We had one of the best holiday ever. The resort is very family friendly and we booked one of the villas with private pool. It was strategically located and close to the main pool. Personnel were good, very helpful. But quality was bad. We need to tell reception couple times, that we need water, we called 3 times to get a plumber (and he did nothing with stuck sink) Sea quality is awful, very dirty sea. This hotel is fantastic! The service exceeded my expectations, it’s impeccable! They really went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I’m here for the Vegetarian Festival, and the view was amazing. The air conditioning is top-notch, which is a must for someone like me who can’t go without cool air. I’ll definitely be back! A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

I was not expecting the pool to be like this, plan to get my morning swim, the pool was there but not in good condition, very far from they advertise in the app. We had breakfast for me it’s ok, not so bad, the porridge taste fresh, staff is very nice.

This was my second time staying at Novotel Phuket City Phokeethra. Location is good and convenient. Property is well maintained. Room is spacious and very comfy. I had a very relaxing night. Really loved how the staff were welcoming and nice. Service is exceptional. Food was tasty and with good portions. Location was good. Its quite quiet and empty down the streets.. With just one 7 eleven nearby... There is no microwave in the room and notice the shower floor was not built well. The water does not flow to the drain as the drain is higher which suppose be lower for water to drain off. The room slipper also was not being good. It was so pleasure staying this resort for our honeymoon. The distance from Phuket city to the resort and complimentary speed boat was so useful. Whenever I encounter any staff here in resort, they are all kind to us. Especially the staff “Natty” had good smile and gives us help a lot. Lastly the private swimming pool in our room is amazing with ocean view:)

Room was great, big size and the WiFi was great for me to work and have video calls. The chair and desk were also good for a couple of days of work.

It's in a fantastic location as it's 140m from bus terminal and few 100 meters from old town Phuket...and yet, it's very peaceful and a clean hotel. The breakfast is very Thai leaning with adequate choices for Non-Veg folks.

A convenient place to live, great views over the yachts in the marina, safe and clean. There is a very well managed villa market, many restaurants and coffee places (Dean and DeLuca the best), yoga studio, bank, kids’ facilities and yacht-related companies.

It is very handy to the Boat Harbour and Royal Phuket Marinas. This is why we chose it as we were transferring to Phi Phi Island from Royal Phuket by speedboat the following day. It is a lovely beautifully appointed hotel with very pleasant and friendly staff. Room service was good. We arrived fairly late and were only staying the night. The selection at the buffet breakfast was fantastic

Pretty decent quality hotel I think, considering the low price I payed to stay here. Location is pretty bad though… well, it’s pretty close to the shopping mall if that’s your thing, but 3km from old town. But it’s just a quick grab ride and you’re there. Probably a better hotel for business trips.

Amazing hotel. We would stay again. Only issue we had was that 1 morning at 7am all the breakfast buffet was cold but after telling the very young staff about it, it never happened again.

A modern, attractive, and well maintained apartment building. Good security with a beautiful park right behind the complex. There is a nice workout room on Floor 1 and a great pool next to it. Old Town is within walking distance. Downstairs are laundry machines and a water refill station. I stayed a week and enjoyed it.

You should be careful with them if you want to rent apartment for one month from the condo office. I rented apartment for one month (it wasn’t long term agreement) and when I returned the apartment they said that they’ll transfer money me back only in 5 days, because I had to say them 7 days before that I wanted to returned the apartment.

We stayed there for a month, it's a great place in Phuket for families . The park is right outside and there is a delicious restaurant at the door. Staff is lovely, they are the best!!

A price worth paying, Clean rooms, lovely staff, good service, and a very warm welcome. In a great location, close to public transport, just 2 minutes' walk away. And near Phuket Old Town, it is convenient to travel. Everything was great. Highly recommend this accommodation.

This place is located in the old town, it's a much calmer scene than in the west of the island. The staff are polite, rooms are clean and the AC works well. Booked via Hostelworld and it was reasonably priced (private room, I don't think they had shared rooms) Would happily stay here again.

It's a nice hotel but VERY far from anything you might visit as a tourist so just be aware of that when booking.

Im staying here now January 2019, staffs are nice, my room is clean and the lift is new. The hotel is walking distance to many food places ( found two McDonald's last while exploring ) Also the hotel is very close to a Bus terminal, good place to stay.

Room is bit outdated and needs to be repaired. Shower is old. Service I would give it 2/10. The staff needs some customer service training, specially if you call the reception. He answered me like “what you want”, instead asking the right questions to see why I’m calling?! .. honestly, couldn’t believe my ears!! The hotel during this covid period has organised an outdoor restaurant in the car park in front. The food is nice, cooked by the hotel chefs and the price very reasonable. I like the fried noodles. Had it there last count 5x I think.

In my opinion, the best courts on the island, both open and closed. The sports club is equipped with showers and toilets. Various tournaments are constantly held and discounts are given for renting a court. At the reception there is a small shop with equipment for playing tennis.

Very good tennis court and gym club. The tennis court have a modern style and always clean. They have 4 indoor courts and 2 outdoor. All staffs are very friendly and helpful.
