Great hotel with a perfect location. You can find everything you need right here. Can be a bit noisy because of the crowded street and the night clubs nearby. Be careful.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but visited the cafe downstairs since it was recommended by the travel agency. It was quite an unpleasant experience. The young person tending to the cafe was very uninterested in us arriving or even getting a table. I ordered a coffee, but they only had tea, although apparently their coffee was supposed to be excellent. Sure. Not speaking English is okay, but not trying is not fine.
The sandwich that I got was a complete disaster. It was supposed to come with three layers of cheese, and the picture on the menu also had some meat sliced inside the sandwich. I received no meat, and the sandwich arrived with perhaps half a layer of cheese (an incredibly stingy amount) and the bread was burned around the edges. The orange juice we got wasn't freshly squeezed either, but it tasted alright.
The service was lackluster, and the food (170lira for the sandwich) was outrageous. Even though there were hardly any customers, I had to go hail the server over so that I could pay. Disappointing.

Amazing hotel with great staff!
This is the hotel to stay at, I've stayed all over Alanya and this is a gem. I must say that everything is excellent. The location of the hotel is positioned in the heart of the city so numerous places to see are within walking-distance. Hotel's landscape with Alanya Fortress is amazing. Staffs are attentive and friendly. I've stayed at this hotel with my girlfriend multiple times and whenever we arrive, we are welcomed intimately by the reception crew. When it comes to the rooms, they're spacious; decorated with up-to-date furnitures and an immaculate french bed. The best part for the rooms is that they are peaceful - like I said before, I stayed several times at various rooms. Looking forward to come back. Her sey icin tesekkurler

The food was an average. The pasta served with very little sauce and parmesan cheese which are they key for making this pasta.

The rooms are luxurious, the balcony is amazing, views over the park and people enjoying Alanya life, the kafe bar is great, amazing food, staff and drinks. Ideal location.

Very nice Place! I stayed there 10 days. I feel me there as at home! Staff is very professional! Hüseyin and Murat were all the time very friendly, professional and helpfull (thank you very much)! Cleanings Ladys were also very friendly and professional (thank you very much)!
