✨ Just got back from our honeymoon at The Houben and WOW! The pool area with its stunning ocean view is unreal 🌊

The best part? The staff and owner are incredibly sweet and welcoming - always greeting us with big smiles! The pool is super clean and well maintained. Breakfast was delicious 🍳 and don't even get me started on those sunsets... pure magic from the pool area 🌅

Perfect spot for couples looking for something special. This place seriously exceeded our expectations! 💎

The Houben had a friendly atmosphere, delicious breakfasts, and stunning views. The staff were wonderful and caring, and the hotel was very clean. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay!

After traveling two weeks around Thailand, we have readed a lot about the good thai hospitality. But before arriving The Houben we haven’t experienced this in so magnificent way.
Since we arrived the hotel after three hours riding a motorbike under the rain, Pitcharpa gave us a warm welcome with a drink. She was very nice and helpful every time we needed something.
The hotel is very nice and quiet, and has everything you can need.
And one of the best things is the breakfast. Not only for the food (lot of options and well made and presented) or the atmosphere with the sea view. The best was the attendance of the waitress: one of the sweetest person I’ve ever met. I can’t imagine someone doing this work in a better way. After finish the breakfast you can begin your day with a smile in your face because it was so great.

Compared to other 5-star hotels, Houben Hotel offers exceptional value. The breakfast was delicious, the red swimming pool was clean and inviting, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Especially the stunning sundown!!!! Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be returning in the future!

We really enjoyed our time here in spite of the 3 days of pouring rain. There weren't many people staying here, as it was the peak of monsoon season (we knew that, and expected the daily BIG rain that happened). We had a separate room with a tub at the corner of the property. There was lots of privacy for the deck and tub.

Every one of the staff was really friendly and helpful (reception, housekeeping, and restaurant). Check-in and checkout were friendly, quick, and easy.

The included breakfast was really good. Fresh fruit, juice, and coffee to start; then, lots of choices from sweet to savory. The eggs Benedict and omelts were particularly good (it's all unlimited; just keep ordering if you want more). The dinner menu was also tasty. The 2-for-1 happy hour was great. So great we had a few+ drinks each, all of which we enjoyed (enjoyed enough to jump in the pool during a big rain storm on the way back to our room; pretty sure we appeared crazy to the staff). Daily housekeeping was attentive, thourough, and friendly. There was a small mini-bar with good prices (fridge was cold enough for beer, and freezer cold enough to keep ice frozen).

Our room was spacious with an amazing (cliff) view to the ocean. During the seasonal monsoon rains, the waves were especially big and soothing against the rocks below. All of our stay was very peaceful and relaxing (no kids allowed!)

While it would have been great to go snorkeling and enjoy the island more, we were thrilled to have days of big rainstorms to just relax. We'd love to come back during better weather.

Excellent and very friendly staff and service! Our room was on the top floor with a fantastic view. All rooms and restaurant/bar have sea views. Spacious room with rain shower and spa bath. Quite a romantic place and great value for money. Highly recommended! We hope to be back again soon!

The view from the suite is very beautiful, very private, in addition, it does not accept children, it does not make noise from children. Very suitable for luxury, large room, beautiful view, sunset. Should come at an affordable price

It was an OMG experience. The staff is excellent. Great view, best comfort and amazing surroundings. Be careful of the monkeys as their habitat is nearby. Be careful not to disturb their natural life and never, ever feed a wild animal unless you have a plan in place to care for that animal and provide a suitable habitat. Dogs and cats make good pets. Don't feed wild dogs.

The staff are very quiet but tried their best to provide excellent service. The view is to die for and all rooms maximize this. I highly recommend the Deluxe Hot Tub rooms, but the Romantic Suite deserves indulgence. We enjoyed watching the sea eagles from the balcony.
