Decent sized suites and a big bathroom with shower and bath tub and separate living room with a toilet in both rooms. Good sized swimming pool and courtyard. The staff were very friendly and hospitable

Room is perfect for a couple of nights stay, elevator and all amenities are there. Bathroom and bedroom are clean. All sheets and towel are spotless. A tad noise from corridor but that doesn’t bother me much

A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect

We booked the pool access room and and it was fun. Breakfast was good. But not in prime location and the beach was not great. The water was not clean like patong and Karon beach

The hotel seems to be old, so it can use some major clean-up to make sure that some of the floor or ground rooms are not musty and moldy smells, shower heads, and bathroom rooms can also use a make-over, shower head not working properly

The entire staff is so professional, personable, and friendly. They have plenty of carts to shuttle people to and from their rooms. There are also options to book tours and transportation in the hotel lobby

I was a bit apprehensive after reading the recent negative reviews, but we had an amazing time here. We did have a minor hiccup with check-in, which delayed us by 30 minutes, but that was the only issue

Services at the hotel were also excellent. The only dissatisfaction were, one of our rooms booked, the air conditioning unit was broken or not cool enough, issue was never taken care of

Everyone made an effort to make our stay comfortable, and special mention goes to the buggy drivers, who were very knowledgeable and always went beyond their duty

Some personal (guys) smokin weed on a job and i really don't mind, unless they smoke too much and puke in a garden near our room, that's disgusting

I like the atmosphere, it is a Thai house. And there is a swimming pool, sauna, massage room is clean. The masseur gives a good massage, the price is not expensive.

This hotel has excellent location right in the city center, making it convenient for business trip easy to access anywhere. Rooms are beautifully designed with great views and plenty of parking area.

The rooms lacked basic amenities such as a hairdryer, iron, toothbrush, desk, or any chairs. Additionally, they did not clean the rooms or change towels daily as most other hotels do

Such a beautiful place ! As the name says , its a place where you can escape for as long as you stay there! Perfect for relaxing ! Every body was really friendly and helpful ! The rooms where beautiful and clean

if you get the chance ( usually is booked out) to book a room with private pool just go for it , totally worth it! The beach isnt that nice though so you ll enjoy the pools which are great !

After the Housekeeping cleaned our room on the 2nd day, we still had no towels so we called reception. We waited for 2 hours for the towels, not sure if it was a communication issue or something else

Very luxurious hotel , although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy...

The hotel was in a nice part of town with plenty of local restaurants nearby. The room was great and the amenities were awesome. In the morning they called a cab for us and we're very helpful. Would recommend!

Hubby didn't want to swim because he said it's small compared to 2 previous hotel pools we swam? Our room : near the boat marina - no view, no lift. But we could see some fishes swimming at the boardwalk

Room offer lagoon view on 3 rd floor looking so gorgeous view ,room is clean ,no worry even your room assignment far from lobby but still convenient there are buggy services always available and friendly staff to assist you every need

If not, there would be a big complaint! By the way, the previous day, we actually waited at the van parked there in case it went off without us! Swimming Pool - a small one near the restaurant where we had our buffet breakfast everyday

First use was fine - only the return trip we were fetched by a staff who personally drove a car to pickup 4 passengers ( who just managed to fit in nicely!) However, the 2nd time we used - in spite of having registered to take the shuttle - the driver drove off without checking any more people waiting at the lobby seats where one of us was seated, thinking that it's not exactly 1 pm yet

com but when we checked in - "Concierge" came along and personally helped us to check-in - but he seemed surprised or confused the booking is 2 nights - maybe their system showed 1 night? But later, the next day, when we took the buggy to return to our room - we found ourselves "locked out" - the card key didn't work

A price worth paying, Clean rooms, lovely staff, good service, and a very warm welcome. In a great location, close to public transport, just 2 minutes' walk away. And near Phuket Old Town, it is convenient to travel

Great location at the back of Central Department Store. The room was clean and well prepared. Nice small cafe located at the front of the hotel.

A good hotel with great location. In the center of everything. Room is very big with big shower room. A convenient store is nearby. Also Central and BigC are just a walk away. There is a pool for sport lover too.

There is a recently installed new modern lift. The swimming pool is a little bit small though and at times it may become a bit busy

Of the minuses, I can note that the hotel does not have breakfast, even for an additional fee, and since all establishments open at 10:00, it is not so easy to have breakfast, you have to buy food in advance and heat it up in the morning

We stayed at a Airbnb inside, part of the building is a managed hotel and other part is private. It's very run down and pictures on google are probably decades old

The only good thing going for this building is that it's very near to main old town and yet situated in quiet location
