Ark Apart and Suite Hotel

From the moment we arrived the welcome was outstanding along with the staff and the presentation of the hotel!
The hotel is exceptionally clean and the housekeeping was on top!

Everyone staff me never welcomes you into their ark suite family ❤️
They work none stop from morning till night with a huge smile at all times

The day time entertainment along with the night time entertainment is amazing!
Pinocchio the entertainment manager is the best! Remembers your name constantly talking to everyone and always makes the children laugh (adults too)

The food at the bar if your not all inclusive is the best, cost pennies and the portions are huge!

We are booking to come back October 23 and this can’t come quick enough

Amazing time at Ark Suite hotel - wrote our main review on trip advisor but to cut a story short - AMAZING STAFF LIKE PINOCCHIO KADIR HASAN THE GIRL AT THE RESTAURANT - KITTY AT KIDS CLUB - really awesome time - good food when all inclusive - I recommend to go all inclusive as it is so worth it. Perfect time with my family - apartment was modern furnished nicely and perfect size for 4 of us. Close to the centre 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive or bin bin - free parking for my Quad bike as well - loved everything thank you so much guys. Love from Saf and Natalia

Fantastic hotel fun from start to finish pinochico is amazing not just with the kids he got everyone up doing stuff bar staff are great ziccy never stops running round getting your drinks and snacks was amazing 2weeks many thanks to everyone made so many good friends here from all around the world would like to thank each of them for make are holiday one to remember

Lovely hotel, good rooms, we didn't do the all inclusive so don't know what the food is like. I can recommend the Hammam spa, Atilla was professional and attentive.
