Reviews
The situation was saved by two cheerful animators; all the other staff were arrogant and frowning. The DJ was cheerful one day and grumpy the next. The pool was clean, the sunbeds were comfortable, but the tables around the pool were awful. Overall, the hotel was dirty and lacked any coziness. I only had a good time because I had a fun group of friends. Everything else was bad, though it was still bearable.
I have never felt so disappointed, frustrated, and outright scammed as I did during this so-called "holiday." What was supposed to be a relaxing all-inclusive vacation turned into nothing but stress and disgust.
Upon arrival, we were shocked to find both showers in our room broken, the toilet seat was loose, the sink was damaged, and the entire bathroom was filthy. The smell of cat urine in the hotel hallways was overwhelming, and the general hygiene of the hotel was far below acceptable standards.
The swimming pool; which is one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was dirty, moldy, and closed early every day. We were forced out of the pool at 5:30 PM everyday. What kind of holiday is that? The slides were off most of the day, and there was no entertainment in the evening whatsoever.
Food? Absolutely inedible. We had no choice but to spend an additional €500 to eat elsewhere, just to avoid getting sick. We paid for all-inclusive, not for food poisoning. Drinks were low quality, the staff were unhelpful, and getting something as simple as clean towels was treated as a burden.
This place is not a 3-star hotel, it's a disgrace. We’ve spent the entire week wishing we were home... that is not how a holiday is supposed to feel.
1. DIRTY hotel, as soon as me and the kids stepped into the room we were completely dirty on our feet, there was even food on the wall when we arrived and no hand soap!
2. The AC didn't work, me and the kids had to sleep the first night without AC. When it was fixed, it still wasn't good.
3. The elevator is bad, the elevator stopped at least 5 times during the week we were there.
4. There was no butter for breakfast!?
5. Now to the worst part… It was a sports club of children that was in the hotel, they were there with their coach and it was noticeable that they really felt at home in the hotel. There were at least 15 children who had taken over the pool while their coach was sunbathing, they wouldn't let our children go in the water slide, all the tourist families couldn't go because these children had taken over the entire pool. My children were in line to go but these kids from some Turkish sports club wouldn't let us go. Then my sister talked to them, and instead of cooperating nicely, all the kids started screaming and attacking my sister, they raised their hands and waved them while they were screaming. Then we talked to the kids' coach, the coach just said "I'm sorry" and then her students shouted at my sister "not sorry".
So that whole incident was just unpleasant.
The sports club had also taken over the dining room, so we had no places to sit and eat.
6. Got scammed out of money in their little kiosk by the pool.
7. Same food every day, zero variety.
8. Do they even clean the pool? It was dirty everyday!!!!
9. I will not even talk about how hard the bed were.
10. And last, the location was very off, we had to take taxi everytime we wanted to go into the city market.
This felt like a 1 star hotel.
