Very impressive. Beautiful decoration and well thought out design. Large villa with private pool with all the amenities and excellent service. Very attentive staff.

March 2021 ... new hotel opened on Koh Prao Island Travel Take a boat from Laem Hin pier. There is a car storage service for 200 baht per night. ... the hotel has staff to meet you at the pier.. Take a boat to the hotel pier. Takes about 15 minutes (by local longtail boat, not speedboat). .. The hotel area is very vast for each place. If you can't walk, you can call the villa owner to deliver it. .. There are many types of hotels. Both villas and rooms type deluxe and pool access (Saw opening Apr 64) ... Part of the villa Should be fully open as 1 to 5 bedrooms, discounted ... but if 1 bedroom villa will not see the sea view But there will be a tree on the island, saw the staff reported that the Owner wants to preserve the old trees on the island. I don't want you to cut off.. The staff recommends If you want to see the sea view The most beautiful villa to stay in, 2 bedrooms. Room 103 (if I'm not mistaken).. The highlight of this place is the Spiral pool next to the sea. Another beautiful photo corner. ... There are many dining rooms. Both beaches. And on the building overlooking the pool and the sea .... The hotel has activities Many clear schedules, spa, running, Thai boxing, pad, walking board. And there are activities for children ... Villa Each room has a villa owner who will take care of all the amenities for guests. What can be personal Ruby takes good care of it. ... in the villa room, 1 bedroom The room is very spacious, with a private pool. Quite private And on the balcony, on the terrace there is a sitting area. And a dining table to sit and relax In the corner of the room, everything is perfect and beautiful. Especially the corner bath This is considered another highlight The shower and toilet are separate, very convenient. .. The beach restaurant has a variety of menus. The price is not high (probably in the covid price range). ... As for breakfast, you can choose What you will eat in the villa Or in the dining room It will have a menu to choose from. Whether you get it as ABF or Asian (there is local food, the menu changes depending on the day) There is a complimentary breakfast during the stay. Because in the morning the sun sets in the part that is near the balcony. (This service is still a little stuck. Personally I found On the first day there was no butter or jam in the bread. On the second day the staff forgot to provide juice. And there was no bread. I am not sure if it is normal to get something. Because in this section the Subtleties depend on the room rate that was priced for each promotion)..... Another bright point is the wedding pavilion (that is what they call it in the state Or did it sound wrong? Not sure) The staff will pick up the car... Because it is on the top of the hotel. There is a panoramic view from this corner. And there is a fireball decoration Which can change color, very beautiful, I recommend taking a photo during sunset.... Personally I feel there may be a little problem. Because it was newly opened And it is the covid period but all the staff are doing their best. ... if the hotel opens full service Full price, amenities and Free will most likely be full... and more full. This is another good hotel. One place in Phuket Extra = The review itself pays for 2 nights.

I want to share the email I just sent to the hotel which will describe my experience:
I am writing to follow up on a refund issue regarding my recent stay at your hotel from October 18 to October 20. We made our reservation directly through your website on October 17, with the expectation of a smooth and comfortable experience. However, the stay did not meet our expectations, leading to the refund arrangement I am now addressing.
Upon our arrival at 12:00 PM on October 18, we understood that check-in was set for 3:00 PM. Despite waiting patiently, we were only given access to our room after an additional 3.5-hour wait, following multiple interactions with the reception. Upon finally checking into our room, we found it unsatisfactory and immediately returned to the reception to request a refund. After an hour of discussion, your staff agreed to issue a refund for one night of our stay.
I also want to mention all this experience made while we came to celebrate our honeymoon which the hotel was aware of.
It has now been 9 days, and I have yet to receive any confirmation or verification of this refund.
Attached is the signed letter provided by your team, which confirms that a refund was agreed upon.
If I do not receive verification of the refund promptly, I will be left with no option but to explore legal avenues to secure the refund, as I have all necessary documentation to support my case.
This experience has been highly disappointing, and I am hopeful you can provide a swift resolution to this matter. Please respond with an update regarding the refund process at your earliest convenience.

Such a beautiful place ! As the name says , its a place where you can escape for as long as you stay there! Perfect for relaxing ! Every body was really friendly and helpful ! The rooms where beautiful and clean. if you get the chance ( usually is booked out) to book a room with private pool just go for it , totally worth it! The beach isnt that nice though so you ll enjoy the pools which are great !

