This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back! Truly an awesome hotel!

A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect. The security guard on the entrance is very helpful. Thank you very much!

Decent sized suites and a big bathroom with shower and bath tub and separate living room with a toilet in both rooms. Very clean and tidy. Good sized swimming pool and courtyard. They renovated and the inside looked super new and modern. I knew the hotel has been here a long time but they still keep the standard high. Room is perfect for a couple of nights stay, elevator and all amenities are there. Bathroom and bedroom are clean. All sheets and towel are spotless. Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

Parking around the hall...difficult to find free space when you come a bit late.

You cannot go wrong with this hotel.  Everything you need is in walking distance.  Its quiet and you will receive a good nights sleep.

Walking distance to Central Mall, Big C and Makro. 10 minutes ride to old town. 20 minutes ride to Patong. Breakfast limited variety but delicious. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed and clean room. 7 eleven nearby. 10 minutes ride to Naka and Chilva night markets. Overall satisfied.

Good place, just a little bit far from the town center and beaches but good for staying in the hotel. You will need to rent a vehicle or get a taxi/uber. Close to a big shopping center, 7 eleven and laundry machines.

Clean, well maintained suite rooms and courteous staff and those are the only positives. Breakfast was below par with very limited options. Crazy Chinese tourists turn up in large groups causing mayhem - scrambled for breakfast with no regards for other guests, blocked the lobby/entrance dumping their luggage waiting for their pick up, even walks out of the pool without drying messing up the floors...

First time but will definitely be back! My first stay and Recenta Phuket Suanlung during 9-11 November 2017 was impressive. The room was well prepared, clean and tidy. Every equipments work perfect. Staffs and front desk were very helpful. The best choice for mid range hotel I could find in Phuket town. Will be back around New Year!!

We stayed at a Airbnb inside, part of the building is a managed hotel and other part is private. It's very run down and pictures on google are probably decades old. The pool doesn't work and the gym is just a room with couple machines. Our Airbnb was great but the building smells, there's only one working lift and the mgr doesn't let grab food deliveries to come to the Units. The only good thing going...

Just stayed 14 days from sandbox project in Phuket, giving 5 stars for 14 days, no problems. Near TSUM, go to eat and buy things every day. I saw that there are people who are loud, but when I came, there were few people, it was quiet. Someone complains that the air conditioner is not cold, can not be adjusted, must lock the windows and doors to be able to open, close and adjust the air conditioner...

The location is near the shopping mall, convenient to travel, the hotel parking is large, very spacious, the rooms here are very big, I like this place very much. Come to Phuket, choose accommodation near Phuket Central or in the city. At a very affordable price, the price is 5 acres. I recommend this place. Large room, very comfortable, plenty of space. Very convenient location. Stunning seaview. Comfortable beds. Swimming pool is perfect for toddlers. Management and personally Mrs. Kum Kwan solves all questions quickly and professionally. But the most important is very warm and sincere hospitality. Don't hesitate to choose that condo if they have free apartments.

Good location, room is very clean, I have book the room access to the pool and that’s good but the pool is not deep so this is very good for children to stay and swimming.

The hotel itself is kinda old in terms of the facilities. There is a pool on the ground floor. Close to old town, walkable distance. It is also close to a main road which is quite noisy at night.

Pleasant stay here for a few days. Room was adequate however smelt quite bad which didn’t seem to go away. It was cool having a room with the pool right outside. Staff always at reception and very helpful and friendly with any queries we had! Pretty quick to drive a scooter into town and not too far to good attractions such as elephant sanctuary and monkey view point.

Overall a good Hotel, location not far from the old town and in the same time tucked away from the busy city. Nice calm and peaceful setting. However after a few days, we had a strong smell of sewage coming from the bathroom, staff tried to fix it but weren’t able to. I guess we just godt unlucky.

It's a functional centrally located hotel, away from the noise of the central Old Town. Rooms are spacious & clean with aircon & TV. WiFi is free. There is no lift and no breakfast though they do offer tea/coffee, toast and fresh banana's from 7-10 There are plenty of options for restaurants, cafes and street food to choose from. The pool is refreshing.

Carpio Hotel is in the heart of the Phuket Town nearby Big C, Louts and Central Department store (could be by walk 10-20mins), however it is situated in a quiet area which I had a good sleep on the comfortable bed. Due to pandemic, we had our tasty breakfasts in our room. Their staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Newly built and beautiful hotel right in the heart of Phuket Town, 5-minute by foot to Thalang walking street. We love the complimentary drop-off and pick-up service to nearby attractions and restaurants. Food is carefully selected from famous eateries for us to enjoy in the hotel. Go 100meter right walk over the street (overpass) 30 meter you see the bus stop. The stop every 20min from 06.00 am to 04 pm. Good service, friendly and helpful receptionist. First night we got a room with loud air conditioner, we asked them to fix it which they tried but did not improve the noise so they gave new rooms within an hour of asking. Location is not the most convenient but there is convenient parking, big clean swimming pool and the hotel isnt too small which gives a bit of resort vibes.

The hotel rooms are decent and bed is comfortable, the pool is super cold as the building block out most of the daylight. With limited sun loungers the restaurant is the only place to relax. Although this is next to the pool it is missing that Thailand holiday feel. Breakfast is Average at best but the A La carte menus is better. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming. The local area is pretty basic...

hotel look new from the outside but the inside is average only, shower head is the fixed one, so you can’t take it out, kinda inconvenient.
