Peaceful getaway near Phuket! Enjoyed a two week holiday here in July and didn't leave the island once. Good restaurants and bars kept me satisfied, and I liked that the beach and pools were close to each other

Room is clean, lots of activities that we did: ride a bike, kayaking, swimming in many pools, water slides and grab some drinks 🍹

The three days we spent here were the highlight of our trip to Thailand. Tired from our travels, we were greeted on the resort’s private dock which instantly immersed us into a perfectly relaxing stay

Afterward we decided on the 60 minute couples massage that changed my life! Although the ferry travel was pretty convenient, we honestly never wanted to leave the island

Any minor issues we had were instantly solved, sometimes without even having to ask. Although nothing is perfect, this came pretty close

Decent sized suites and a big bathroom with shower and bath tub and separate living room with a toilet in both rooms. Good sized swimming pool and courtyard. The staff were very friendly and hospitable

Room is perfect for a couple of nights stay, elevator and all amenities are there. Bathroom and bedroom are clean. All sheets and towel are spotless. A tad noise from corridor but that doesn’t bother me much

A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect

This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing

Staffs definitely have been here forever. They know what they are doing and super lovely. Giving nice suggestions on food and very helpful with questions and in-house services

Everything was good, especially the Chef and restaurant department, who took care of my concern about the food and kids. ​The location is also excellent and the staff of the hotel are well aware of the guest choice

This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. Location is good and convenient. Room is spacious and very comfy. Staff are very helpful, cheerful and polite

I had a very good stay in this hotel. Perfect room, perfect breakfast and the staff is extremely pleasant, special mention to Marien, a young Frenchman who gave us very good advice for the activities.

Estrela Sky Lounge offer a stunning view with good food and wine. Breakfast is also the best, with variety of food. This is definitely my destination for Phuket Trip

We checked in at mid night with my children, however, Peng at the front desk was so fast and we were in our room in flat 4 minutes. Other staff at the front desk were also ever smiling along with their leader Paul

I found Paul very down to earth and courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was elaborate and the staff was ready with all the options of good food. Fern in the breakfast area was very prompt and helpful

The entire staff is so professional, personable, and friendly. They have plenty of carts to shuttle people to and from their rooms. There are also options to book tours and transportation in the hotel lobby

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the recent negative reviews, but we had an amazing time here. We did have a minor hiccup with check-in, which delayed us by 30 minutes, but that was the only issue

* Our welcome was world class - garlands, welcome drinks and some live music playing * The property itself is so huge, that they drive you around in a golf cart. I don't remember any restaurants or shops nearby

The Westin Siray Bay is outstanding. The resort is secluded and perfect for a relaxing get away, while still providing daily events for all ages, even movies

The breakfast buffet, the Italian restaurant, and happy hour cocktails by the pool—everything was perfect

The view is breathtaking and every single room offers stunning views over the bay. The rooms are pretty soundproof; we barely heard anyone else

The rooms lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, toothbrush, desk, or any chairs. Additionally, they did not clean the rooms or change towels daily as most other hotels do

Such a beautiful place ! As the name says , its a place where you can escape for as long as you stay there! Perfect for relaxing ! Every body was really friendly and helpful ! The rooms where beautiful and clean

I think this made the whole trip worth it and would highly recommend it!! I would even suggest doing 1 night so that you can go to the restaurant it was absolutely amazing - the food was so fresh and tasty 10/10 To speak more on amenities the hotel has a wide range of pools and places to chill out at

if you get the chance ( usually is booked out) to book a room with private pool just go for it , totally worth it! The beach isnt that nice though so you ll enjoy the pools which are great !

After the Housekeeping cleaned our room on the 2nd day, we still had no towels so we called reception. We waited for 2 hours for the towels, not sure if it was a communication issue or something else

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

No complaints about the rooms. Only few shops such as 7-11, push carts selling crepe, durian, local dish around the area.

The hotel was in a nice part of town with plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room was great and the amenities were awesome. In the morning they called a cab for us and we're very helpful. Would recommend!

