I’ll tell you all about the bad points first. The main reason why I think it’s bad is because of the cleanliness.
No matter the hotel, whether budget, 4 or 5 star hotel, it must be clean. If you’ve done your homework you would’ve seen other negative reviews complaining about dirty rooms, and I’m sad to say that those reviews are true.
Floor is littered with dead bugs. There are still some alive (albeit small) cockroaches scurrying about in the dark corners underneath the TV table.
There are still strands of hair left by previous occupants. It’s clear that the cleaner did not do a good job cleaning the rooms.
The shampoo and body soap provided suspiciously resembles hand soap. I would advise you to bring your own soap/shampoo or get them from 7-11.
The really good part is the price. It is very affordable (around 540 baht per night) and within walking distance from BTS Ratchayothin.
Also, not many budget places have a bathtub.
In my opinion, it’s a decent place to sleep in, but depending on your hygiene standards, it may or may not be. Take a look at the pictures provided and make your own decision.
