Came here all inclusive
Food - 3/5 it's alright and the odd thing is quite good but I've found myself eating out most of the second week it does it's job though and the desserts are incredible if you have a sweet tooth.
Entertainment 3/5 it's not the best but the staff do try very hard and it's not the worst the singers last night were good but some nights it's boring but you can still sit about and have a nice drink with everyone.
Service 5/5 the staff are incredible and go out of their way to be nice and helpful but also have a good laugh with you.
Drinks 5/5 decent brands of pop on tap like Fanta and coke and sprite so the mixers are great and the volume of alcohol is a lot but great so you can't complain to be honest.
Rooms 5/5 brilliant air conditioning and very clean and spacious with a huge shower and clean bathroom area.
Pool is great and there's a fairly priced shop and a barbers who gave me a great trim on my first day.
Honestly a great hotel just bring a bit of cash for a nice meal now and then if you find the food lacking but half the group really liked it and I felt some nights were better than others.
Oh worth mentioning there is a private beach too like right at the hotel so that is cool too if you want a swim in the sea.
All in all I would come back here for sure.

I've just finished my vacation with Golden Rock Beach Hotel, as i do not like saying negatives i emailed the below points direct to the hotel and received a very condescending email back disagreeing with all the points i have made, i will definitely not be going back to this hotel.
My review
Just returned from a week's trip in golden rock hotel in Marmaris, looks wise not as big as the normal resorts I've been to but reading the reviews took a punt on this hotel,
I will break down the different categories as it's not fair to label everything as a whole
Room
The room was really nice and big, with an amazing view, the cleaner was very nice and did an amazing job, and the water was always replenished.
Pool
Small with the same issue with getting a sun bed, the hotel allegedly has strict rules that you're not allowed to put towels down until 6am, no one listens but 3-4am the good places are gone. I walked a couple of doors down to Prime hotel and was envious of their organisation, plus in the whole one week, I did not hear one Turkish song, it's turkey for God sake not England, let's hear some Turkish music.
Animation team
Totally unprofessional, spending the evenings vaping, dressed in going out clothes, attaching themselves with a couple of teens and forgetting the rest, the day activities was very poorly organised, same as kids disco, there was no effort made to bring the shy kids, if none of the kids got up or was shy it was cancelled.
Food
My partner is a vegetarian, Hardly any of the food was marked what it was, I spoke to the chefs which spent a good 5 minutes scratching his head if a borek had cheeses inside so I decided to speak to the manager in the food hall and i suggested a simple V could help people who are vegetarian, his replay was we hardly have anyone that's vegetarian, also we have chips they have choices, considering this place advertises themselves as a 5 star very disappointing and not how a 5 star hotel should be run.
Bars
I'm not a picky drinker but their drinks are awful, cheap imitation brands and when you ask for something they add flavourings to make it, I stuck with red wine in the evenings as that was the only drink that was tolerable.
Location
The location was nice, they had a beach which was good and clean.
I won't be attending back here again, not because of the hotel but due to the unprofessional behaviour of their staff and how the management operate.

Arrived home from 6 days stay at this hotel, feeling relaxed. The hotel was very quiet as it's the end of season, perfect location directly on the beach and near bars/ restaurants and shops. Food was okay, very repetitive as expected, better lunch options than dinner in my opinion. Evening bar staff were super and made great drinks and conversation. Animation team not good, they only interact with certain people and looked like they didn't want to be there. Only time they spoke was trying to sell something. Spa was good also I got a massage was very good. See you next year 👋🏻

First stay here, 14/10/24-21/10/24 so on our last few nights. Hotel is lovely, all inclusive is amazing. Maybe not so good for fussy or particular eaters who only like the norm of foods from.the UK. Myself and my partner thought the choice and quality was quite impressive for an all inclusive point of view and we have eaten in many places.
Staff are all very accommodating, polite and attentive. There was a young female waitress in the restaurant who is particularly observant and treated all her guests with the same high standard of care. This young lady will go far in hospitality given the chance. Whenever we ate any "finger foods," this waitress always noticed and provided wet wipes. Not a single other waiter paid this level of attention, all be it they were still all lovely.
The only thing I would say for this team overall is to treat all customers the same. If you want to have a chat with a guest because you have already, then great but have those chats with all your customers. This team is currently great but the service could be spectacular if each customer felt the same value. The team did tend to form.bonds with certain customers who they became familiar with whilst others were not ever treated badly but were more ignored in a sense. This made no difference to us but it could make a big difference to so many and really make a big difference on public perceptions on the level of service.
Rooms - towles always changed when required - leave them on the floor if you require fresh towels. Toilet rolls always filled. Shower is amazing!! Great water pressure and always hot running water. Mini fridges are stocked daily with fresh bottled water free of charge!!! Balcony is lovely. Room is modern and clean. Air conditioning works and is really good. Tv, kettle, mini fridge, safe all provided in room.

I am currently staying at the Golden Rock Beach Hotel, and I can confidently say it’s the best holiday resort I’ve ever visited. Everything about this place is perfect, making it my new standard for future vacations.
The staff is outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Big thank you to every staff member!!!

Loved our stay here. Couldn't find one thing wrong at all. We stayed near end of May weather was lovely pool was lovely staff were lovely. Lots if different food to cater for everyone. Maids that cleaned room were really nice .

Nice "all included" hotel with a diecent selection food. However, I noticed that alcohol, especially whiskey, is mixed as some bottles are with the plastic dispenser and others are not, and effect is noticeable. Not sure what the reason for that, whether to avoid people being overdrunk or to save on alcohol, but this is what I did not like. Overall, the holtel is nice with good animation programs each day. Staff is friendly.

Fabulous Hotel, great location and really friendly staff. In-house Jewellery store owner, Aaron, was a true gem and a real gentleman. Entertainment Team very good and would often stop and talk. Hairdresser on site very good and would recommend a hot towel shave.

There are items in the rooms that I assume make it 5 *
I'd forgotten about day time entertainment and how noisy it is 🤔 transfer time of upto 2 hours was tiring after a 4 hour flight plus 2 hours on in time difference with your AI finishing at midnight and you've arrived to your hotel after 1am, you pay for a sea view and you're given the only room with a tree view and limited sea view.
Staff all work very hard ot is customary to tip so if you do that you'll be looked after.
I did fill in the hotel questionnaire only concern was toilets for pool area ran out of toilet paper and floors were wet so could do with monitoring this more often.