The hotel is great! The staff is super friendly and the premises are huge. The gym was the most modern we had during our stay in Thailand. You get picked up by golf cart anytime you wish. Watching the sunrise in the sunrise but was a great experience. We only stayed there for two days but could have easily stayed longer!

The overall experience was great. The facilities are also good.
Nicky, Pam and another girl at reception (she was wearing flower makeup on the eyelid + ) were top tier.
Also the girls from the beach restaurant!!
The team could be more organized, specially with the buggy's. There should be one specific person to do that service and not the reception. The resort is huge, most of the rooms are far from the main facilities so the drivers are always busy.
We did the Thai Cooking Class, and we recommend it, the chef was amazing. However it is say that the class included certificates and a cooking book, we asked for those a few times and they seemed kinda lost. Finally at the check out one of the girls called another chef to deliver it, but for our surprise he only had the certificates, not the cooking book. Receptionist said they ran out of those. As it is a bit pricey, they should at least guarantee that they can offer what is promised. Other than that, it was a good experience
We also didn't have towels in our room once we checked in, only the beach towels which we used to the shower.
After the Housekeeping cleaned our room on the 2nd day, we still had no towels so we called reception. We waited for 2 hours for the towels, not sure if it was a communication issue or something else. The housekeeping also super sweet tho. There is room for improvement and organization is a must!

Our first time at Burasari Island Escape the amazing resort - still enjoying our stay.
Great place with amazing staff Bella , Peking and Fada who always wear big and genuine smiles including boat guys, buggies drivers, gardeners, Restaurant and everyone. To waiting room on arrival was not a big deals as Bella took care of us with coffee and tea and keep updated us for the status. We were enjoyed the beach activities during while waiting the room.
I wish my memories are good enough to remember them hope they are rewarded for their impeccable services. If you're looking for a unique treatment from start to finish, this is the place to go. I'm sure I'll be back again soon.

If you want to spend a nice vacation, it's better to spend your money elsewhere. We traveled around Thailand for several weeks and probably found the worst value for money here.
The prices in the hotel are exorbitantly overpriced even for a 5 star hotel. Things that are a matter of course for a 5 star resort such as water bottles in the gym or hot water in the room. Mostly not available. The thing that annoyed us the most was the service and the poor management. There are six ladies at reception, all of whom can hardly provide any information on everyday questions. Basic forms of politeness such as letting people finish or a friendly tone are completely absent. Instead, they like to put their heads together and seem to make fun of other guests.
It is so loud at the large pool that you can hardly understand your own words because of the air conditioning. The beach is unkempt and there are glass panes, rusty nails and other garbage everywhere. I would not recommend this place to families with small children in particular.
On a positive note:
The pools are nice and large and are kept clean and the cleanliness of the rooms must also be emphasized positively. The cleaning staff in particular are not pretentiously friendly, but make a real effort. The breakfast was actually improved based on the negative feedback here.

Overpriced for what it is.
Service is really bad, I don’t think the people who worked here are qualified to work in a “4” stars hotel. Don’t get me wrong it’s not that they are mean it’s just they are not qualified/skilled. It’s a real job to work on high standard hotel.
We’ve been woken up at 22:00 to pay a bill on the first day, they called twice and someone showed up at our door to ask for cash(we didn’t had cash..)
Once when I came to pay at the desk she give me the terminal so I enter my credit card code without even showing me the amount of money I would pay for… this is very basic of service. So I made her redo it cause I won’t put my code without seeing the amount ….
People who do service in restaurant have been asking 2/3 times our order and still making mistakes when delivering the food.
Food is overpriced. On 3 restaurants only one of them serve Thai food and it’s the one that is far away and hidden.
Our room is a bit dirty and also very impractical. There is not even a table to eat on when we do room service. We eat on the bed head the only horizontal surface of the room..

Very luxurious hotel ,
although we changed rooms three times , at first they gave a back area view while we booked a pool view , then they upgraded us to a pool access room which is perfect and very very luxurious with direct access to splash pool via the back yard
but the staff in the restaurant barely speaks English, which makes dining a bit of a hassle to ask about anything or declare an allergy, that why they upgraded us.
I advise you to bring with you something to snack on instead of ordering from the restaurant, which is a bit overpriced.
also, the main pool got some green spots they promised they would remove.
overall it a very good option for couples who want some quiet time away from busy phuket.
I would come back if they solved the language and pool thing.
like any tropical place, take care of geckos and mosquitoes. but room services react quickly to geckos
