The location of the hotel is great — close to the beach and tourist attractions — but unfortunately, the rooms and service did not meet the expected standards. It was surprising to find that although a safe was provided in the room, guests are charged a daily fee to use it. To enforce this, the management had even removed the batteries from the safe, which was very inconvenient. The bathroom was not clean, and when taking a shower, the water overflowed and leaked into the living area. Despite reporting this to reception, no action was taken. The mattress had visible stains, and the kettle in the room was rusty and unclean, making it impossible to prepare tea or coffee safely. Service was equally disappointing. Staff appeared unwilling to accommodate even simple requests. When we asked for a glass and some ice, we were made to feel as though our request was unwelcome. Ice was given in a plastic bag, which is far below the standards one would expect from a so-called luxury spa hotel. After this experience, we chose not to request any further services, as it was clear we would only face resistance or excuses. Overall, while the location is excellent, the poor room conditions and lack of genuine hospitality made our stay very unsatisfactory.

We went as two couples and stayed in the Deluxe Jacuzzi Suit’s. The room was clean the views were amazing and there is everything you could want. The restaurant was amazing. Food was delicious. Workers were friendly. Hotel was not full so it was quiet and peaceful and we were able to make use of the games room indoor pool a spa area. Prices are good compared to outside prices. Thank you for a nice get away.

Worst costumer service ever! (Except for two workers.) Shame on this hotel..bad food, bad service, bad beach. Workers were rude. Even when we arrived to the hotel, our reservation was canceled, and they did not help us..belive it or not………

One word: Amazing! It was sooo relaxing. Had a massage from lovely Putu with her golden hands! Maa sha Allah ❤️ I feel so relaxed! 100% recommend to get the bali massage package. Definetly will do this one more time while I'm here. You are being guided step by step, first relax in a salt room, then 2 kinds of saunas with a lovely bubble bath in between. After that a lovely hamam. Felt sooo good! Also you get a face mask. While it dries you relax with some tea, snack and fruit. And then the magic begins. The lovely relaxing massage!

Property is very beautiful. I booked an ocean view room but as they did not have one they upgraded me to a beautiful suite. Of course i paid extra but they gave me a good discount. Breakfast was very good. Pool,spa, turkish bath were awesome.
The only concern is the property located on a steep hill and if you dont have a car or cant walk on slope, then it will be a challenge.
But around the property you can find shopping center and resturants.
I would like to thank "Cagdas" the helpfull kind man on front desk.
The fridge did not work and he send a mini firdge to the room which was convinent for a few days stay.

This hotel is beautiful and we were staying in a nice suite 405, it had a gorgeous big Jacuzzi tub and Sauna (We didn't need a sauna in July, just had to sit outside) There are 3 pools, one indoor, the main outdoor pool, and a smaller pool with slides. It's located high on a hill which means that the views are amazing. The reception staff were truly lovely, especially a brown-haired lady that couldn't do enough. We also had a very nice Waiter called Pedra who did his best to speak English to us and really looked after us on our stay. There are some cats that stray in looking for food which made my son's holiday. The hotel also provides a shuttle to and from the beach daily and there's dedicated seating for hotel guests on the beach. Some improvement points on this hotel, the pools are not ideal for smaller children, while there is a small paddling pool for the real smallies my 5 year old was struggling to play comfortably in the pools as the main pool only has a very short shallow end and he couldn't stand at all in the pool with slides which meant that he had to be held at all times in the water and couldn't play. Also I was expecting a kids club, games room and ice skating, all of which were closed for the full duration of our 2 week stay, this meant that there was very little for him aside from the pool. There is no place to buy snacks such as fruit, crisps, chocolate or anything for pool activities like floats snorkles etc. There is a market at the bottom of the hill where you can buy all of these things however, the hill is EXTREMELY steep and torture to walk up in the heat. I did find out on our last night that if you go to a diff gate you can ring for someone to collect you from the driveway. There's no bar area to sit and relax in in the evenings but again you can go into town quite easily. I didn't to experience the spa as I was traveling alone with my 5yr old but it did look amazing. Overall I'd recommend it to couples and older children but not so much for young children.

Staff were okay room is nothing like the picture looks like something out of the Adams family the jazcuzzi I tried to use smelt of sewage once the water came out
