Travelodge Phuket Town

I recently stayed at this hotel for 7 nights and would like to share my experience. While the location was convenient and the breakfast was average, I was disappointed with the room cleaning service.

Firstly, the hotel's location was ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was convenient for exploring the area and getting around.

However, I must mention the issue with the room cleaning. Despite informing the staff multiple times, the bedsheets were never changed throughout my stay. This lack of attention to cleanliness was frustrating and unacceptable. Additionally, the room itself was incredibly dusty, which made me question the overall cleanliness of the hotel. If you have allergies or cannot tolerate dust, I would not recommend staying here.

On a more positive note, the breakfast provided was average. While it offered a decent variety of options, it did not exceed expectations. It served as a basic meal to start the day but didn't stand out in terms of quality or taste.

In conclusion, while the hotel's location is convenient and the breakfast is average, the poor room cleaning, specifically the failure to change bedsheets and the dusty environment, left a negative impression. If you are sensitive to dust or expect high cleanliness standards, I would advise seeking alternative accommodations.

Breakfast average, bakery items low quality. Would be good if the hotel can improve on the quality and variety. Rooms have thin walls so you can hear your neighbours talk.
