. The only reason for a 4 instead of a 5 is because the bed was a little harder than normal, but not so uncomfortable that I couldn't sleep.

What a disaster! Unclean to the worst extend, all staff are rude and abrupt to the extend of shouting at customers!
Rooms are old and dirty… swimming pools not well maintained at all.
This is not a hotel! It is a joke! No room service past 10:00 pm. No electrical adapters.
Most importantly bring your own shampoo and shower things.
What a disaster! Unclean to the worst extend, all staff are rude and abrupt to the extend of shouting at customers!

The sheer arrogance of this hotel charging this high price per night and without breakfast !!
. We couldn't have a shower without the room flooding with water nearly had a fall.
. Flushing the toilet made a loud screeching noise coming through the pipes
. Shower tiles yellow in colour and haven't been cleaned
. Toilet seat was not cleaned before arrival or there after
. PowerPoint exposing live wires.
. We were ignored when asking for our linen to be changed after the 9th day.
. Staff totally ignored guests
Very disappointed definitely not worth the money.
Give it a miss !!!

Single male. I stayed at resort from Nov 12 to dec 3 2023. The room was very comfortable, bed was awesome, was quiet at night, pools were great, staff very helpful, restaurant/lounge staff very accommodating (Thanks Pop), Events booking (Mon?), very helpful. Beach close, bars close. All around a great place to stay. Thanks to a great staff. 100% would return.

Great hotel and pleasant as well as helpful staff. 2 perfect Sandbox weeks. Great room with balcony and excellent views to the sea 50 m away. Super restaurant just outside the hotel.
