Room service is very poor
They wanted customers to pay extra money.. don't go for this hotel,they charged me 200 bht for half hour delay check out..when i refused to pay..the staff he was abt to fight with me..when i ask him to show me the rule book..he didn't show me any thing..so i suggest to keep away specially from this hotel
The swimming pool was nice; the gym could used a little maintenance.
Staff are nice and friendly.
No sound proofing, all night street noise, can’t sleep.
Staff very Rude. Rooms old.
Gym very old, equipment not working.
