A price worth paying, Clean rooms, lovely staff, good service, and a very warm welcome. In a great location, close to public transport, just 2 minutes' walk away. And near Phuket Old Town, it is convenient to travel. Everything was great. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well. Booked via Hostelworld and it was reasonably priced (private room, I don't think they had shared rooms) Would happily stay here again.

A modern, attractive, and well maintained apartment building. Good security with a beautiful park right behind the complex. There is a nice workout room on Floor 1 and a great pool next to it. Old Town is within walking distance. Downstairs are laundry machines and a water refill station. I stayed a week and enjoyed it.

You should be careful with them if you want to rent apartment for one month from the condo office. I rented apartment for one month (it wasn’t long term agreement) and when I returned the apartment they said that they’ll transfer money me back only in 5 days, because I had to say them 7 days before that I wanted to returned the apartment.

Nice hotel allthough it’s little bit old maybe. The gym was about 60 degrees Celsius when I was there, so it was an intense workout 😅 I think ac is off when gym not in use to save electricity. It is a cool place in heart of phuket.staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast contains only bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee. Surrounded by local Thai market, it is easy to get local products.

Beautiful spacious rooms with fridge, microwave and good balcony, good and friendly staff with reasonable pricing away from the very loud walking street.. Patong beach is just 11 km away.. God for families and people who wish to relax and not be in a noisy party environment all night

Affordable hotel. Really antique vibes, I loved it. The room was big even the bathroom. The main issues were the bass and music at night till midnight even on a Monday night and the constant smell through the bathroom pipes.

It's a good place to stay. It's quite a ways off from many different places, but if you get transportation its not a problem. The rooms are good and adequately furnished. We found the 1 bedroom fully self contained apartment to be ideal and in new condition for the 44 days we were in Thailand. Cleaning Staff were thorough. Office Staff were helpful. Modern and clean self contained apartments managed by very friendly, helpful English speaking staff. As others have mentioned, it's a little bit remote but staff can assist you in hiring a motorcycle for reasonable rates. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again during my next visit.

Relatively new apartment building. Lovely reception staff with good English. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. Small and compact. It was great to be able to use the pool and sauna in the adjoining fitness centre during our stay. The only downside to staying here is that you are too far away from the sights in Phuket.

Incredible staff! We received some of the best level of service from these very hospitable staff. The hotel is beautiful with charming modern decor in the common areas and the rooms. The pool and pool area are beautiful. And within just a 10 min walk you can reach central mall and the weekend night market.
