Really expensive for what it is. If you have another option go for it. We stayed here because it was our last resource and it was a clean room and all. But r e a l l y expensive

A modern, attractive, and well maintained apartment building. Good security with a beautiful park right behind the complex. There is a nice workout room on Floor 1 and a great pool next to it. Old Town is within walking distance. Downstairs are laundry machines and a water refill station. I stayed a week and enjoyed it.

You should be careful with them if you want to rent apartment for one month from the condo office. I rented apartment for one month (it wasn’t long term agreement) and when I returned the apartment they said that they’ll transfer money me back only in 5 days, because I had to say them 7 days before that I wanted to returned the apartment.

Nice hotel allthough it’s little bit old maybe. The gym was about 60 degrees Celsius when I was there, so it was an intense workout 😅 I think ac is off when gym not in use to save electricity. This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well. Booked via Hostelworld and it was reasonably priced (private room, I don't think they had shared rooms) Would happily stay here again.

Lovely place... I would give it 5 stars, but the fact that they have no parking and they not mention that clearly is a letdown. To find a parking space in this area is like winning the lottery. However, i like to mention Khun Sunny as a excellent employee who cares.

We stayed here for 3nights. We love the service & all staffs. They’re so nice and friendly. The hotel is close to the famous Sunday walking street in the old town and many famous restaurant ,bar around there. If you're visiting Phuket, just take something that is closer to the old town unless you plan to get a motorbike (chaos!). Moving around is hard and expensive. The staff on the buses will try to make you get a taxi instead of the bus, only so you can pay they very expensive rates! (15B for the bus vs. 200-300b for the taxi, same route!). It's a good place to stay. It's quite a ways off from many different places, but if you get transportation its not a problem. The rooms are good and adequately furnished. Modern and clean self contained apartments managed by very friendly, helpful English speaking staff. As others have mentioned, it's a little bit remote but staff can assist you in hiring a motorcycle for reasonable rates. I highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again during my next visit.

Relatively new apartment building. Lovely reception staff with good English. Bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom in the apartment. Small and compact. It was great to be able to use the pool and sauna in the adjoining fitness centre during our stay. The only downside to staying here is that you are too far away from the sights in Phuket.

Recently stayed here to explore old Phuket Town. As a first note there are no lifts. Staff are available or you can carry your own up. It is only 3 floors to the top. My family had an amazing experience at the Tint during the New year break. The staff was really helpful in accommodating us with an early check-in as we arrived around 9 am. The rooms and amenities are nice and the interesting part is the morning complimentary breakfast with guests expected to do the dishes. They also have a self-service vending machine and on-site laundry.

Location is very close to old town. I could argue about noise in our case there was bare minimum. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are huge and free goodies was a nice gesture. Inside reception it feels cosy and decorated nicely. This was a steal for 50€. Would comeback here. 🫡
