They're trying their best to serve you better. Rooms are spacious but smelly. Furniture is old. The tables and wardrobes look antique. Door locks are messy. Toilet is an issue here. It feels like railway toilets. But room service is good so they clean it up adequately. The environment is very Indian here. From the reception to the restaurant you can meet Indian staff here. You can ask for help or anything in Hindi. No translator needed.

Location in a dodgy back alley, it's close to everything but feels scary at night. The staff are very sweet and friendly. Unfortunately that's about the only forgiving quality. Everything is dirty and dated, the rooms are nothing like the photos. You can hear everything through the walls and doors. Air con doesn't work very well. Not all balconies have views - I tried two different rooms, one looked into a cement wall and the other into a construction site. One had an air-con that didn't work, the other had no fridge. Both rooms were extremely moldy and dirty. In sum, I was not comfortable and did not feel safe. Would not recommend.

This Hotel is horribly maintained and the floors are all torn up. There is no room service and zero maintenance. We had to leave to the airport in a hurry and the cashier tried to extort money from us.
We stayed for 3days and he was not willing to clean the room for us.
The towels provided were torn and the bed sheets had black marks on it and was not changed and had cigarette butts in it and was not cleaned at all.
And we also found cockroaches in the washroom. Room number 206 ( for hotel referance)

I do not recommend dealing with a person who wears glasses, as his name does not remind me, even though I paid the full amount of the accommodation, but his behavior was very bad, as he alienates visitors.

It's one of the best option you can find in Phuket
Location wise it's very near to the best nightlife fun in Phuket which is patong beach,Bangla street and all money exchange,local food option and tour guide option is very near to the hospital, staff are very polite and humble and they have a very good food aswell , specially for all the Indians it's the best place to have food ,so I will really recommend them ,please have a look at this hotel before you go anywhere , and they have motorbike service also so you can take motorbike on rent and go to explore so all service which you need you can get here

What a great place, after staying in several hotels in the same region, I thoroughly enjoyed this the best.
The location is very central to food, markets, the beach, restaurants and there is even a great Thai and Indian restaurant below.
The staff treats you like family and is the most friendly and nice people to be around. The rooms are a good size and I was lucky enough to land a room that had a private entrance that was behind a large glass door that had a nice little indoor porch.
The wifi was very fast, the lift was great (the previous 2 places didn't have working lifts) and there was free parking by the entrance. I'll be back.

1. Bad experience with the shower (1st night with only cold water, 2-5 nights with only hot boiling water) we had to change to a new room after few complaints with the manager.
2. Do not expect a clean room with all the facilities, towels, bed sheets etc…
3. Smell from the bathroom
4. Expect to see 🐜 in the room
5. Poor Wifi
6. If you’re come from a well developed countries with high standard, do not recommend you to stay here for long.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online and the bathroom had the most atrocious smell. Even when housekeeping came and cleaned, it only masked the smell for about an hour. The manager/owner is kind of clueless and the housekeepers don’t knock before entering your room they just unlock the door and come on in. The pool was fine but the surrounding area on the roof has old trash and looks like it hasn’t been swept in years. The bed was comfortable.

I had such a great experience here! The service was amazing and the staff really went above and beyond! It was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are a ton of markets nearby and a 7/11 across the street. This hotel also offers motorbike rentals from 250-300 baht and car rental for 1000 baht for the whole day. I rented out a car for the whole day and it ran very well. I got to stop at a lot of places that were just a drive away. The room was very big, the beds and pillows were comfy, and the a/c worked very well. My only thing is that if a lot of people were using the shower there wouldn't be a lot of water pressure, and also the water got really hot at one point and I couldn't get it to be warm or cold. They have a restaurant as well and a pool on the rooftop. It's very beautiful up there and I watched the sunset. I would definitely stay here again!
