Awesome spot, nice and quiet but still walkable to old town. Room was really clean, had a little balcony and we could see the big Buddha on the hill in the distance! Staff were really helpful and friendly, fantastic value for money!

highly recommend cool residence! our double room was surprisingly spacious. huge bed, desk, wardrobe, fridge, and a bathroom with a fantastic rainfall shower. the balcony was a nice extra for enjoying the fresh air. the only downside was the air conditioner - it seemed a bit old and struggled a bit during the heatwave.
however, the staff were absolute stars, especially the receptionist who was super friendly and helpful. the location is good - quiet street near shops and local restaurants. phuket's old town is a 20-minute walk, but easily doable, and you can always grab a cheap ride there with grab or so.

We stayed at Cool Residence for 3 weeks, right from the start the staff and owner, did everything to make us feel welcome, even helped us with early check in after a very long Journey, arranged Taxi for the return trip to airport too.
Housekeeping were super efficient.
Rooms Are excellent, we had A room on the 3'rd floor, and the view over Phuket City was great, small private balcony, cosy Pool area, good location (we had scooter), this is one of the Best priced hotels I have ever stayed in.
All In All this hotel was A part of the puzzle that made our stay really great...🤗

Owner of the hotel was super friendly, helpful, attentive to your needs. Offer free water daily, towels, luggage storage, housekeeping etc. Liked the shower room, clean rooms, well maintained

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The accommodations were comfortable, the service was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was delightful. I would give it a solid 5-star rating for money value. Highly recommended for a great stay!

Stayed here two nights. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Helped us with check-in and also room was large, spacious and also had a balcony. Bathroom was good as well. We had lunch and dinner as well here and food was good. We had an early flight the day we left and so they packed our breakfast for us. The location is good and there is a seven-11 in walking distance. They also have a pool

A place for a stop over and for a longer term stay. Just that the location is a bit out of the way to walk. But if u have a bike is ok

You break the price not expensive in the heart of the city a pool a little room, a couple of the sleep. bathroom clean. the staff smile argument, but Wifi not working. and no the by clothes wet.

Absolutely wonderful. The room was pristine, the restaurant attached to the hotel had delicious and reasonably priced food, and the managers went above and beyond what I expected to make sure I had an enjoyable and safe time during my stay. I owe my phenomenal experience in Phuket to my staying here.
