Check-in was a breeze, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - they usually will offer you a golf-cart ride to your room as well! One staff member, Pepe, was very friendly and gave us a tour of the hotel and advice on where to visit on the Island making our visit very memorable.
The food and drinks were again on the pricier side but definitely high quality. The breakfast was excellent and had a wide range of foods to pick.
Would definitely recommend and I would stay here again.
