The hotel is attractive for its location on the beach of Karon Bay, within walking distance from restaurants and shops. Cosy rooms and a small area. Recommend for couples and family holidays.

Location: 55 km from Phuket international airport, 8 km from Patong beach on the West coast of Phuket, in the Northern part of Karon beach, on the waterfront, across the road from the sea.
Consists of four 5-storey buildings.
The hotel has 205 rooms.
Total area: 11 000 m2.
Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, chairs, towels – for a fee.

I really don't know from where I should start ... my partner and I went to Phuket in August. We have chosen Woraburi hotel for our stay as the hotel looked quite nice, breakfast was included.
I was so excited about our holiday ... and rhe whole optimism disappeared... when we entered our room ... the smell there was ... omg - hard to describe it - we have opened the balcony - as we thought the smell is just ... "occasional". The next day - smell was still there - the whole bed, mattress, curtains was absolutely stinky! Mess everywhere - this is defo not a 4* hotel! Smell of mould was the worst and I've never experienced anything like this. We tried to eliminate the smell - we tried candles, sticks - but the smell was even worse ... after 3 days we went to reception to inform them about the problem but they looked like " nothing happened" ... we got a new room on top floor ( the previous, smelly one was on the 1st floor). Gues what ... when we moved- problem with wet duvet, smelly mattress and in overall smell of mould disappeared.
Really - The room was so full of damp that the tiles in the room was completely covered with " mist" ( you can see bellow in the attachment).
Breakfast are so poor, that we came ( once) and never came back ... poor quality and hair in the food ... disgusting.
In general - standard of that hotel is really poor and shouldn't be marked as a 4* - maximum 2* ( IF)! ... for this money I am sure you can find something so much better. SO DISAPPOINTING ...
And this mess under the bed ...

We stayed here for 8 nights. The staff here were lovely and very accomodating. Our bed was a bit hard and they went to great lengths to assist and add a mattress topper quite thick and we were thankful and slept really well for the time we were here.
Beach across the road was amazing.
7/11 virtually next door, plenty of places to eat. 500- 800 metre walk to stacks of shops and places to eat.
Pharmacies around and nearby.
Well away from Patong which is way too hectic and crowded.
The breakfasts were terrific, and staff were always accomodating to ensure there was plenty food available.
The dinner options were great and lots of variety and tasted wonderful.
The pool was fantastic. Happy hour 4 - 7.30 every night and poolside service A1, plenty of cocktails were consumed !!
The room was spot on and yes while a little dated is not a bothersome aspect to the enjoyment of the time spent here.

An absolute nightmare speaking to the staff at the reception. Apparently, you are not allowed to have more than 1 key even if you are a party of 3-4 people in 1 room. Also, it's an old-fashioned key and not a card. Wouldn't recommend to anyone

Having arrived at the hotel on 18/03/2024 , we had some problems with our room . Within one day we were upgraded to the executive suite , due to the manager who is called Dee sorting out the issues we had . The room was cleaned every other day , and towels were replaced if needed on a daily basis . The staff I cannot fault, although the hotel is in need of a little upgrade, we would definitely stay here again . A massive thankyou to Dee once again , your service was outstanding. Keep up the good work 💕

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were friendly enough and the room was nice. The pool could have been cleaner.

We arrived here for a 3 night stay as a couple.
Our room air con was not working well and we were then moved to another room with better air con but not the best view.
Breakfast buffet was below average and staff in general were not friendly except house keeping which were always very nice.
Rooms need a lot of TLC.

Its a very great hotel with amazing location hence immense papular . The hotel have a beautiful infrastructure and have everything needed nearby including market of foods and stores . Symbol of karon is nearby which is big golden snake . Breakfast is good but for such 4 star hotel the drinks coffee and juices are such terrible and less choices of fruits. 7/11 is 600 meter . Hotel needs some new renovation. The hotel looks like wow from outside and thats true. The swimming pool is very comfortable and big and well made. The hotel staff is good and but very responsible a specially male staff

There is a beach just in front of the holtel
Also they have a swimming pool at the back
There is a few shops at the entrance in case you need something
Breakfast was lovely there is so many thinks we're you can choose from
Staff is so nice and there to help you anytime

Its great place to have holiday. Very nice very clean and fantastic. We are sure that we go to relax again this hotel. 👍👍👍
