Absolutely stunning resort! Most of the rooms are on top of a hill and the resort is quite large but there is always staff on golf carts to take you to the pool, reception, dinner etc. The staff went out of the way to make my partners birthday special. What a difference a room makes!. Our first room was a standard King room with Ocean view. Upon arrival, there was a smell in the room that had been covered up with perfume. Maybe mildew, maybe the drain pipes smelling, a little urine? It was not terrible but it was definitely noticeable and the room was definitely showing signs of age. This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. Location is good and convenient. Property is well maintained. Room is spacious and very comfy. I had a very relaxing night. Staff are very helpful, cheerful and polite. Estrela Sky Lounge offer a stunning view with good food and wine. Breakfast is also the best, with variety of food. This is definitely my destination for Phuket Trip

Really loved how the staff were welcoming and nice. Service is exceptional. Food was tasty and with good portions. Location was good. Only negative point for me is the Bathroom amenities which lacked lotion and hair conditioner (I do not know if it’s related to sustainability) but I still enjoyed my stay.

Its quite quiet and empty down the streets.. With just one 7 eleven nearby... There is no microwave in the room and notice the shower floor was not built well. The water does not flow to the drain as the drain is higher which suppose be lower for water to drain off. The room slipper also was not being good. Understand that hotel is going to more eco friendly but.. Its just make the hotel looks cheap...

We checked in at mid night with my children, however, Peng at the front desk was so fast and we were in our room in flat 4 minutes. We had one of the best holiday ever. The resort is very family friendly and we booked one of the villas with private pool. It was strategically located and close to the main pool. The hotel provides free boat services 24/7. There is a boat leaving and arriving every hour so you need to plan your day accordingly so you don’t have to wait an hour for the next boat. We have had a fabulous 2 week holiday, all inclusive. 2 bedroom pool villa and wonderful surroundings. For us, the staff made the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. The staff are a credit to the resort.

Service was excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful. I stayed in the outdoor jacuzzi room, which was spacious and well-equipped with amenities, though it could use a bit of refreshing as there are obvious signs of age. There’s plenty to do on the property, and even though it’s away from mainland Phuket, their free boat taxi operates nearly 24 hours, so it’s not a big deal.

Location was the main downside for the resort because you are isolated from the mainland so you had to arrange for boat transportation which is only available hourly. So if you missed your boat you have to wait an hour to catch the next one. During low tide you are transported to a different Pier which you need to additionally wait for buggy which is an additional 10-15mins. Our room was beautiful...

It was amazing experience all of my family loved it. It was like a piece of heaven. The service was amazing and the staff were welcoming and really nice they were trying hard to make our stay mag. Personnel were good, very helpful. But quality was bad. We need to tell reception couple times, that we need water, we called 3 times to get a plumber (and he did nothing with stuck sink) Sea quality is awful, very dirty sea. Some personal (guys) smokin weed on a job and i really don't mind, unless they smoke too much and puke in a garden near our room, that's disgusting

Such a beautiful place ! As the name says , its a place where you can escape for as long as you stay there! Perfect for relaxing ! Every body was really friendly and helpful ! The hotel is great! The staff is super friendly and the premises are huge. The gym was the most modern we had during our stay in Thailand. You get picked up by golf cart anytime you wish. Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

Very good tennis court and gym club. The tennis court have a modern style and always clean. They have 4 indoor courts and 2 outdoor. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The coach also very good. They have many coaches for taking care of you. Very satisfied play tennis here. And happy to find this gem in Kohkeaw area.

A convenient place to live, great views over the yachts in the marina, safe and clean. There is a very well managed villa market, many restaurants and coffee places (Dean and DeLuca the best), yoga studio, bank, kids’ facilities and yacht-related companies.

It is very handy to the Boat Harbour and Royal Phuket Marinas. This is why we chose it as we were transferring to Phi Phi Island from Royal Phuket by speedboat the following day. It is a lovely beautifully appointed hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room service was good. We arrived fairly late and were only staying the night. The selection at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

The hotel has a very nice design. My room was oceanview so it was a great place to take very beautiful pictures. However, the rooms are too small for a couple. Also, not that much privacy in case you're traveling with a friend. Again this was due to the size of the room. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

The resort is definitely far from patong beach and they don't even have shuttle service. But you can rent a scooty and explore nearby places. Tiger kingdom is very close to the resort. People generally use Grab here for taxi. Staff is definitely very helpful and the taxi provided by hotel is also economical. Mai' on reception was very helping and she booked our tours. The Royal City Hotel was wonderful to stay at! The staff and the manager at the hotel are the nicest people ever and are really helpful. The rooms were clean, had good amenities, and the hotel was located in a convention location to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

This hotel was the perfect spot in Phuket. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is helpful, and it’s wihtin walking distance to many restaurants. The gym is huge, it has everything you could possibly need to get in a good work out. There is an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor and it’s large enough to do laps. The AC in the room blows nice cold air and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature...

Pretty decent quality hotel I think, considering the low price I payed to stay here. Location is pretty bad though… well, it’s pretty close to the shopping mall if that’s your thing, but 3km from old town. But it’s just a quick grab ride and you’re there. Probably a better hotel for business trips.

We stayed in this 5/4 stars for very few baht. That's because of lack tourist for covid19. What hit you the most is the big swimming pool which cover and touch all the rooms, each one has its own access to swimming pool directly from the room, obviously they ones on the ground floor. I love this hotel, it has very nice service with reception and room service! Very gentle People working there, and the pool was amazing! ( the bad thing was it closed 22:00) Very quite place and not so far from patong with car (15min)
