Pros

The rooms are nice. They take you from the pier with your luggage. The person who contacted me when I booked online was nice even though a little slow.

Cons

they don’t have any chairs by the beach. They put all of them by the pools. Only a few chairs with actual umbrellas. They use the beach area for private boat tours. Also it’s hard to understand what part belongs to this hotel and what part not.

The breakfast is mediocre. You can feed yourself with not so tasty things, but mostly okay ones run out 1 hour before the breakfast time is over. And it takes them quite a lot of time to refill the empty trays.

And the staff was the worst hotel staff I have ever seen. I can write a whole novel about this.

First when we were checking in we asked to extend the stay the woman at the reception said she would check. I waited and asked, she said “one moment”. I waited and asked again she said she will check later. She was available but she didn’t want to deal with us. Then I contacted the person I talked to online again, she managed to extend our stay.

The female staff members at the reception don’t know what they are doing. One time one says a thing, another one says another thing. And they never apologize or explain situations that go wrong.

Laundry service is premium price but the slowest one so far in the whole country. The hotel staff first told us to pick them up in the morning. We went there and nobody seemed to know what was happening. They just blamed the night manager for not knowing. Then they told us to come the morning after. We had an early ferry that morning so we disagreed. They then said 7pm the same day. Then we went at 7pm another couple of staff members said come tomorrow before they even asked us anything. They said they are not ready bc the “company” had a power outage. What company? I gave my clothes to you, if I wanted to use a company I would’ve walked 2 mins and hired that one for a 10 times cheaper and faster than what you charged. Not to mention you calculated every gram of my laundry but was not that calculated when it comes to timing. Never hearing an apology from anyone there is very frustrating. They treated us like we are disturbing them. I don’t know if it was just us they treated so rude.

Just use the laundry service nearby. They are using an outside service anyways. This hotel is charging you premium for no reason. I paid the same price and got it in 3 hours in other places. This is ridiculous.

This place is only filled with Arab hate. My partner broke his leg and requires to move in a wheelchair. The hotel staff not only never responded, helped or offered help with anything but instead they literally kicked us out. They all laughed at us while doing so. I stayed in over 50 hotels in my life and this type of “hospitality” is something I never saw before.

What can I say ... The staff is extremely rude. They don't care if the guests are happy at all. The AC shuts off from time to time. There is no intercom you have to walk to the reception if you need anything. Roaches in the washroom. Zero hospitality.

Had a disappointing experience staying here and probably wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend to any friends. The photos advertised are NOT reflective of how the place looks. The bathroom was run down, toilet leaking, towel rack coming off the hinges, a hair in the shower upon arrival and the fly screen door not closing properly to name a few examples. Overall, just dirty and outtdated- not worth the price!!

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The bathroom was full of mold and mildew. When I requested a room change, they refused and asked me to pay extra for an upgrade. Additionally, the swimming pool is not conveniently located in front of the rooms as expected. I do not recommend this place. It's overpriced, and there are many other hotels and resorts that offer better value and service.

Difficult to decide how many stars to give. The hotel is in an excellent location on the beach front at the quiet end of town. The resort needs renovation in the common areas and most days the pool was full of groups drinking from glass bottles. We had to change our room at 0100 because the Aircon didn't work and the room was over 40degrees. The second room had a broken toilet. The access to the rooms run parallel to a sewer and the stink creeps into the room. Service was ok. The breakfast buffet was poor with instant coffee sachets, cheap quality products. Although at least had great views.
