Phi Phi Anita Resort - SHA Certified

I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel. We stayed here for two nights and having read previous reviews were slightly sceptical. However we had no need to be, we were greeted off the ferry by a member of staff who very kindly carried our bags to the hotel for us this was much appreciated. The reception staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room itself was spotless very spacious and well maintained. There was construction happening during our stay however we didn’t notice any noise until we stepped outside of our room, the windows are well insulated and the construction didn’t bother us at all. It can be slightly noisy at nighttime however you are in a prime location so it is nothing out of the ordinary and again the room is so well insulated it didn’t stop us from sleeping on either night. I would definitely recommend this hotel based off their friendly staff and clean rooms alike.

This was my second visit to Anita Phi Phi—my first was with my wife, and this time I came with my parents. The property is perfectly located near the lively side of the island, and what truly stood out was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. They even carried all our luggage from the pier, which took about 10 minutes since there’s no direct transport—such thoughtful service made our arrival effortless.

The pool was sparkling clean, the room was well-arranged with everything in place, and although the surroundings can be a bit noisy, the hotel is mindful enough to provide earplugs for a comfortable stay.

I’m 100% sure that whenever I return to Phi Phi in the future, Anita Phi Phi will be my only choice.

The location of this resort is great as everything is so close by but having a beach club play music until 3am EVERY NIGHT is definitely not ideal for sleep and rest.
It’s really unfortunate that I didn’t know about this earlier as I would have stayed elsewhere as I didn’t realise this part of the island is more the party scene.
The lovely young lady at the front desk apologised when I asked her about the beach club music and she said it’s every night and loud. Of course, I let her know it’s not her fault at all.
The room had everything I needed and water/toilet paper given each day.
The pool area was good but could benefit from some umbrellas to provide shade from sun.
The beds are so hard and really made it difficult to get proper sleep.
Overall, the stay was good but I wouldn’t stay again due to beach club. The staff were very lovely and helpful!

Good breakfast, excellent location, helpful staff and very clean rooms. VERY negative point: it is right next to the parties, so you can hear the music all night long, very loud. When booking, choose the “quiet room” option.