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

Cheap, great location, kind staff, excellent rooms, awesome gym, nice pool, delicious restaurants. What more do you need? Concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable

The gym is huge, it has everything you could possibly need to get in a good work out. There is an outdoor pool on the 3rd floor and it’s large enough to do laps

Check-in process was extremely smooth on a weekday afternoon. At 54USD/night it packs good value with breakfast included. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I enjoyed a peaceful sleep without any disturbance

The gym is extremely well-equipped and maintained as I believe it is a partnership between a professional gym and the hotel. It is centrally located and relatively near to most attractions in the Old Town

The food was good, there were a lot of halal options and the breakfasts were the best thing ever!! Great staff, very helpful and the view from my room was lovely. The room was very cozy and comfortable

The AC in the room blows nice cold air and keeps the room at a comfortable temperature during the heat. The interior of the hotel is a bit dated, but it’s all still functional and very well kept

During my recent trip of Phuket. I selected the Travelodge in New town Phuket. I stayed for 4days. Overall it’s very good. Staff is very humble and polite! Always helping! Breakfast is good.

Great location at the back of Central Department Store. The room was clean and well prepared. Nice small cafe located at the front of the hotel.

Really a beautiful place to spend holidays. Large area with different categories of rooms, Swimming pool, basketball court, places to walk around and really very good place to live there. You need to visit at least once

This hotel is very nice with a beautiful pool and friendly staff. Close to the boat Lagoon Marina and everything you would need to maintain your boat.

This Marina has everything a boater needs in the way of repairs, lift facilities, Etc. Also there are many little shops, a barge western style grocery store, and little Street vendor's as you get out towards the highway

All of this within easy walking distance. The only thing you need to beware of is, if your more than 2 meters deep, you will be probably pushing mud as you come into the marina! Only come in at high tide

This place made my holiday its in a perfect spot away from the busy pathong . Though the drive was a bit too much . But i loved it. Food is not so good. Services is great. I would totally go back

There is a very well managed villa market, many restaurants and coffee places (Dean and DeLuca the best), yoga studio, bank, kids’ facilities and yacht-related companies

Excellent location opposite Central Phuket shopping mall. Larger room lovely, with room to prepare small meals. Meals in hotel restaurant ok if too lazy to walk across the road to the mall

Amazing hotel. We would stay again. Only issue we had was that 1 morning at 7am all the breakfast buffet was cold but after telling the very young staff about it, it never happened again.

Huge rooms with air conditioning and balcony. Swimming pool, bar and dining roomon the second floor. Only stayed one night, but would definitely stay here again when going to phuket

Like center, near by King power, Central Dept, Rawai beach, Patong and easy to go to the Airport

We stayed there for a month, it's a great place in Phuket for families . The park is right outside and there is a delicious restaurant at the door. Staff is lovely, they are the best!!

Nice swimming pool , so calm , room is very simple , clean and comfortable but not so clean because service guy he washed up towel in the kitchen after he cleaned floor , that was so dirty what he did!

Old Town is within walking distance. Downstairs are laundry machines and a water refill station. I stayed a week and enjoyed it

Nice hotel allthough it’s little bit old maybe. The gym was about 60 degrees Celsius when I was there, so it was an intense workout 😅 I think ac is off when gym not in use to save electricity

A price worth paying, Clean rooms, lovely staff, good service, and a very warm welcome. In a great location, close to public transport, just 2 minutes' walk away. And near Phuket Old Town, it is convenient to travel

This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well

Rooms were clean and spacious; unfortunately, the pool was under renovation. Hotel seems to have had its heydays, and is now due for a facelift. Breakfast had a variety and staff were friendly and courteous.

Okay, this place isn't perfect. I think the rooms are used once every couple of months on average. So yes, taps need to be run for a few seconds first when you first go in

Little Nyonya Hotel was perfect. The room we got was the Superior Mansion room (the smallest), but it was perfect for what we needed. We had a balcony view of the pool and the room was quaint and clean

Very good tennis court and gym club. The tennis court have a modern style and always clean. They have 4 indoor courts and 2 outdoor. All staffs are very friendly and helpful. They have many coaches for taking care of you

Great place to go play tennis. They have nice indoor courts at reasonable prices and rackets for rent. I also left my cap there, and went back a week later to fetch it and it was still there. Highly recommend

In my opinion, the best courts on the island, both open and closed. The sports club is equipped with showers and toilets. Various tournaments are constantly held and discounts are given for renting a court
