We have had a fabulous 2 week holiday, all inclusive. 2 bedroom pool villa and wonderful surroundings. For us, the staff made the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. The staff are a credit to the resort.

Service was excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful. I stayed in the outdoor jacuzzi room, which was spacious and well-equipped with amenities, though it could use a bit of refreshing as there are obvious signs of age. There’s plenty to do on the property, and even though it’s away from mainland Phuket, their free boat taxi operates nearly 24 hours, so it’s not a big deal.

Location was the main downside for the resort because you are isolated from the mainland so you had to arrange for boat transportation which is only available hourly. So if you missed your boat you have to wait an hour to catch the next one. During low tide you are transported to a different Pier which you need to additionally wait for buggy which is an additional 10-15mins. Our room was beautiful...

What a difference a room makes!. Our first room was a standard King room with Ocean view. Upon arrival, there was a smell in the room that had been covered up with perfume. The location of the hotel is good. The beach is not good. The hotel needs repair and renovation. There is confusion between different restaurants as to which menu is all inclusive and which is not. Even though it's all inclusive on the beach they ask for payment. The staff is very nice. Nice hotel

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

It is very handy to the Boat Harbour and Royal Phuket Marinas. This is why we chose it as we were transferring to Phi Phi Island from Royal Phuket by speedboat the following day. It is a lovely beautifully appointed hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room service was good. We arrived fairly late and were only staying the night. The selection at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

The hotel has a very nice design. My room was oceanview so it was a great place to take very beautiful pictures. However, the rooms are too small for a couple. Also, not that much privacy in case you're traveling with a friend. Again this was due to the size of the room. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

The resort is definitely far from patong beach and they don't even have shuttle service. But you can rent a scooty and explore nearby places. Tiger kingdom is very close to the resort. Pretty decent quality hotel I think, considering the low price I payed to stay here. Location is pretty bad though… well, it’s pretty close to the shopping mall if that’s your thing, but 3km from old town. But it’s just a quick grab ride and you’re there. Amazing hotel. We would stay again. Only issue we had was that 1 morning at 7am all the breakfast buffet was cold but after telling the very young staff about it, it never happened again.

The rooms in this place are very clean and spacious. It's location and proximity to both shopping malls and markets makes it a very good place stay. They also have a large reception area that is perfect for wedding receptions and business meetings. Slightly on the expensive side but worth it if you're just looking for a place to sleep while spending your days visiting other parts of the island.
