Going onto the food, if your a fussy eater this probably isn't the hotel for you. I am myself and just about got through the 1st few days. I ate mostly off the grill as this was mostly chicken or turkey. All the other foods where rice and stew type dishes which if these are your thing then great but if your expecting burgers or similar think again! No grill on the lunchtime menu, grill is strictly breakfast and evening meal times only. If you fancy chips and onion rings for breakfast that's fine as they are available forget about them for lunch though! Maybe take some from breakfast and sneak them in at lunch! Last few days we never bothered with lunch and dinner and ate out at local restaurants which are cheap with good food!
Amenities at the hotel are OK pool area is OK was always clean and tidy while we where there. Can be a bit of a pain on the 1st day when you are asked about using the spa facilities for extra £££. Tbf to the sales guy he tried the hard sell the 1st day but then left us alone. Also sales guys there for a shopping trip and a tattoo shop! The shop one don't do as they try the hard sell and the sales guy at the shop(owner maybe? ) would rather cut off his head than have a woman boss apparently! Tattoo one though is different. Great tattoo studio and my brother in law did get a tattoo done and still has his arm so great all round!
A good supermarket is 5 mins walk from the hotel as are some nice restaurants and some other shops selling usual shoes shirts etc. Worth a walk just to get to know the surroundings.
Walk to the private beach is at the side of a main road and then through a tunnel. Bar there is ok but not included in the all inclusive service and sunbeds are chargeable but not too expensive.
We had a lovely sea view room but the downside to this is road noise. Road outside the hotel is very busy and the patio doors do not really insulate the noise, also air conditioning unit in our room was noisy but was better with a little manoeuvring from me too stop the rattle! I compared the room to a typical premier inn room. But with a little bit more storage. You will get that reference if your from the UK.
Overall the hotel isn't really set up for Brits as it's mostly eastern European, Russian and Turkish people that stay there, which is fine as why should everyone cater for Brits. Just be aware of this before you book. Oh and the lifts are a nightmare, limited to 4 people but this rule is largely ignored and DOES lead to the lifts breaking down with people in them! Can't blame the hotel for stupid people though!
One last bit of praise though. We checked out stupidly early Sunday morning and the guy on reception was exceptional, couldn't do enough for us. Thank you that man!
Anyway. Review over. We took the risk and had a good if not great holiday. Is it a great hotel? No. It's adequate. Is it 4 stars! Again no that needs reviewing although I do think the hotel has given itself those stars! Thanks for reading!
KADIR IS REALLY BAD PERSON 😡😡😡😡
Never ever get this hotel this is the warning or else you will regret. ⚠️ ❗️
We arrived late. Man at front desk was very off hand . Seemed like he couldn't be bothered.
After checking us in pointed and said lifts.
Room seemed OK. But we were tired and didn't really take anything in. Next morning we noticed the sink and toilet were filthy. There were long hairs in shower, which weren't mine. We were here for 2 weeks and room was never cleaned just clean towels
The food was basic to say the least.
After a few days ourselves and the group of people we had been chatting to became very ill over the course of the holiday, the more people we spoke to it became apparent that everyone was becoming ill. No real food hygiene. Staff emptied bins , then started moving food and cups . NO GLOVES/ NO HAND WASHING.
I stopped eating the food after my bout of sickness. All inclusive drink very limited only gin, vodka, wine or beer. Anything imported has to be paid for. Pool shop bit on expensive side. Going round the corner to supermarkets it's a lot cheaper. Don't have turkish bath at hotel 95 euro. Rep very expensive also. Go out off hotel to book activities. Some lovely companies by the shops.
Some Staff were lovely. Others very rude.
We even noticed that one Staff member was trying to pick up all the young girls and he must of been in his forties . There's a name for people like this back home.
Avoid this hotel. Only come here if you want to losses weight and you have no teenage daughters.
Hotel in general… coffee machines not always working, fruits drinks with weird taste sometimes too sugary sometimes not enough, cafeteria that resonates with chairs noises and children screaming and crying non stop, the swimming pool which is too small for the whole hotel we bump into each other and is not deep enough, the deck chairs that are too close to each other’s, a little market close to the swimming pool that is very expensive especially in a all inclusive hotel.
I don't know how this hotel can have 4 stars, I think the person who wrote this must have astigmatism, it barely deserves 2 stars.
The only positive point is the staff who do a very good job at the bar and the kitchen…
I don’t know how such a place can still be open to the public especially with so many negatives in the past and which is still current. You shouldn’t expect much when you see a box at the reception written “complaint box”.
It was a very bad experience personally, I’m posting this negative comment so that no other people set a foot in there.
Hotel doesn’t deserve 4 star !!!! Rooms are very basic and not clean properly, as soon as we arrived I’ve seen a lot black hair on the floor and in the bathroom and I’m blond ! Some dust hanging down the ceiling. Food basics it’s fine for the first two days later on you are eating the same thing over and over again in different sauces. The slide in the pool is being turned off at 4pm and pool at 6pm !!!!!!! Receptionist I had to deal with was rude and not helpful at all !!! Had extra bed in bedroom for my child and it was broken , they put some extra box under to keep it from wobbling , they exchange it after two days even tho I’ve asked to take it away as there was no space to even walk around 🤯 remote without batteries.
I booked my holiday thru ThomasCook and they advertised private beach but you need to walk thru the tunnel around 10 min walk and pay for the sun lounger ! Pay extra for safe in the room . No water in the room ! You need to keep bottle and refilled it by yourself at the lobby or restaurant or by the pool. All inclusive but they serve only local wine, gin or vodka with cola, Fanta or sprite. Location is fine but if you want more to go out it’s too far to walk taxi charge 15 euro to go to the center , bus stop is around the corner 28 Turkish lira and 20 min and you are in more outgoing places.
Overall avoid the disappointment and DO NOT book there.
Iv wrote a review early as I think this hotel really deserves it!!
The food is lovely
The staff are so helpful and friendly
The location is perfect right on the beach, with local shops, only 5mins taxi ride into the town
I’m really pleased :) thank you too all the staff x
