Ask about air condition sound before hand its old and TOO LOUD.
Booked family room, air condition was too loud. Literally cant rest. But reception was super helpful. Checked other 2 available family room, it was even worse(mbe families stayed longer and use air condition more). After 2 3 hour trying to fix the problem only option left was split and use 2 normal room. Even if we cant stay in one big room, well rest is probably more important. But checking rooms, reception talking on phone, other costumers coming, we came to the hotel at 4pm, after settled down in sleepable room it was already around 7pm. So one day of sightseeing is lost. (Prepaid using trip.com so non refundable especially after we checked in) video* lowest fan speed settings*

Update: the hotel staff agreed to keep my luggage via Agoda messaging. The bad phone call experience seems to be with one particular receiptionist that other reviewers also had complained about.

I haven't stayed in the hotel to write a room review. I booked two non-consecutive nights in December and I called to ask if I could keep my luggage there in between the two nights ( I will spend one night in Phi Phi in between). I asked her very politely. The female receiptionist listened to my question even asking for my booking number. But then she put the phone aside for two minutes not saying a word, I could still hear the noise from her side. I called her two more times, the same thing. She picked up the call, put it aside, I could hear everything perfectly, but she wouldn't speak to me. I don't know if this is intentional but it doesn't feel nice.
