The service is always awesome at the Westin siray bay. The staff are very kind and helpful. They are very thoughtful. The hotel rooms are good and clean. A great place to stay

Place is okay for a stay but 15 min away from Phuket town. We haven’t tried amenities so can’t speak of it. We wouldn’t recommend breakfast, not sure whether it was us or something else, but every dish we tried was underwhelming and the buffet was not worth the cost.

Very good hotel, beautiful view, very good breakfast, nice service, I recommend.

Overall good stay. The only issue is that our room did not have one bed lamp and some components in the bathroom were broken. Not a deal breaker but cannot give excellent review for that.

We booked the pool access room and and it was fun. Breakfast was good. But not in prime location and the beach was not great. The water was not clean like patong and Karon beach

Services at the hotel were also excellent. The only dissatisfaction were, one of our rooms booked, the air conditioning unit was broken or not cool enough, issue was never taken care of. The hotel seems to be old, so it can use some major clean-up to make sure that some of the floor or ground rooms are not musty and moldy smells, shower heads, and bathroom rooms can also use a make-over, shower head...

I like the atmosphere, it is a Thai house. And there is a swimming pool, sauna, massage room is clean. The masseur gives a good massage, the price is not expensive.

Personnel were good, very helpful. But quality was bad. We need to tell reception couple times, that we need water, we called 3 times to get a plumber (and he did nothing with stuck sink) Sea quality is awful, very dirty sea. Some personal (guys) smokin weed on a job and i really don't mind, unless they smoke too much and puke in a garden near our room, that's disgusting

Such a beautiful place ! As the name says , its a place where you can escape for as long as you stay there! Perfect for relaxing ! Every body was really friendly and helpful ! The hotel is great! The staff is super friendly and the premises are huge. The gym was the most modern we had during our stay in Thailand. You get picked up by golf cart anytime you wish. Watching the sunrise in the sunrise but was a great experience. We only stayed there for two days but could have easily stayed longer!

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

Breakfast is not good. Waitresses at the coffee shop are not friendly. Amenities in the room are insufficient such as no razor is provided. I will not consider to stay at the hotel again. Airport pick up service charge is too high which is baht 1,200 as compared to grab of Baht550. The van is also dirty. Staff at the reception desk are helpful though,

Room offer lagoon view on 3 rd floor looking so gorgeous view ,room is clean ,no worry even your room assignment far from lobby but still convenient there are buggy services always available and friendly staff to assist you every need .

Check in : We booked 2 nights under Trip.com but when we checked in - "Concierge" came along and personally helped us to check-in - but he seemed surprised or confused the booking is 2 nights - maybe their system showed 1 night? But later, the next day, when we took the buggy to return to our room - we found ourselves "locked out" - the card key didn't work. Could it be their system still registered...

Unfortunately our room had a terrible odour and a mosquito plague - we do appreciate the upgrade but the room has ussues

It is very handy to the Boat Harbour and Royal Phuket Marinas. This is why we chose it as we were transferring to Phi Phi Island from Royal Phuket by speedboat the following day. It is a lovely beautifully appointed hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room service was good. We arrived fairly late and were only staying the night. The selection at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

A price worth paying, Clean rooms, lovely staff, good service, and a very warm welcome. In a great location, close to public transport, just 2 minutes' walk away. And near Phuket Old Town, it is convenient to travel. Everything was great. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well. Booked via Hostelworld and it was reasonably priced (private room, I don't think they had shared rooms) Would happily stay here again.

Good location and good value for money. Balcony and tv is a plus. Only issue is that 6 of us stayed there and all of us got ill due to the air-con. It needs a clean, not great if staying for a long period of time.

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

In my opinion, the best courts on the island, both open and closed. The sports club is equipped with showers and toilets. Various tournaments are constantly held and discounts are given for renting a court. At the reception there is a small shop with equipment for playing tennis.

We stayed here October 2018. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in Thailand because a family member who had been vacationing took ill and was in the International Hospital across the street. Here for business. It is a very quiet and good place to stay. Comfy bed. Lots of street food, 100m away from a Family Mart. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer. Very close to Central Mall. Will return. No complaints.

Wonderful silence oaze in a rushing Phuket

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The service was nice and friendly. The facilities are great. But it is a bit of a bait and switch. The ocean looks beautiful at high tide, but at low tide you can see tires and bicycle parts sticking out of the mud. There are a bunch of derelict boats off to the side that you need to ignore. You can't go into the ocean anywhere nearby. Everything is far away...

The hotel is OK, but out of the way of anything good. Shocked by the state of the towels we were given. Not once, but every day. Holes and tattered. Totally unacceptable for any hotel to give their guests these. Left a bad impression. The gym is good but no aircon so was very hot and sweaty and uncomfortable.

I've looked at the other reviews and it's a mixed bag, so here's the tea: - Decor is themed, so either you love it or hate it, but you can't give them a bad review about a design that is clear in the photos of the property. - Property is in a quiet area of town, close to the pier for transfers, which is exactly why we chose it. This is a beautiful hotel with a beachfront. I would stay here again. I am not sure about the bad reviews. The rooms are very spacious. The service is great Yes, it is far from the party scene, but if you want quiet and a beachfront with a great pool for $60 US dollars, tell me where you can find one. The food and drinks exepcional.

The hotel has a very nice design. My room was oceanview so it was a great place to take very beautiful pictures. However, the rooms are too small for a couple. Also, not that much privacy in case you're traveling with a friend. Again this was due to the size of the room. Everything else was good including the breakfast.
