3 star hotels in Phuket Town

It's a high value budget hotel. The staff is super nice and helpful, you have everything you need close by (food, laundry, grocery....) and the best thing is the free access to the huge connected gym (hi gym). That being said, the rooms and bathrooms really need some updating, though I saw that they started renovation in some of them. Should consider it for a long stay.

The staff is amazing, the pool and the gym are great too. The spacious rooms are a little bit old, but had everything we needed.

Very spacious rooms, good toilet and beds, the wifi was good sometimes but it messes up a bit but it was fine for me, good location, loads of stuff was quiet close, really nice commercial gym, and all very good for the price.

The staff here are truly amazing there's nothing you can fault them on. Some parts of the bathrooms could do with a bit of maintenance as the shower drain was blocked and the sink was leaking. Just a heads up nothing works in the room till you place the room key in the wall. 500 baht deposit but you do get that back after they have checked the room's.

Good Hotel with a pool near Phuket Old Town. You can use the gym next to the hotel for free. But, the gym is closed on Sunday.

Huge multi-level commercial gym, good-sized pool, and decent sized rooms for the price. Quiet for a good night sleep. Helpful reception desk people. There is a handy little convenience store opposite, although it doesn't show up on Google Maps. I highly recommend this hotel.

You should be careful with them if you want to rent apartment for one month from the condo office. I rented apartment for one month (it wasn’t long term agreement) and when I returned the apartment they said that they’ll transfer money me back only in 5 days, because I had to say them 7 days before that I wanted to returned the apartment.

Nice hotel allthough it’s little bit old maybe. The gym was about 60 degrees Celsius when I was there, so it was an intense workout 😅 I think ac is off when gym not in use to save electricity. We stayed there for a month, it's a great place in Phuket for families . The park is right outside and there is a delicious restaurant at the door. Staff is lovely, they are the best!!

Nice swimming pool , so calm , room is very simple , clean and comfortable but not so clean because service guy he washed up towel in the kitchen after he cleaned floor , that was so dirty what he did!

Stayed in a Standard Room. Pros; Walking distance from city centre (old town). Cons; Staff is not so welcoming. Room and hotel have a student dorm residence feeling. Bar/Restaurant across the hotel has very loud music until late night. Pool is quite small. Shower is right next to toilet without a shower curtain. No hand soap, only shampoo and body gel.

Hotel is in a good location in a walking distance from Phuket Old town, but if you are a light sleeper, I would not recommend this hotel for you. Although we stayed in the room facing the pool, we could hear the music basses from nightclub next to the hotel each night. Rooms are clean, but the bathroom is really small and shower is not separated with curtains, so everything gets wet after showering...

It's good to stay here,very comfortable and clean.its near Jao Fa Variety market or night market that open Fri- Sun night. Opposite have a local food is quite nice.

New place but don't expect much out of it. A very quiet neighborhood and a quiet place. Rassada pier is about 30 mins away and the airport an hour by taxi.

We stayed 3 nights in the Phuket Center Hotel (apparently it has changed its name into hotel) on the upper 5th floor where the suite category is located. Pros: - the room and the public areas are clean. - the housekeeping department came on a daily basis to change the towels. It seems they have more large towels than small ones, because after the first day the small ones were gone without replacement...

Pretty good the bed was hard though and pillows but spotless and the cleaning crew are really trustworthy and staff. Always smiles and laughs with them. Loved it

I stayed here a few times now and totally enjoyable .. friendly and helpful staff and Room cleaned every few days. WiFi is available but a little unreliable but perfect being in the centre of Phuket old town .. would recommend to my friends as a low cost, clean accommodation and situated off the main road .. 😎

Decent sized rooms with large bed. Very hot outside but the rooms have air-conditioning there. The staff are lovely and friendly. Supermarket just outside the hotel which is very convenient. Close to town and very easy to get a tuk tuk to anywhere. Can't wait to go back

We stayed here for 2 nights with a toddler. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed on the 5th floor which had larger rooms. The beds were very wide that you and your partner will probably not find one another during the night. The rooms were very clean and had aircon in the lounge room and bedroom. I like to stay there and stay there often. A nice and cozy place with good service. Value for the money. I like the rooms very dark at night. It would be great if the curtains would “black out” more, as I often wake up to the first light

Lovely staff with great room. Cleaning the room, giving bottles of water and little pieces of cake available every day. The place is calm, we slept very well during our stay, thank you to the Samking place team.

