It is situated right near the Kleopatra Beach, at the base of the cable car up to the castle. The breakfast guy caused us problems. Even though everything was ready at 07:27, he insisted that we had to have breakfast at 07:30. Even though we said we had a flight and missed it, he said it was not my problem. We do not want to give bad marks because Aziz and Serdar helped us a lot. But the breakfast guy's attitude was very bad.

Nice beach and pool. Our room had a big crack by the door, and they forgot to clean it one day. It was also quite loud from the hotel next door. So overral not such a good experience. The food at the restaurant was pretty good, but there was a spider in my food the first day.

You can not fault the location, right on the beach and the restaurant Bliss beach has some top notch food , the waiters and lounge service is 10 points, music and vibes are great , downside is the hotel staff at the reception Deniz was his name rude little bald man.

My mom and I spent 9 days at Sette Serenity. We chose it because it's an adults-only hotel and we were looking for a peaceful vacation. The good things: 1. The hotel looks new and the rooms are stylish. Food is a bit boring. Close to the beach. It is strange that the reception does not speak english or russian. We stayed because the price was right. Better than other hotels here.

A very good 4 stars hotel. We had Bed and breakfast.Most impotant thing it's clean, the furniture of the room and all facilities are new, the breakfast was good, it has everything without lots variety, same food everyday with a change in one or two items, everything tastes good. If you want to use the safe box that is already in room you have to pay 2€ per day.!!
