We have had a fabulous 2 week holiday, all inclusive. 2 bedroom pool villa and wonderful surroundings. For us, the staff made the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after. The staff are a credit to the resort.

Service was excellent! Everyone was extremely helpful. I stayed in the outdoor jacuzzi room, which was spacious and well-equipped with amenities, though it could use a bit of refreshing as there are obvious signs of age. There’s plenty to do on the property, and even though it’s away from mainland Phuket, their free boat taxi operates nearly 24 hours, so it’s not a big deal.

Location was the main downside for the resort because you are isolated from the mainland so you had to arrange for boat transportation which is only available hourly. So if you missed your boat you have to wait an hour to catch the next one. During low tide you are transported to a different Pier which you need to additionally wait for buggy which is an additional 10-15mins. Our room was beautiful...

It was amazing experience all of my family loved it. It was like a piece of heaven. The service was amazing and the staff were welcoming and really nice they were trying hard to make our stay mag. They have gorgeous views the is perfect for Instagram photos. You also can go for long walks around the resort. And you don’t need to worry about transportation from the main island they have service 24...

Personnel were good, very helpful. But quality was bad. We need to tell reception couple times, that we need water, we called 3 times to get a plumber (and he did nothing with stuck sink) Sea quality is awful, very dirty sea. Some personal (guys) smokin weed on a job and i really don't mind, unless they smoke too much and puke in a garden near our room, that's disgusting

My stay here has been enjoyable. I stayed here with my family of 8 Pax. Enjoyed the resort with nice views, good service, friendly staff and facility. The resort is a bit dated but fairly maintained. The ambiance is nice but the resort needs refurbishing as it is old. My family took 2 different packages (2 of them fully inclusive and the rest with lunch and dinner). Absolutely stunning resort! Most of the rooms are on top of a hill and the resort is quite large but there is always staff on golf carts to take you to the pool, reception, dinner etc. The staff went out of the way to make my partners birthday special. Stayed 5 nights in swim up room. Pool is nice but .8 metre is too shallow. That's the room pool. Main multiple pools is nice with swim up bars. Get to the rooms if don't want to walk by golf cart's. Breakfast is best in any 5 star. Variety and quality service is also tops. The other restaurants I feel lack Variety quality and service of 5 star. What a difference a room makes!. Our first room was a standard King room with Ocean view. Upon arrival, there was a smell in the room that had been covered up with perfume. Maybe mildew, maybe the drain pipes smelling, a little urine? It was not terrible but it was definitely noticeable and the room was definitely showing signs of age. After 2 days, they upgraded us to a pool room. Wow! It was wonderful...

The Westin Phuket was so much better than expected. The service was insanely good. Everyone was so sweet and kind. We had some issues with our room but they resolved it real quick. The pool area is also very nice and since they have two pools they’re not even crowded. Nice to live 10-15 minutes outside of Phuket old town to get that real calm and quiet holiday. The location of the hotel is good. The beach is not good. The hotel needs repair and renovation. There is confusion between different restaurants as to which menu is all inclusive and which is not. Even though it's all inclusive on the beach they ask for payment. The staff is very nice. Nice hotel

I like the atmosphere, it is a Thai house. And there is a swimming pool, sauna, massage room is clean. The masseur gives a good massage, the price is not expensive.

It's a high value budget hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, you have everything you need close by (food, laundry, grocery....) and the best thing is the free access to the huge connected gym (hi gym). That being said, the rooms and bathrooms really need some updating, though I saw that they started renovation in some of them. Should consider it for a long stay.

The staff is amazing, the pool and the gym are great too. The spacious rooms are a little bit old, but had everything we needed.

Very spacious rooms, good toilet and beds, the wifi was good sometimes but it messes up a bit but it was fine for me, good location, loads of stuff was quiet close, really nice commercial gym, and all very good for the price.

The staff here are truly amazing there's nothing you can fault them on. Some parts of the bathrooms could do with a bit of maintenance as the shower drain was blocked and the sink was leaking. Just a heads up nothing works in the room till you place the room key in the wall. 500 baht deposit but you do get that back after they have checked the room's.

Good Hotel with a pool near Phuket Old Town. You can use the gym next to the hotel for free. But, the gym is closed on Sunday.

Huge multi-level commercial gym, good-sized pool, and decent sized rooms for the price. Quiet for a good night sleep. Helpful reception desk people. There is a handy little convenience store opposite, although it doesn't show up on Google Maps. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

Very good tennis court and gym club. The tennis court have a modern style and always clean. They have 4 indoor courts and 2 outdoor. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. The coach also very good. They have many coaches for taking care of you. Very satisfied play tennis here. And happy to find this gem in Kohkeaw area.

Great place to go play tennis. They have nice indoor courts at reasonable prices and rackets for rent. I also left my cap there, and went back a week later to fetch it and it was still there. Highly recommend

A convenient place to live, great views over the yachts in the marina, safe and clean. There is a very well managed villa market, many restaurants and coffee places (Dean and DeLuca the best), yoga studio, bank, kids’ facilities and yacht-related companies.

It is very handy to the Boat Harbour and Royal Phuket Marinas. This is why we chose it as we were transferring to Phi Phi Island from Royal Phuket by speedboat the following day. It is a lovely beautifully appointed hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room service was good. We arrived fairly late and were only staying the night. The selection at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

The hotel has a very nice design. My room was oceanview so it was a great place to take very beautiful pictures. However, the rooms are too small for a couple. Also, not that much privacy in case you're traveling with a friend. Again this was due to the size of the room. Everything else was good including the breakfast.

What an amazing getaway. Affordable and luxurious. 4 different pools. On the beach front. Gorgeous and quiet location and not far from the city and other beaches. Right at the trios to the islands. Bar on tap and meals to your door. Will definitely be back.

The resort is definitely far from patong beach and they don't even have shuttle service. But you can rent a scooty and explore nearby places. Tiger kingdom is very close to the resort. People generally use Grab here for taxi. Staff is definitely very helpful and the taxi provided by hotel is also economical. Mai' on reception was very helping and she booked our tours. Even she guided us for activities...

We arrived at the hotel with an 8-month-old baby and the baby bed that was brought out to us was misleading...after a sleepless night due to the creaking of the iron bed, I asked the hotel for a replacement and it was explained to me that it was the only baby bed. and buy a new baby bed.. so if you come with a baby now there is a new and fancy bed... regarding...

We stayed here October 2018. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in Thailand because a family member who had been vacationing took ill and was in the International Hospital across the street. We stayed one week until he was well enough to travel back to the states. This hotel was close by the hospital and lovely. The pool is great. The AC in the rooms was super great! Here for business. It is a very quiet and good place to stay. Comfy bed. Lots of street food, 100m away from a Family Mart. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer. Very close to Central Mall. Will return. No complaints.

I really like this place. I like it so much that I came back a lot. the staff is very friendly and helpful. the room is very spacious and nicely lighted up. most importantly, the room is very clean. i can walk barefoot without feeling any dust on the floor. will definitely back to this hotel for my next phuket trip
