It turned out that was not good hotel enough. Battered room, it’s quite difficult to find good room there. WiFi is weak, almost died. Two good things about this hotel, first one is swimming pool and second one is location.

We wont be back at this hotel. Horrible

This was literally one of the worst hotels I've ever been to in my life. The room was disgusting and extremely dirty. We set the record for the world's quickest check out after checking in.

I booked this hotel before I read reviews because I was hasty as hotels were booking fast. The staff, like most places are kind and helpful. But my God the beds!! Hard as a rock. Like sleeping on the ground hard! I have no clue how I will get through the next 2 nights. Zero water pressure and no towels in the room. When I asked towels they brought me a pool towel which I already had. No face clothes of hand towels. There is a list of replacement costs for every single item in the room if you damage it which tells you about the people who stay here? At best this should be a $30 room not $70!!! And no privacy, you either draw the curtains and live in complete darkness or everyone who walks by stares at you in your room.

Don’t waste your money here. Long story short, this place is incredibly overpriced for what it is in this area. We came here to climb and so we thankfully spent most of our time outside this place. It was by far the worst place we stayed in Railay (booked it because we wanted to prolong our stay last minute and it was the only option under $100/night, but still $97/night was way too much).
We were first put up in the bungalow right next to reception. Everyone walking by and in the reception could see into our room if we didn’t draw the curtains. The noise of people returning back to their bungalows at night woke us up. They moved us to a different bungalow after 2 nights. In both bungalows the lighting inside was poor, the bed hard and sagged on the sides and middle. The absolute bare minimum.. two stale smelling towels, no hand towel, a bit of soap and shampoo. The bathroom is a wet room - fine, but the sewage smell was awful. The floor was extremely slippery when wet. The doorway to the bathroom was much lower than standard, my husband who is 5’11” (180cm) hit his head at night multiple times. We’re not TV people but this TV was dated prior to my birthday in 1994 for sure.
If you want your room attended to, you drop your key at the front desk… anyone can grab it from there. We opted out.

Only went in the pool once. The few loungers there are were always taken up. The sides of the pool felt like they were peeling off. Water smelled and felt overly chlorinated. Shade most of the afternoon!

This place is worth 15-20$/night absolute max. Will avoid staying here in the future.

Also noteworthy, the photos they post are extremely misleading! No photos of bungalows posted. I didn’t waste my time photographing a crappy room.
