This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back! A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect. The security guard on the entrance is very helpful. Thank you very much!

They renovated and the inside looked super new and modern. I knew the hotel has been here a long time but they still keep the standard high. I was not expecting the pool to be like this, plan to get my morning swim, the pool was there but not in good condition, very far from they advertise in the app. We had breakfast for me it’s ok, not so bad, the porridge taste fresh, staff is very nice.

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

No complaints about the rooms. Only few shops such as 7-11, push carts selling crepe, durian, local dish around the area.

The hotel was in a nice part of town with plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room was great and the amenities were awesome. In the morning they called a cab for us and we're very helpful. Would recommend!

Okay, this place isn't perfect. I think the rooms are used once every couple of months on average. So yes, taps need to be run for a few seconds first when you first go in. It's a nice hotel but VERY far from anything you might visit as a tourist so just be aware of that when booking.

Im staying here now January 2019, staffs are nice, my room is clean and the lift is new. The hotel is walking distance to many food places ( found two McDonald's last while exploring ) Also the hotel is very close to a Bus terminal, good place to stay.

Room is bit outdated and needs to be repaired. Shower is old. Service I would give it 2/10. The staff needs some customer service training, specially if you call the reception. He answered me like “what you want”, instead asking the right questions to see why I’m calling?! .. honestly, couldn’t believe my ears!! The hotel during this covid period has organised an outdoor restaurant in the car park in front. The food is nice, cooked by the hotel chefs and the price very reasonable. I like the fried noodles. Had it there last count 5x I think.

We stayed at a Airbnb inside, part of the building is a managed hotel and other part is private. It's very run down and pictures on google are probably decades old. Carpio Hotel is in the heart of the Phuket Town nearby Big C, Louts and Central Department store (could be by walk 10-20mins), however it is situated in a quiet area which I had a good sleep on the comfortable bed.
