Hawaii Suite Beach Hotel

Ordered a trip with my husband for an all inclusive trip, thinking we didn't have to worry about food or drinks... the breakfast was poorly made and they had the bare minimum. Only beer included and some alkohol with redbull-mix. I wouldn't recommend this any further.

Ive stayed in multiple hotels across Alanya and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, they charged an extra €300 for a room with a balcony even tho we originally payed extra for a balcony the food is absolutely disgusting im pregnant and it didn’t state what it was I was eating, they threaten to kick us out because we tried to explain we already payed for the balcony I think they are just doing this to con out more money of people, the staff are rude calling us disrespectful because my family where playing ball in the pool, we stayed for 16 days and the sheets on the bed got changed TWICE! nothing got wiped down only topped up the toilet paper. Disgusting hotel stay far as possible

My partner and I been in there for a week with all inclusive and honestly I wouldn't recommend no one to go there. a part of that they always trying you to pay for everything even it's all inclusive the food was horrendous I get sick first days many flies on the breakfast watermelon were cutted like with their nails full of flies ,the eggs was the rest of the days before so after 3rd day in there we just was eating from outside restaurants no expending no time o. The hotel just for sleep

Hotel room was clean. Booked for sea view and got put in the back of the hotel to start with. Staff around the pool and dining area wasn’t very friendly. Came down with food poisoning after the 4th day which ruined the holiday caused by the liver. Also since returning home I’ve spoke to guests that are still there and have also come down with the same. All inclusive not much of a selection on alcohol. Location was good as close to beach. Don’t appreciate staff asking my partner if he could marry his wife and talking in Kurdish. Never stay here again

Horrible Experience – Unsafe Food, Misleading Promises, and No Care for Guests! Do not stay here.

My Mother is currently staying at Hawaii Suite Hotel in Antalya, and her holiday has been a disaster. She is extremely sick in bed due to the poor hygiene of the food, which included rotten salads and stale fruit. Several other guests have fallen ill, and there is no effort from the hotel to address this.

The hotel falsely advertises free unlimited WiFi on their direct website, but you must pay for it unless you sit in the lobby.

The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.

The bar which is supposed to stay open until midnight which it is advertised for all inclusive guests closes at 9:59 PM. When my mother asked for a simple drink (spirit with soda), the staff responded rudely and only want to give spirit alone.

There are no snacks outside of 3 set meal times, no glasses or cups in the rooms, and the water dispenser in the Hotel is broken—leaving guests without any water as they will not give bottled water. This is unacceptable for an all-inclusive package, especially when so many guests are sick.

This is far from a relaxing holiday, and the hotel has done nothing to fix the situation or provide any refunds or apologies. My mother’s trip has been ruined, and we will be taking this matter further.

People choose all-inclusive holidays to relax, enjoy some food, and not have to travel far—especially if they struggle to get around for personal reasons. For the options of food and drinks to be so limited, declined clean drinking water and of such poor quality is a disgrace. The standards here are appalling, and the hotel has done nothing to improve the situation. My mother’s trip has been ruined, and we will be taking this further.

Very dirty hotel; no aircondition in the daining room, every meal kids and us were sweeting like in sauna; food very poor and not fresh; wi fi free only in the loby. Reception staff hardly speak english.
Our flight was late and the dinner finished 20 min before we arrived, but they didnt care.

Only good things are close to the sea and polite young people working in the dining room/pool.
