Kefaluka Resort is an excellent choice for a relaxing holiday in Bodrum. The location is breathtaking, with stunning sea views and a beautiful, clean beach just steps away. The resort offers a wide variety of facilities, from spacious pools to a great selection of water sports. The food was fantastic, with plenty of options to satisfy every palate, and the staff were always friendly and attentive. Our room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, offering a perfect view of the sea. The resort is also very family-friendly, with plenty of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful . The best animation team . Thank you very much animation team

We rested for more than two weeks with our family. I have visited a lot of countries, it was my first time in Turkey.
The hotel is located in a chic location, rooms with the most beautiful views of the sea and mountains. everything is equipped for children, there is a water park, playgrounds. Animation is on top!! every day at 21.00 they arrange discos for children, where animators dance with them. and at 22:00 there is always some kind of performance, whether it's a circus, dancing, etc.From 23:00 to 00:00, an amazing party with a DJ's masterwork. I would like to note that there are many themed restaurants with food from different countries of the world. there are also coffee shops, bars and small restaurants. the food in the main restaurant is very tasty and there is a huge selection. There are different positions every day. the cook cooks food on the grill, you can choose whatever you want.many thanks to the animators, their stay at the hotel was unforgettable. the rooms are cleaned well, the staff is very kind and helpful. a beautiful green area, these beauties are fascinating. there is an opportunity to play sports, dance, and take excursions. Everything is made for people, huh. the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant.
I definitely recommend it!! The hotel has left a huge mark on my heart and a storm of positive emotions.having arrived only yesterday, I already miss this beautiful hotel. I liked everything))

No thanks to the customer relations manager (lady, No clue about her name), who is located in a room across the reception, because of not listening and caring about the client. There should be a way of taking care of things. A hotel service is a pure service Management after all.
We fell in love with the hotel and everything. All employees except one are so friendly and supportive that increases the added value to customer journey and satisfaction.

The Dirtiest Hotel I Have Ever Stayed In - Not Recommended
My recent stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. This is by far the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The towels provided were dirty, and even after requesting new ones, they were still not clean. The room cleaning service was equally disappointing, as they never cleaned the room properly—hair remained in the shower, the floor was always dirty, and the room was full of dust.
The rooms are in desperate need of renovation. The walls and floors are filthy and give the entire place a very unwelcoming feel. Although the location is a bit far from the main attractions, the hotel does offer an amazing view, which was one of the few positives.
Unfortunately, the food was another letdown. It lacked taste and variety; every day, it was the same bland menu. Unlike other hotels, where there are usually special dishes offered each day, this hotel failed to provide any culinary excitement.
On a positive note, the service personnel, in general, were okay, except for the cleaning staff, who really let the overall experience down. The pools were great, the hotel was not overcrowded, the air was fantastic, and the beach was simply amazing.
However, the positives do not outweigh the negatives, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and enjoyable stay.

Location is the most remote and isolated part of Bodrum but the water is the clearest, even swimming with the fishes. The beach is amazing, there is a small sandy beach area for the little ones. Lovely views. The nightly entertainment in the amphitheatre was awesome. The water park and pool were enjoyable and very well maintained. The food was ok. The service was friendly and very helpful. Everything was great except the room which obviously needed a renovation and the very slow elevators.

Horrendously dirty rooms! Even to write in public how our 10 rooms are dirty! Serious attention needed for house keeping département- they lack knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness. For that aspect only there is no way on earth the resort is close to 1 star hotel in anywhere in the world. Such a pity coz the location, the view, is magical.
The epic was my sister found a dirty used baby diapers under her bed - that remained from guests that occupied the room before her….and the list is endless.

In all honesty I've been to better 5* hotels. The resort itself looks much better on social media and rooms look good on photos when you book the holidays online. We were surprised how the rooms look like in reality - they need some upgrades ASAP. Rooms look old and very worn out, that's not the 5* standards I would expect. I know one doesn't spend too much time in the room, but first impression is important, rooms look like from 90s. I don't know how old the hotel is but defo needs some investment into how it looks inside.
Reception looks great and service is very good, can't say anything bad about that. Nice, helpful and welcoming staff who are there to help.
Good and tasty food, especially at the snack bars. Very quick service and friendly waiters.

Shout-out to the lifeguard team at the main pool who were challenging guests not to walk with/drink drinks in the pool to avoid them being spilled into the water.
If you want to watch something online or browse internet in general - forget about it. Almost non-existing connection around the hotel and pool and ZERO internet on the beach...

First of all, my room 8102 was perfect, the view from the room and 95% of the rooms are located with a sea view.
The room was always clean every day of my 7 day stay in here, the housekeeping always cleaned my room so that was worth the tip, and also in all the facilities the cleanliness was perfect. I am not sure why people complained in the past about cleanliness but there are really lots of people maintaining it.
Variety of food, lots of different dishes that were made with care and love.
A lot of activities that were done during the day in the pool / beach but also in the AMPHITHEATER . Snacks (burgers, pastas , deserts ) offered a lot during different hours during the day 24 hours were offered.
The reception great service.
The Guest relations also great, efficient service.
Massage team to be complimented.
Also the photography services offered in the hotel very good.
Beach is very near basically it is the closest beach having in mind I have been in different hotels.
Overall this is the place that has everything and especially the service and very helpful staff for everything.

This place can be best described as a hotel of contrast. The pool area is amazing, the restaurant has great food and what I enjoyed the most was the variety of dishes every day. However, the inside of the hotel was a big dislike: everything looks really old, the room was very dirty and the hallway looked disgusting. Also, the beach is very small and while the pool area is always well taken care of, the beach definitely needs more maintenance, as it's quite dirty, narrowed and the sand is not pleasant. The sunbeds and every chair at every bar and restaurant are dirty!! It may not seem like a big deal, but for us it wasn't pleasant. The view is great from every corner you as the surroundings are breathtaking- you can admire God's creation and meditate upon His greatness. Furthermore, the staff has different behavior between the locals (Turkish people) and foreigners. They get everything quickly and in bigger quantities. We don't invest money in our own countries, but in yours! So we should be treated well. We come to Turkey every year because it's an amazing country, people are nice and the holidays were always memorable due to great conditions, good food, luxuriant resorts and we were expecting a little bit more of this hotel.
