Beautiful structure and very clean place.modern. 3 outside swimming pools, one for men, one for women only, and one for the families. Also there is a beach for the hotel. Intertainment team for the pool and for the children. Very recommended. I loved it.

It's a halal hotel, so it's designed for Muslims. Food was great, staff had great customer service. Beach is across the road- easy access. They have a Turkish spa-hamam - this is amazing massage lasts just under 2hrs- skin feels amazing and body feels refreshed. Great fun for the family holiday

This was our first family holiday. We were a family of 8 with ages from 6 to 20. The staff are brilliant, couldn’t do more for you. I loved the hotel and cleanliness. Our toilet had a bit of a funky smell but we didn’t mention it so not going to complain that it wasn’t rectified. It is a decent hotel, but rest assured bedrooms or the breakfast area don't fall into the 4 stars category the hotel claims to be. The place wasn't very clean and the rooms had issues. I couldn't stay there. Once I finally got moved to Kleopatra Arsi, I'd stepped into a luxury hotel. Intimate hotel, nice service, great location, varied meals. Very good spa - we managed to find a great osteopathic masseur Irfan. During 5 sessions, lasting an hour and a half, he managed to remove lymphatic stasis and all problems related to the spine. We are very grateful to him. We highly recommend!

The hotel is wonderful. I have been staying for several years now at different times of the year and am always satisfied. The service is all-inclusive, and although it is not a 5-star offering, the food is delicious and varied. The rooms are spacious unlike many other hotels in Turkey. The manager, Mr. Dillaver, speaks excellent English and pays special attention to guests as well as accommodating...

The hotel is okay. Pros: nicely situated with a 2-minute walk to the beach, different spa options and restaurants nearby. Cons: the food is could be better, the bed isn't the best, small room. It's an okay hotel for singles, couples.

The hotel in nice. Food in the restaurant is ok, but when you come for a meal most of the times something will be missing. Sweets are not that nice. Rooms are nice in the renovated part where I have stayed. Housekeeping is ok, but not perfect. When I entered the room I found that the floor was not that clean. The staff...what to say. Young ones that are working in the reasturant are nice and the girl...

The hotel has two parts. The main part is renovated and new. Our accommodation was in the non-renovated part. We had a problem with hot water, but it was solved quickly. The food is unpretentious. Special thanks to the men who work at the reception-unique professionals. Alanya is a wonderful city! ❤️
