Hawaii Suite Beach Hotel

Very dirty hotel; no aircondition in the daining room, every meal kids and us were sweeting like in sauna; food very poor and not fresh; wi fi free only in the loby. Reception staff hardly speak english.
Our flight was late and the dinner finished 20 min before we arrived, but they didnt care.

Only good things are close to the sea and polite young people working in the dining room/pool.

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in!
The hotel owner was not politely at all. We had a hotel room with a broken door and when we asked for a other one, he responded with negative attitude. And I quote ‘ you are only gone stay for 4 days so I won’t change room’. When we than asked are you gone be responsible when our things get stolen? That he said with arrogant and disrespectful maner who gone steal your stuf, we have cameras.
And at that moment every thing we did was bad. We couldn’t even have fun without him being mad at us. Even the other people that was staying in the hotel had to stand up for us.
This was he worst experience we ever had! Never again
The hotel was very small the light in the bad room was broken when we asked to fix it he didn’t did it.
So i not recommended!

This is the worst hotel you can ever stay in. for the entire 10-day stay they never cleaned the room. it is not even in the worst hostel, not in a three star hotel. compared to other hotels in Alanya the food was desperate. Every day the same dish and only one had no choice, for dessert and not to mention never had dessert. If you do not have time to start the meal you can find only empty plates. They never added anything, so if there is anything left you can eat if you do not have to go to a restaurant and pay even though in this hotel you paid for everything included. The dining tables never cleaned the same as the tables next to the pool. Hygiene is at a very low level, they do not respect any covid-19 measures, the food was not separated from the guests, on the contrary, everyone served himself as before covid-19-terrible, and we found large cockroaches in the room twice. The bar closes at 10 pm, water and drinks are given in 100ml glasses, for less to drink because no one would come back several times to get something to drink. And the water they give you in those small glasses is warm so you don't have to spend the winter with them and go to the store to buy. Do not go to this hotel, there is nothing good and it can only ruin your vacation and spoil your image of Alanya which is a beautiful city and there are many good hotels where you will get more than what you paid. This hotel charges too much and you get nothing. HORRIBLE, DIRTY AND SCARY

This hotel is the worst I have ever seen.
The cleaning ladys were in our room just once along the 11 day. When they cleaned they left just 2 towels for 4 person. The situation was the same (2 towels) when we arrived.The service is a nightmare, the man in the reception is very rude. We need to ask twice 2 more towels. The sheets were never changed. Also we didn't got new towels.
The food was very bad, that was everyone's opinion.
The coffe machine was wrong twice int the first 3 day, and they couldn't give coffee for the guests.
The glasses were dirty every time, they didn't wash them normally.
The drinks were hot and when we asked for ice they didn't give any.
The water in the shower was cold every time, we couldn't get a shower normally or wash our hair.
I don't recommend this hotel for anyone.
