Great central location with daily room cleans and friendly staff.

Close to the old town, still on a quite area. We had a private room, the rooms were cleaned every day, also got water every day which was actually a first close to the end of our 1 month trip in Thailand. The staff was helpful even when we prolonged one night and had to change the rooms they kept the same price as our original reservation and they moved our bags, we didn't have to do a thing. They don't really have windows, but we were there only for the nights, so wasn't a problem for us.

Right next to the bus station which was great for the trip to Krabi. You couldn't hear any Street noise, room was comfortable and bathroom clean and spacious. Air con worked well and there was free coffee for the mornings. Only a 10 minute walk into the old town, 15 minutes to the songthaew station and 7 11 around the corner useful.

Please beware, they make you sick. The room smells old, musty and like mold. Waking up after one night I felt really bad: short of breath, sore throat and coughing. The cause was a dirty AC, which looked like fungi paradise! See photo.
Disgusted and feeling terrible, I left immediately. They did give me a full refund - after lots of argument.

The place is well equipped with necessities. Love the bed as it was so comfy to sleep in. Highly recommended!

Convenient location by the bus stop, and clean facilities. Warm water only 6am-midnight and only one faucet handle, so you can't control temperature. Check in desk closed some hours can make late arrivals and early departures tough but you can wake up the staff. Close enough walking distance to much of Phuket Town.

Good staffs, price and location near from town and bus terminal but there're not enough standard utilities and facilities. (drinking water in room, hair dryer, cotton bud, shower cap and others) Overall is ok.

Convenient Hostel. The staff are friendly and polite. We were stay here for almost 3 weeks. Breakfast is simple but worth it. The minus is avoid check in above 10 pm, there will be no staff and the door is closed. Adn don't forget to bring your key card as well when you chill out on top of 10 pm, you can't go in except you're lucky someone open the door for you.
