Just be careful not to have heavy suitcases as you have to board it to the boat through the beach. We had three small suitcases and they helped us alot and they have golf cart so transported us from and to hotel as well.And being in the beach there was no electricity between 10am till 5pm but it didn’t matter as we were out most of the time during the off time. They were very helpful, kind and polite. There are few shops and restaurants around so we had a great time being there.
The staff is not friendly or helpful.
On the positive side, the location is stunning. It’s immersed in the jungle and it’s so peaceful. Tonsai beach is at 3 mins walking and the vibe is incredible.
