This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. It is not bad. But, not a 4 star. The rooms are very turn of the century. Wooden doors and old fashioned locks. The rooms dont have any decor and are very very basic. I was upgraded and I was travelling solo. The mattress also showed signs of age. It is seemingly a very large hotel with a very low occupancy. The view from my room was marvelous but that was only one of 2 redeeming factors of this hotel stay. The staff was kind, but, mostly helpless. There are no shops, restaurants of any mention in the vicinity and you'd need a motorized vehicle to go do anything really. The biggest put off for me was that the in house restaurant shut down at 8:30 PM! There is no 24 hour room service. The first night I was there, I walked in at 8:33 PM and was told that the kitchen was closed. Breakfast, was limited, but, if you are not fussy, it is sustenance. Again, this is far from being a 4 star hotel.

Amazing spacious room with dream sunset views over Koran beach, fitness room beautiful pool huge space room bath and shower super clean for great prices in a quiet area but close to kata and Koran and Patong 100m from beach.

Great resort to stay in Karon,they have a shuttle service every 1/2 hr to the city free of cost.
The view and the swimming pool are the plus in the resort.

Title: Disappointing Stay at Princess Seaview Resort & Spa - Needs Significant Improvement
I recently stayed at the Princess Seaview Resort & Spa, booked via MakeMyTrip, and was let down by numerous aspects of the experience which considerably impacted our holiday.
Firstly, room service was nearly non-existent. Requests either took ages to be addressed or were completely ignored. Communication was a major issue as well; a significant language barrier existed between the staff and us, making simple requests challenging.
Our departure experience was particularly disheartening. Despite confirming a packed breakfast the night before our early checkout, we received a scanty meal of a few pieces of fruit instead of the promised sandwiches and juices. This was not a great start to our day of travel.
Accessing our room was cumbersome, requiring the use of two separate lifts, which felt very inconvenient, especially after long days out exploring. The overall ambiance of the hotel was more reminiscent of a dormitory rather than the luxurious resort portrayed in the promotional materials. Moreover, despite its name, the resort does not offer sea views, which was a major disappointment.
Location-wise, the hotel is impractically positioned. It is far from Karon Beach and even further from Patong Beach, with each trip costing between 700 to 800 baht one way. This isolation extends to its distance from the city, limiting access to local attractions and dining options, which is particularly inconvenient for tourists.
For Indian travelers, the food options were insufficient, lacking variety and not catering well to Indian tastes, which could be problematic for those seeking familiar cuisine.
In conclusion, the Princess Seaview Resort & Spa did not meet our expectations in numerous crucial areas, ranging from service to location. Future guests might consider looking elsewhere to ensure a more enjoyable and hassle-free Phuket experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and we probably wouldn't do it again. The photos look nothing like the actual hotel. It is a 2 star max, facilities are super dated, the patrons are 99.9% Russians and customer service isn't great. I had to fight with the front desk to demand a baby cot - it was requested and they didn't accommodate this. I tried to be nice and they didn't do anything. Later, I had to demand it (not nicely) and they set up a fold up bed. It was unfortunate that it had to resort to that.
The only good point about this hotel is the hotel with pool access outside your balcony. If you're into swimming this is a great feature! Extra star for this.

Great rooms, nice and helpful staff. Always clean in the rooms. There is a training room and a swimming pool. Very tasty breakfasts. The location of the hotel is far from the sea, but the hotel has tuk-tuks that constantly transport people from 6.30 to 17.00 (free of charge).

The three of us rested with friends, in the wishes they indicated that we wanted the 2nd floor and we were lucky, they gave us the second floor, and this is with access from the balcony to the pool. Rooms are quite big if both bath and shower, big balcony. Bathrobes, slippers, umbrellas, safe, hairdryer. Breakfasts are also not bad, spread out a little bit and as soon as it ends they put it up again quite quickly. Breakfast from 6:30 to 10:00 without coupons. Some people manage to eat at 6:30 and get hungry by 10:00 and go again))

Perfect place . Neat rooms, very friendly staff Breakfast for 10/10. The hotel has a pool, but it makes no sense. To the sea 15 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by shuttle and. The sea water is warmer. Also in half an hour walk katabich.

Superior class number. The bed is just huge. The room has a bathtub and a separate shower room. The bathroom and the room are separated by transparent glass. If you take a room with a sea view, you will see beautiful sunsets. Many write that the furniture is old. Yes, the furniture is tired, but everything functions as it should and does not cause any negative. Breakfast is good, everything is very tasty. Of the problematic points, I will highlight the following: - a room with a sea view overlooks the pool. At night, when everyone is resting, children swim in this pool while their parents are drinking - it is decided by calling the reception with a request to disperse the violators, or take rooms on the 5th floor on the right side (number 2514-2517). - lack of sidewalks and remoteness of the hotel from entertainment places and cafes (sometimes you have to walk 15-20 minutes to a cafe along a busy and noisy road) - it is decided by renting a bike.