It is a cool place in heart of phuket.staff is very helpful and polite. Rooms are decent and clean. Breakfast contains only bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee. Surrounded by local Thai market, it is easy to get local products.

The hotel is located near Phuket town. It takes like a 5 minute walk from the hotel to town. The room is clean and tidy. Staff are very polite and helpful. We definitely come back to stay here again. Valuable price!!

Nice clean small boutique Chinese style hotel. We stayed here for 7 nights. Staff are very helpful and kind. We requested a bed topper because their bed was really hard. Big balcony and refrigerator. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Stayed here two nights. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us with check-in and also room was large, spacious and also had a balcony. Bathroom was good as well. We had lunch and dinner as well here and food was good. We had an early flight the day we left and so they packed our breakfast for us. We stayed here October 2018. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were in Thailand because a family member who had been vacationing took ill and was in the International Hospital across the street. We stayed one week until he was well enough to travel back to the states. This hotel was close by the hospital and lovely. The pool is great. The AC in the rooms was super great! Here for business. It is a very quiet and good place to stay. Comfy bed. Lots of street food, 100m away from a Family Mart. Plenty of parking. No traffic noise. Has coin operated washing machine and dryer. Very close to Central Mall. Will return. No complaints.

In terms of modernity was definitely the best one we had in Thailand. Position is good to visit the Old Town by walking, staff is friendly and prepared, our room was big and clean, with hot shower. If I have to say couple of cons, I would say no window in the room and no elevator but given we stayed only one night it was def not a big deal for us.

Come to this hotel because of I Told Sunset About You. I’m not staying, just hanging out at the lobby and enjoying the breezy wind. This place must be so popular because a lot of tourist staying here. Also the location is also a photogenic location too.

This was just not the hotel for us. My husband chose it based on location and wasn’t familiar with “historical” hotels. It was clean at the staff were friendly. The location was good for coffee shops and restaurants. If you like an upbeat or vibrant vibe…this is not your place

This place has character. Period. It's a gorgeous property where every inch has an aesthetic appeal. Unfortunately I stayed for only a day but it was easy to get to by public bus from the airport. Right in the heart of old Phuket town. The service and the whole appeal of the hotel is exquisite. The rooms a bit on the smaller side were very cozy and comfortable. A definite must stay at.

Lovely little hotel only a block from beautiful old Phuket. The place has got real character in a good way. Our room was massive and beautiful. We will definitely stay again next time we’re in the area.

In old town close to many shops and resturant. Sits back off street and is private. The rooms are immaculatly clean and very comfortable. The pool is nice and very private. The owners and staff here are excellent. They will help you if you just asked. During this time of covid its difficult for them as well as the guest. They will guide you through the process and make sure you meet your requirements...

It's in the old town surrounded by nothing. No bus station near the area. Staff very polite and helpful. Good breakfast with different option, but if you want a proper coffee you have to pay a extra. The small restaurant in front of the hotel was nice enough.

One of the best hotels for that price range. Good facilities. Good location and very helping minded staffs. Near to old phuket town. You can find gas station, money exchange restaurants all near by the hotel. And it's quite inside from the main road, so you are away from the city traffic.

Nice place and accommodation.. Walking distance to park.. but a little bit far to night market.. (2-3 kms). Better if you have an own car/vehicle or you may rent a motorbike.. they are also serving American breakfast (buffet). For 80 Thai. bath only..
