: sound proofing not good lot of noise in night from nearby club
Hot water normally never there at night.
Tv hardly has any international channel.
Takes about 15+ min walk to reach beach road.30+ min walk to walking street.
No nearby good restaurants .
No room cleaning after 2-3 pm .no early room cleaning either.
Bathroom sometimes I felt current on taps definitely issue with earthing of current wires.
Water pressure less in shower.
No big mirror in room .smaller round 12 inch mirror in room .

Nice property located conveniently near beach and city centre. Spacious rooms with kitchen. Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and hygienic. Staff was helpful and gave us an upgrade to a suite at check-in. Will recommend Nova Park for longer stays.

We booked the one bed room to stay, the room size is good, with cooking equipment. The building is quite old, and it's not non-smoking room, the room were filled with smoke smell when we arrive. The location is probably near some pub, it was noisy during the night.
The price is cheap though, comparing to the room size we got.
Overall, the 2 nighta stay was okay.

My favorite little hotel in Pattaya. I have stayed here many times and I am never disappointed. The rooms are humble and reasonably priced. There is a nice pool and the staff is excellent! I highly recommend Nova Park and will come back soon.

Good location. The Nova Park is pretty old though. Old rooms. Flooring wasn't in good shape at all. Bed was comfortable. Bathrooms were good. Service was good. Overall, and for the price, it's not a bad deal.

Was stay here feaw times and allways happy with it. Big rooms with kingsize bed. Big frige and the aircon was also fine. Cleaning was ok but nothing spezial. Staf allways friedly. I bookt always via agoda. The have a big free to use parking space. If the price per night is araund 1000 Baht its a no brain deal just book cant do rong with it. I love the garden and the pool

Very affordable hotel in Central Pattaya. Beach, Alcazar, Tiffany and other entertainment are on reasonable distance.

The rooms are big-big. Small but adequate kitchenette. Bathroom with rain and massage shower. There wasn't any issue, when I extended my stay with 2 more nights,

Good value if you can get it under a grand. A bit dated, but the one-bedroom suites were quiet and the kitchen was a nice addition. Lobby nice. Pool very nice. Rooms relatively clean but the floors could use a serious mop job. Nearly all TV channels were very snowy. Overall though, was quite satisfied with the stay. I would give a higher rating if only when I asked for extra pillows they didn't try to charge me! Even 500-baht guest houses don't do that!
