I stayed here 4 nights last week and had a wonderful experience. The location is ideal, very close to the beach, in a lively area with many restaurants and nightlife. I had room 306, it is on the quieter side of the hotel and I slept like a dream. The decoration is cool, kind of industrial style. The staff is helpful and service-minded. The owner is super friendly and will make sure that you have a great stay. I definitely plan to come back here again.

This is a great find in the heart of Karon Beach, just 200m away from the actual beach.
Great service, cool design and extremely price worthy.

Wonderful experience, the owner John & their staff specially Aye mi, they are the best people. We had a great experience. We came to stay for a day only but ended up staying for more than 4 days. The best location in the main area, and they provide free water, Iron, Hairdryer and much more in such a cheap price. We forgot our mobile phone there, ayemi contacted us before our flight and sent it through the grab rider. What a helping women she is. I highly recommend them for your stay.

I know it is cheap and it is Thailand but cleanliness is poor with Mouldy shower head and controls.
Safe box weigh maybe 1kg so easy to take.
Rooms very noisy so do not plan on sleeping before 1:30am
Wifi only works downstairs in cafe area

The air conditioner didn’t work, the receptionist didn’t do anything about it, we asked for our money back to go to find another place where to sleep cause also he said there weren’t another rooms availables and he said no cause it was not refundable de booking. It is not refundable if what you offered at the time of purchase is met but it wasn’t the case. Finally he called to the owner who said there were others rooms available. It was already midle night, the receptionist gave us another room and air conditioner didn’t work either 🤦🏽♀️ we had an awful night, no one apology’s for it. There were not hot water from the shower, no remote control for the tv, the shower faucet was broken in the second room.

Despite being situated above a lively bar, Unotel offers an invigorating stay with immediate beach access and vibrant entertainment. The bustling atmosphere adds to the charm, making it an ideal spot for those seeking lively evenings by the beach. 5 stars for the unique experience and beachside convenience.

Very good location, big and clear rooms, staff very friendly, high recommended this place, close the 7/11 restaurant and bar. Hotel have also good coffee and breakfast.

Our room was 211. It's right above the band below. The mattress was hard like sleeping on the floor. All the electrical outlets shut down when you take your room key with you so everything in the refrigerator went warm and the room went so hot. Two bath towels only and one of them had a brown stain. No hand towels. Everything was old. The toilet seat was loose so when you sit you can slip. The safe deposit box is a movable tiny box that weighs less than one kilogram. The location is good if you are here to party all night long.

Rooms are big, location is great, cool industrial decor. The highlight was definitely the service. Arrived early after checking out of the previous hotel and the host allowed me to check in early and thank budda he did because it was hot as hell and I was hanging from the night before. On check out he allowed us an extra hour while we waited for out taxi. Cannot reccomend this place enough

it was horror. we were settled on the first level - At night, all the music was playing in the restaurant below us, it felt like we were in the thick of things - the floor was vibrating from the bass and it was impossible to sleep. Everything in the room is very dirty - it seems to me that the floor was not even washed. the bathroom is a different story - the running cockroaches are unforgettable - the floor and walls looked terrible, like in the most seedy parish milking the homeless!
