Do not stay here. We arrived for a 3 night stay. As soon as we entered the room we were met with a very strong smell of mold and dampness. There is no option to open a window so the rooms have probably never seen fresh air! The towels and sheets were stained. Surfaces and corners of the room were dirty. The window with the “mountain view” was absolutely filthy. Stayed one night and the air quality was so filled with mold it kept us awake. Checked out and rebooked new accomodation. Place looks way nicer in the photos than in real life. Also the lift doors closed on us. Pool area needs serious refurbishment and some seating.

We were initially greeted by a friendly staff member who kindly showed us to our room, but unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. The moment we entered the room, we were hit with a strong moldy odor. As we began to inspect the space more closely, things only got worse.
The room was extremely dusty—thick layers of dust behind furniture and near the bed, easily around 5mm thick. The air conditioner was filthy, which explained the musty smell in the room. It was honestly hard to imagine sleeping in such conditions, breathing in all that dust overnight.
The bed had multiple yellow stains, which was deeply unsettling. There were also dirty shoe prints near the entrance, adding to the overall lack of cleanliness. In the bathroom, there was visible mold in the shower, and lighting was very poor—especially considering there were no windows.
We immediately returned to the reception to check out. The staff offered us another room, which they called a "Penthouse." While it was slightly better, it was still dusty and not up to a livable standard. We asked for a refund and, after speaking with the owner, were offered only 50% back.
We left and booked a different place entirely. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms need a serious deep clean and some proper maintenance. No one should have to sleep in conditions like that.

Excellent value for money. Good location, spacious very clean rooms with amazing views of the city. Young lady at front desk ‘poach’ was amazing. Great pool facility and cooking and cleaning common rooms of required: best value for money I have found in years of travelling to Phuket

This is a fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Not only did the staff make us feel very welcomed, but they helped us with any inquiries we had. The room was clean, cool, and comfortable. The location is great, being right next to the lookout and Old Phuket. Would highly recommend a nights stay here.

5. Bed was a bit stiff, not the best but not the worst.
6. Pool was smaller than expected, still o.k to sit and relax not great for swimming.
7. There is no restaurant in the hotel and nearest ones are a bit of a walk (10+ minutes) which is not too big a deal unless it’s pouring rain or it’s ridiculous hot/humid.
They do have a small concession area at the front desk, beer as an example was fair priced based off 7/11 comparable.
Location for me was the single biggest draw back here in relation to dining/cafe’s and other simple things a person may want to do any given day.

I used to live in Phuket and knew this hotel in its prime, it was one of the most famous in the area. After some management changes, the original team returned post-COVID, and this is now my third stay. The location is great, near Old Town with lots of restaurants and coffee shops.
The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have reliable Wi-Fi, plus there’s free parking (having your own vehicle, preferably a car, is essential for exploring Phuket.) It’s not near the beach and that should've been obvious if you check Google maps, but I prefer the peace and local vibe over the crowded west-side beaches.
On weekday evenings, the nearby school’s marching band practices, so you can hear music from around 6 to 7 pm. At first, I thought it was someone next door blasting their TV 😂😂 It’s not too disruptive since most people are likely out during that time, but it’s good to know.
Personally iPavilion will always be my top pick in Phuket!

I stayed here by ACCIDENT because of the previous hotel not been up to par thus spent just one night. It was AMAZING! MR ANG, Ms MA, Ms OWEE, and rest of staff were SUPERB IN THEIR HOSPITALITY AND GREAT ACCOMMODATIONS. I visited other places in my travels and decided to make this hotel my HUB upon my returns because they OUT SHUNNED ALL OTHERS IN ALL AREAS OF been OUTSTANDING! I will NEVER FORGET THEM AND THEIR GREATNESS! The rooms are SPACIOUS, CLEAN, COMFORTABLE BEDS ,PILLOWS, NICE SCENIC VIEWS FROM THE VAST BAY WINDOW. The SWEET AROMA THAT WELCOMES YOU AS YOU ENTER THE LOBBY( MORE THANKS TO MS MA) to the SAME WHEN ENTERING YOUR ROOM WAS A HEALING BALM from long trips and walks to and fro. The COOKIES AND TEAS WERE A PLUS TO PARTAKE OF ALL THROUGHOUT THE DAY, if wanted. I FELT AND WAS EMBRACED AS A PART OF THE FAMILY DURING MY LONG STAY AND EVEN NOW. KUDOS to ALL OF THEM! COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR ANYTHING BETTER!👍🏾🙏🏾
