The ambiance is nice but the resort needs refurbishing as it is old. My family took 2 different packages (2 of them fully inclusive and the rest with lunch and dinner). The children enjoyed the pool, kayaking etc

Absolutely stunning resort! Most of the rooms are on top of a hill and the resort is quite large but there is always staff on golf carts to take you to the pool, reception, dinner etc

The staff went out of the way to make my partners birthday special. Rooms were clean and the private pool rooms are worth it! Pools are great and lots of shady areas to relax

I like the atmosphere, it is a Thai house. And there is a swimming pool, sauna, massage room is clean. The masseur gives a good massage, the price is not expensive.

I had a very good stay in this hotel. Perfect room, perfect breakfast and the staff is extremely pleasant, special mention to Marien, a young Frenchman who gave us very good advice for the activities.

This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. Location is good and convenient. Room is spacious and very comfy. Staff are very helpful, cheerful and polite

We checked in at mid night with my children, however, Peng at the front desk was so fast and we were in our room in flat 4 minutes. Other staff at the front desk were also ever smiling along with their leader Paul

I found Paul very down to earth and courteous. The breakfast at the hotel was elaborate and the staff was ready with all the options of good food. Fern in the breakfast area was very prompt and helpful

The breakfast buffet is really big and tastes good. From noodle soups, to Dim Sum, western breakfast or smoothie of the day… The rooms are clean, location is also good.

Estrela Sky Lounge offer a stunning view with good food and wine. Breakfast is also the best, with variety of food. This is definitely my destination for Phuket Trip

Rooms were clean and spacious; unfortunately, the pool was under renovation. Hotel seems to have had its heydays, and is now due for a facelift. Breakfast had a variety and staff were friendly and courteous.

The property offer spacious lobby, good room, large bathroom, the equipment is a bit old, but clean, rooms in higher floor offer good city view. Buffet breakfast with choices, staff is friendly and professional

I stayed here in Metropole Hotel during my inspection trip to Phuket, this is a large hotel built in old style

It's a modest hotel in a very good location especially for muslim with restiction to only halal food

Amazing service through the app, always ready to help. The best rooftop pool with the bar, where you can watch sunsets and Phuket lights. Everything is clean, there are a lot of workers who watch after the property

The rooms were perfect for our family and had everything we needed. The facilites are so lovely and clean and the pool is, amazing. The food in the viva Restaurant is great quality and very reasonably priced too

The rooftop pool offers stunning views of Phuket Town and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. Its central location is a big plus, with many attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance

And I am totally in love with this place! Studio Breeze is an amazing one, it is more squared, with a balcony and has enough space even if you want to put an extra working desk

The Wi-Fi can be slow and the on-site dining options are a bit pricey compared to local eateries. The fitness center is also quite small and can get crowded

Resonable price with standard room, fully equipped gym and swimming pool in the heart of Phuket and also close to Suan Luang park, what else you can ask for.

The staff is amazing, the pool and the gym are great too. The spacious rooms are a little bit old, but had everything we needed.

Huge multi-level commercial gym, good-sized pool, and decent sized rooms for the price. Helpful reception desk people. There is a handy little convenience store opposite, although it doesn't show up on Google Maps

It's good hotel, very quiet to stay and relax. Can used the pool from 7am to 10pm. The only problem that's difficult to communicate with the staff. Cheap price but good.

Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a good variety of food that was definitely worth the money. However, it would be helpful if they provided a rack or space to hang clothes and towels

The hotel is not far from the old town building. Just a little distance away by walk. Me and my partner really do enjoyed starting at Ratri hotel. The room was clean, bed was soft and fits well for two people

Nice swimming pool , so calm , room is very simple , clean and comfortable but not so clean because service guy he washed up towel in the kitchen after he cleaned floor , that was so dirty what he did!

We stayed there for a month, it's a great place in Phuket for families . The park is right outside and there is a delicious restaurant at the door. Staff is lovely, they are the best!!

Nice location in Phuket Old Town if you have a car/ motorbike as it’s not easy to book the public transportation. Good price and big room but do not expect anything. Furnitures are quite old and not regularly maintained

Hotel pool is small and shallow, and not made for normal swimming, but if you want to chill a little, it will work for you. Hotel reception personnel do their job, but I would not decribe service as super nice

Sure some say that it's a little out of the way, it's quiet all of the time unlike other locations where the traffic and band music must be tolerated. The staff were always courteous and would go the extra mile to assist

Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us with check-in and also room was large, spacious and also had a balcony. We had lunch and dinner as well here and food was good

Only downside would had been the breakfast, which consists of two pieces of bread with jam, coffee or tea, scrambled or Fried eggs and two small sausages. But for a few days it's all you need to start in the morning

We had an early flight the day we left and so they packed our breakfast for us. The location is good and there is a seven-11 in walking distance

The rooms are spacious, very clean, very large bed, air-conditioned room, quiet place, possibility to rent a scooter, and reserve a taxi for you if you wish

On the positive side, the hotel's location was convenient, around 1 km from first 7-Eleven and at the same place is a bus waiting point. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating

My recent stay at this hotel was a mixed experience, resulting in a 4/5 rating. While there were some positive aspects, a notable issue with housekeeping left me somewhat dissatisfied

Lovely family run hotel with cute, fun rooms and air conditioning. The rooms are cleaned daily and your towels changed

Rooms are quite fancy and hip (see photo). There's not a lot of luxury but in our case and for that money, A/C (most importantly), small fridge is ok. Only the locking system is quite uncommon (big wooden bar)

The hotel is just down from a large shopping mall and very close to the old town so lots to do! Would recommend Nana, a retaraunt on Patok Rd with a very Wes Anderson feel and deliciois food

If you send 100 bath to the cleaning staff from time to time, they are very happy about it! But the room was always very clean! Towels are changed daily! The overnight stay costs 700 baht! There is no breakfast but for this money the hotel is perfectly fine and also recommendable!

No soap, no shampoo and not change towel if you not ask. Quite far from the town if you don't have motorbike

A really nice apart/hotel complex. We had a top floor room with ample space and a balcony. The location was fine for us but other could struggle. It’s a 40 min walk to Phuket old town or a 5 min taxi

7/11 and weekend market within 2 min walk. We wanted to rent scooters and asked the hotel for help but they just gave us a number. We didn’t have a Thai phone to call the company

We have had a fabulous 2 week holiday, all inclusive. 2 bedroom pool villa and wonderful surroundings. For us, the staff made the holiday. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after

The hotel provides free boat services 24/7. There is a boat leaving and arriving every hour so you need to plan your day accordingly so you don’t have to wait an hour for the next boat

The all-inclusive food is excellent, lunches are all a la carte, and dinners alternate. The menu is gorgeous, shrimp, whole grouper, pizzas, pasta, various burgers and sandwiches

Brand new resort with fantastic pool and beach. I went there for a day pass, did few activities with staffs, Em who in charge recreational was friendly and fantastic. I definitely will be back there.

The hotel was very nice and modern and clean in room, I had a bad experience through the public tail-boat which I had gotten due to not being in Phuket at the times for the complimentary service To be honest, I would not recommend going at a late hour (we had gone at 2am) as they did not follow proper health and safety protocol which ultimately led to an accident

Watching the sunrise in the sunrise but was a great experience. We only stayed there for two days but could have easily stayed longer!
